The bad reviews about this Starbucks no longer reflect the quality of service. The servers were very friendly and we're just swamped with customers both in the store and drive-through. I stayed for over an hour as I read my Bible and watched and listened and found them doing an excellent job. The store is clean. This store has gone downhill, badly. They have a serious roach problem, the employees are overworked & understaffed and wait times are consistently terrible. The, store manager, Sara, is seemingly never there so management is nonexistent too. These problems continue to go unaddressed with the exception of the cockroach infestation. It looked like they had several Orkin vehicles there this week so maybe that'll be resolved, for now. Long story short, do not go to this location. There are better Starbucks in the area and much, much better local coffee spots, too. read more

I go to this Starbucks often because it is close to my house and on my way to work. Other Starbucks are way out of my way. Service is soooooo slow!! Be ready to be in line at least 20 minutes, even if there are only 2-3 cars in front of you. Today I was in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the window she called me by the wrong name. I didn't give my name so.... I could see my drink sitting there on the counter but could not get her attention to come back to the window. I sat there another 3 minutes watching everyone run around inside the store. Finally, she came back and tried to hand me the wrong drink. I told her "that is not what I ordered." I said, "my drink is sitting right there" and told her what I ordered. She turned and looked at the cup and says, "oh, I thought you were a mobile order." The baristas are always nice and friendly, but they are not fast and they seem under-trained to be working at a Starbucks; and nice does not get me where I need to be on time. I dont go to Starbucks frequently but recently got into matcha so I had to go there. This Starbucks had a decent line but they moved people fast through the drive through. I got my matcha latte which was amazing. I also decided to try the infamous egg bites - bacon and gryuere. Those are so fluffy and soft but rich at the same time, I can't wait to try the other flavors! I also got the cheese Danish which they warm up, I have never been served a warm cheese Danish and it did not disappoint. The people were there was also super nice and friendly. I would highly recommend this Starbucks and definitely will be going back. read more

We go here often, busy hours early work hours morning, noon, & evening busy. If you're not in a rush by all means you'll be waiting a while! 1st order they aren't busy at all later in the evening close to closing time they got our order wrong wrong drink. Went back again and again got our drink wrong, not even what I ordered. Went back again this time they got my drink wrong, I can't stand foam. What a waste of a drink when it has too much foam. So at 9:10 through the drive thru and got a venti iced caramel macchiato light ice upside down extra caramel around the cup and didnt want no caramel drizzle on the top and they messed up twice and the guy got mad and said is something funny. I would not recommend this place. read more

I have been here a couple times when I stay at the Hyatt Place nearby. This time I did a simple mobile order of a cappuccino and Americano. When I walked in it was very busy but I was greeted by friendly baristas that were very enjoyable. I carry my own Starbucks Mug so alot of times when I ask to have hot water run through it they feel inconvenienced. Instead they were happy to oblige and actually no name (he wasn't wearing a badge so I called him that and he ran with it) let it set for a little bit and joked about keeping it hostage while it warmed up and Whitney talked about how people bring in frozen mugs and never ask to be heated. The three minutes I spent in the store were a very enjoyable three minutes. I am happy to say that the hostage was released with a steaming hot Americano inside. read more

For starters the drive-through line was very long, no big deal, not their fault but I'm sorry it should not have taken me 30 minutes to get to the front of the line. these people were taking their sweet time with making the orders. no order can be that complicated to make that it would take that long. OK so then I get to the front of the line and one car is in front of me getting their order and the staff member is just making conversation and talking to the dogs in the car and again taking their sweet time even though there are 10+ cars in line waiting. I was late for work due to this. finally get up to the window and come to find the scanner was broken so they had to type payments in manually. I had gotten over how long it took and then realized they made my drink incorrectly. I'm extremely not impressed with this location. They need to hire more staff or figure out something so the workflow is smoother and more efficient. Don't know what's going on with this location, but the last three weeks or so service has been greatly diminished. It is not uncommon to wait 15 to 20 minutes in the drive-through line. This is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I travel a lot. This is setting the bar pretty low. The general manager gave me my drink but instead of giving me no ice, she gave me a LOT-LOT-LOT of ice. I got a refill and asked her to not put ice in it this time... she again put in the full amount of ice for the grande cup. There is a major road nearby and that adds to the noise level outside, but the terrace is clean, well-landscaped and the worker on midshift cleaning has cleaned the tables twice while I've been working on paperwork out here. read more

I am usually a Starbucks fan - but I have to say, some days the staff at this location is just rude and not customer focused at all. I stopped by after going to the bank nearby for a quick chai latte and the person taking my order seemed like I was annoying her when I asked if another barista was working that day that is always chipper and friendly. Then the person that gave me my drinks just seemed irritated. Her name was Jordan and I later learned she's one of the managers. I guess it makes sense the that barista was not friendly if the management is that way as well. It's hit or miss on whether or not you get the good staff I guess. read more

Only complaint is that the service is slow. The place is clean, there are typically plenty of tables and outlets open to work, and it's pretty quiet. It's also the only stand-alone Starbucks in its area. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Will keep coming back. read more

This is a spacious location -- great for meetings. The customer service is great and there is a short wait time for coffee.

I came through this morning and ordered a venti iced coffee with vanilla and extra soy milk. When she handed me my coffee I thought it didn't look like right but was going to give them the benefit of doubt because usually it's right. Not only was there no vanilla and very little milk, it was also regular milk and not soy. Usually my orders are right, but that's also when it takes 30 minutes to get your drink. This morning they moved at a reasonable pace so maybe that's why it was wrong. read more
