It's been a while since I've come here for a workout, but this gym is usually part of my rotation on ClassPass. I've enjoyed the Ryde/ Ass & Abs with Jacqui and went to Strength + Conditioning (Upper Body) with Ayla for the first time today! The workouts here are tough, but effective, and I've found the instructors to be good at learning names and encouraging! Good vibes! I like that they have workouts of different lengths (30 mins to 60 mins) and some variety (yoga, ride, HIIT, BootCamp)! Downsides: The parking lot is small and a bit tough to get into and out of...it makes me a little nervous each time, but I appreciate that there is a parking lot! The gym is also on the smaller side, and there are times when I would like a bit more personal space while working out. Overall, I have a good workout here and would recommend! read more

I had such a fun time at this studio recently, and am glad they've created such a sweet community on South Broadway! The hour-long HIIT class was intense, but not in a way I couldn't handle. Endorphin has a wide range of classes that offer great workouts. The instructors are all welcoming and friendly and support with modifications when needed. Scott and Gina are the owners and have created a welcoming and friendly place to get in a great workout. I've been coming to Endorphin for several years. Initially I went to their City Park location, but then to this Broadway location since moving here about a year and a half ago. The coaches are positive and encouraging, and every class is a challenge even after years of attendance. My favorite class is Warriors: about 15-20min on the bike and 15-20 min on floor HIIT for body weights, hand weights, rowers, etc. They are amazing calorie burners and great for toning and muscle strength. All of their workouts can easily be customized for students who are new, or coming off an injury, or ready to burn some serious calories! On top of that, everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I finally quit class pass after coming to terms with the fact that I prefer endorphin to all the other gyms I've tried in Denver. Yeay Endo! read more

I like this Endorphin location. It's close to my home and work, with ample free parking close by on the surrounding streets. I like that they focus on functional fitness and intense workouts while still welcoming everyone at whichever level they happen to be. I especially like that I see people of all ages and sizes here. You definitely don't have to look a certain way or wear a certain brand of workout clothes to feel like you belong here. Everyone belongs! We're all just there to get a butt kicking workout. I have taken classes with Nicole and Ray. They are both super welcoming and made a point of introducing themselves before class. So far I have done Warriors, which combines cycling, rowing, bodyweight exercises, and other fun HIIT stuff, and Functional Indoor Cycling. Their spin bikes are awesome. They're relatively new, sturdy, and can be used with cycling shoes or regular tennis shoes. They also have computers/monitors! I love tracking my performance throughout each indoor cycling class I take, as well as over time, so bikes with monitors are an absolute must for me. I also like that if I happen to forget my cycling shoes that day, I'm not left in the lurch and can just wear my Brooks instead. I would definitely recommend Endorphin Broadway. I recently took a class with Audrey, and she is a phenomenal instructor. She kept me motivated and I loved her playlist! I didn't realize how close this studio is to where I live and I am even more content that parking is easy to access. The class was indoors, but the doors were open to allow circulation and the fresh air to come through. I am really happy to have taken a spin class here for the first time. read more

Backstory: I went in to try out a HIIT class because this gym is minutes away from my home and work. I currently belong to an F45 gym but changed jobs so it became inconvenient to drive to the F45 location and was looking for something else that is closer and saved time driving. Experience: first impression is that it's a giant garage, not super clean, and not really organized for covid. The workouts were all written on two giant white boards and placed at the back where they were not visible to everyone. We all lined up one person on each side of the gym and basically the trainer just shouted out what we have to do as the timer was going off... it all felt a little hectic. also the workouts were not super great or creative or anything special. I could easily get a better more fun and creative workout at home off a youtube video. Also it was my first time and the trainer didn't take the time to explain anything or talk to me at all which isn't a big deal but it just didn't leave a good impression. I did only try that one class so this is all based off a one time experience here but I will not be coming back based off that experience. I would rather pay more money and time and gas to go to the F45 where I get an amazing workout and experience. I really was hoping for a great workout and experience based off the reviews but that just was not the case for me personally. read more

Another great Endorphin location! I've been a member of former Qi, now Endorphin for 3 years. Endorphin takes fitness to a higher level than ever before. The South Broadway location is a simply beautiful studio. However, it's not just "pretty", but also functional. With new Schwinn bikes that provide HRM, watts and resistance information, you are able to push yourself harder in cycle classes. Endorphin has pushed the bar higher with rowing machines and cutting-edge fusion classes, i.e. cycle/row, cycle/yoga and HIIT/row classes. The rowing machines are hard, but also awesome. If you're in need of a good workout (who isn't?!), then get over to Endorphin SoBo and get your sweat on! read more

I'm not reviewing Endo as a whole, b/c that's not useful. All the locations have free parking available (on street and private lots), offer kick ass classes, provide towels, etc. At this location. Free private lot parking that is shared with a few other businesses. You take the stairs up one flight and bam. Two nice bathrooms to change, a few cubbies for your coats and stuff. Go in, sign yourself in on the laptop, fill up your water bottle. So far, I've been to cycle/row, functional indoor cycling, and yoga classes here. I look forward to trying more classes, but this location is a bit further from me and takes me a bit of time coming from downtown. But I love the space and all the windows!! I've never left w/o dripping sweat. read more

By far my favorite gym of all time! This location is great because they have incorporated rowers to the mix. If I lived closer, I would be here every day! I'll admit that I've only had classes with Kate but I really like this place. It's been friendly with the other teachers for sure but I really love her classes. She's able to adapt to all different levels and push in a really positive way. I was a total beginner and I feel like I've progressed so much in a short time. Her support and ability to be specific and encouraging have kept me engaged. Also, she's able to give great demonstration for people that are visual learners. It's tough to get up extra early for the Friday morning class at 7am but totally worthy it. It's the best way to start your weekend! Want to know the best way to close down the weekend? Sunday evening class! It always leaves me sore, but in a good way. read more

The Sunday morning Yoga class with Victoria is great. She encourages you to attempt each pose and praises you for trying. Easy to follow directions make for a peace journey. Also the studio is very clean with a comfortable atmosphere. The sunshine through the windows was a great way to start a Sunday. read more

I like the Broadway gym. The place is clean, bright and has an ample parking space. My favorite class is the indoor cycling. On the other hand I don't like the ryder gym because it's difficult finding space to park. Also the gym looks outdated. read more

I took multiple classes here, but I am really impressed with one due to the uniqueness of it - Mobility and Recovery. I think everyone can figure out how to push really hard. There are classes all over designed for that. What is usually hard to find is instruction on how to maintain and care for your body. In this class they rotate through regions of the body to provide self care utilizing foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and a variety of other things. In many ways it is like self massage. I highly recommend taking this class (as well as their killer spin classes). read more

(Endorphin NextDoor location) Eh, it's ok; I don't love it and I don't hate it. Best parts are the variety of class times and class types, the location, and some of the teachers (Anna, Audrey, Jordan, and Jeff are especially great; there are some I haven't tried). The worst parts are the lighting (1960s industrial-office lighting and they blacked out all the windows); the heat (they only have a few fans and they only rarely turn them on); the lack of community comraderie compared to other places (although the teachers know your name) and high price. read more

I have yet to try any other Denver Endorphin gym, but no need when I love the one on Broadway! Having done multiple classes, I can say that each class is tailored to accommodate any person. Whether a world class athlete, or just getting back into working out, this gym is great. Every instructor is positive and motivating and the space is clean and inviting. As a member of this community and living within walking distance from this location I wanted to give this gym a try. I signed up for a class expecting to be able to try out one class for free (pretty standard for any gym) and when I showed up I was told that they phased out their free class in 2015, but that I can take the class and pay after. Well I would rather walk back home and do a workout I know I will like versus taking a class I know nothing about and having to pay a minimum $18 drop in fee. I'm disappointed that I can't try this gym without spending money, would've been nice to have a gym so close but I'm just not willing to pay to try it out read more
