During COVID, this location and its staff adhered to all CDC regulations. I was happy to see that the changes never impacted the employees or customers. Minus the masks, spacing, extra cleaning and cut back on seating indoors, this shop was still just as busy as ever. Now, things are finally starting to normalize! Today as I stood in line to get my drink, something seemed different. Vaccinated customers were mask-less! We were still keeping our distance, and all staff members wore masks and continued to keep cleanliness and safety as a top priority, but it was nice to see some friendly faces again. As usual, the staff members hustled to get everyone's orders completed - with friendly voices and smiling eyes. Typical Starbuck's experience with very little wait but I avoid this establishment around breakfast time. Hours listed online are not what they are currently running (Mon 7-2, Tues-Fri 7-5:30, Sat 7:30-2:30, Sun closed). My drink was made quickly, correct, and with a smile! The Starbucks app can be used to pay and will earn you rewards but you are not able to redeem your rewards. They have cleaned house except a few tables so don't try to hold an afternoon meeting here outside the office! They had a very small selection of cups, tumblers, and bags of coffee so I would recommend going somewhere else for those items. This is a grab and go location for select food and your favorite cup of coffee. read more

Every time I put in an order on the cup, I get the opposite of what I asked for. Nobody reads the order on the cup. I have been to this Starbucks 4 times and every time I ask for no whip extra crunch, I get all whip little crunch. What's the point of making an order if nobody reads the side of the cup. Great Starbucks on post - so thankful it's here! Consistent service and products. Avoid the morning and Sunday crowds if possible - although they are well staffed and are able to accommodate the volume in a timely manner. If you have a military star card you get 10% off of your order. They do accept gift cards, but you cannot use your Starbucks rewards here - but you still earn stars on your purchases. read more

The baristas are very nice and friendly here! They always greet you with a smile and fill your order efficiently. The atmosphere is very cozy and plays relaxing music. You feel as though you're in a little cafe...good place to rest and unwind after a long day. They don't accept star rewards her but they also don't tax you! Quaint shop on post, kinda out of the way as it sits off to the far left side of the Commissary. Small, but has all the Starbucks you would expect including the free WiFi and pleasant personalities of the staff. A small parking lot is out front. Literally the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to if I didn't live so close to this Starbucks I would never go there ! every single time I go they are rude, confused and charge me a different price for the same exact coffee every single time, that includes the management. I visit this starbucks all the time and they have always been amazing. I always try to tip "Wenisha" I think that's how you spell it because she is such a great worker but she always lets me know she can't and just wanted to share my experience. I had written a previous review that was 5 stars, I have noticed since they changed some staff that the quality has gone down hill. The owner was changing his baby on the counter, super gross. It also seemed they were having difficulty with simple orders. They made my French Vanilla Latte wrong twice, didn't warm up my Banana Nut Bread or my Egg White Bites. Really quite sad. I loved coming to this place on the weekends. It was close and it's Starbucks. That being said, I won't continue to spend money at this Starbucks if they keep going downhill this way. read more

They literally charge you for EVERYTHING! A tall coffee came to 6 bucks! TRASH! It's sucks this is the closets one to me!

Super busy which is fine I'm willing to wait and pay the prices for these coffees but the blonde older barista is rude & condescending which is very surprising for this being a military base hotspot. I would almost pay just to go to the off base Starbucks down the street where id be treated with professionalism. read more

The staff is always super friendly. If they don't have a food item out, they are willing to grab you one from the back. Which doesn't happen at a lot of Starbucks locations. My order was messed up once and they were happy to fix it for me. The shop is always clean and neat. I wish they did accept Starbucks rewards, but it's still a great place to go. read more

I come to this Starbuck's often. Staff is friendly, no tips allowed. I have never had a bad cup of joe!

Was good until about 2 weeks ago!! New staff and undrinkable espresso-several other regulars with same complaint. Burnt and old taste to the espresso, I called to let them know and was told I should taste it before I leave the store. Won't be going back to this one, back counter area was not wiped off and my iced tea from last week had an orange/citrus taste to it. read more
