I love starbucks! I usually make my own coffee in the mornings, but there are occasions where I need to grab a coffee on the go. I LOVE that I can order ahead on the app. Makes my life so much easier. I'm sure it helps speed things along for the staff too. I wish everyone would use the order ahead option in the app lol 99% of my drinks are the same every time I order, but sometimes my order is prepared differently than in the past and I think it has something to do with WHO is preparing it. But it's always delicious. I do wish the drive thrus were a bit faster, once your in line there is no going back, just have to sit and wait it out. Love the points system and holiday gifts. Absolutely terrible customer service. Stood at the register to order for MINUTES before I was even greeted. Go to another location.

Avoid during peak hours. Went inside to get four drinks at 10AM on a Saturday morning and after 30 minutes still had no drinks. Supervisor let me know they had run out of milk. She was nice and have a refund after I asked but the experience was disappointing. read more

We used the app to order ahead. It works like a charm at this location. Our order was just like we asked, an extra hot vanilla latte, grand, and an iced coffee with just a dollop of milk. Loved that everything here is really clean. Staff was chipper. read more

Brand new location (yay). Very clean store and I must admit quite roomy if not large. Free WiFi and a drive thru for the quick fix on the run. A couple new baristas, but service was fine. Good coffee this time around and I expect nothing less in future visits. A nice bonus is the outdoor seating for a little fresh air and convo. read more

I flew into town from out of state for my daughter's wedding and needed to bring coffee, and all the fixings, for an extended family breakfast. I called in a few days ahead of time, spoke with Steve, and I was reassured the coffee travel boxes would be ready with my favorite coffee at 6:30 am. I arrived at that early hour, the baristas were welcoming and friendly, and Steve even carried the boxes and loaded them into my car. Highly recommend their care and customer service! read more

My favorite Starbucks! I was thrilled when store opened because of the convenient location (for me). The baristas are the best, always friendly and efficient. I always feel welcome, which is nice because I consider this my third office. The cafe layout is spacious and the lighting is perfect. The drinks are always "just right". I'm a consultant in business relationships and customer service...this Starbucks is at the top of their game. While I miss being able to visit the cafe, I want both the staff and customers to be safe and healthy. My coffee and "office" are a luxury...people make the world go around. Newer location so expect some practice runs. However, I've been through the drive thru about 20 times & only had 1 issue. They forgot to make my drink at 'kid temp.' They immediately remade it in record time. They're well trained. Nobody asking me if I want whip on a drink that shouldn't come with it, & nobody hesitated when I asked for a Horchata. Have only been inside once but it was clean & spacious. I think parking may be an issue once the other shops open up. read more

By far this is the worst starbucks I've ever been too.how you go from one starbucks to another on the same day and pay more for the same drink. Don't ask for customizations they just lie to you telling you that it's in there and it's not. A simple request to put extra crunch at the bottom of a venti Carmel crunch frap is the end of the world. Super slow drive thru even with little to no cars in line. However I think the one on Jefferson has this one beat. This store is not getting my business anymore and it's sad because it's on my way home. read more

This is by far my most favorite Starbucks. All of the men and women that work here are very professional yet warm. They genuinely like their jobs and like serving you. Out of the hundreds of drinks I've had here, only once was there a mix up. I asked for iced instead of hot and they corrected it and gave me both drinks. I seriously love this place. They even get to know you and recommend other drinks based on what you normally order. This is the model Starbucks! read more

These girls and two guys go above and beyond for the customers even if they are picky like I am!! I come in every morning due to them being so sweet and making sure everything is exactly what I want. I order a iced carmel macchiato with light ice, extra carmel, whole milk , and upside down shots. If not that a hot one. I always get a quad shot with a small amount of ice, so I can drink it asap. A cup of ice water, and also get a bagel plain or everything toasted more then normal not light and not burnt. I've had them make it over many times and they do it. Never complain about it and just tell me it's dark 1 or light 2! They are also so happy to see me. It makes my day when I come on in and they are like " hey Ally" they always say "bye Ally, have a great day!" Also they wait till I pull in or I'm in the drive thru to make my drink, shots,& bagel! They want to make sure it's hot and the shots don't die! They are just amazing and so thoughtful this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to!!!
