Its a nice cozy spot if you want to do some work. But get there early to get a table. There's not too many tables. I have gone there a few times. I have had the Vietnamese coffee and pandan latte. Both were really good. I definitely had to remind myself to sip on the vietnamese coffee, instead of gulping it down. The food options are limited, they have bagels and croffles. I tasted the croffle from a friend and it is tasty. My friend got their banana coffee and liked that a lot. I normally get the bagel. They also sell some goodies like matcha set. They have those in different colors. I was able to buy a blue one that I do enjoy using at home. The service is slow but worth the wait!

I got the matcha flight and not only was it served SO cutely on a little board with all the flavors named, they tasted AMAZING. They make the place cute too with some decor, but really the drinks and food are where SAPO shines. I will be back and am actively trying to figure out how to get a drink for my morning commute. Also everything is lactose free, and with dairy alternatives can be requested. That is something really special. I always have to triple check ingredients or get the most basic versions of drinks so I don't hurt my stomach. This was the first time in a long time of being able to actually just look at the menu and pick what sounds good :)

I really want to love this coffee shop--but I'm torn. I've…read morebeen here several times and really want to support this location. It's in my community, right on my daily route, and I'm a big coffee & tea person. My first few visits were excellent, and I even purchased several gift cards for friends and family because I was excited to share it. However, I've experienced some recurring issues lately that make it harder to feel good about returning. For example: -The espresso was sour on a couple of visits (though I appreciated that it was addressed when I brought it up). -I once paid using the app in the drive-thru and was shocked when the employee took my phone to scan it and selected the maximum tip amount without asking me. -They updated their app recently, and no one mentioned it ahead of time. When I asked staff, they said they weren't sure on how to use it either. -The current process is clunky--you have to scan two separate codes (one for rewards, one to pay), and it's a hassle passing the phone back and forth. -The caprese sandwich I ordered was soggy and I felt it was just tossed in the bag. They were busy this day and I'm assuming it sat out before it got to me. -Most seasonal drinks are always sold out, which is a letdown when you're looking forward to trying something new. It's such a beautiful space, and the drive-thru is a huge plus. I've been to other locations of this same brand and had great service and food. Maybe this location just needs time to work out some kinks--but I hope they do, because I'd love to keep supporting them.

My wife and I came in on a late Saturday morning, my first time at Foxtail and her second. We…read morewaited about 5 minutes to place our order. I asked for a pour over and was told it would be a 30-minute wait - definitely not waiting 30 minutes for a coffee, so I opted for a chai tea latte instead. Our order consisted of two drinks and a breakfast sandwich. My wife had a $50 electronic gift card in the foxtail app that she was planning to use, when she asked the person ringing up the transaction how to use it, she had no idea how to access it for payment. Rather than hold up the line any longer, we skipped using the gift card and used another form of payment. After about a 10-minute wait, the breakfast sandwich was put on a plate and dropped off at the pick up area. I would have expected the drinks to come out at or at least near the same time, however after the sandwich sat there for a minute it two, I suggested my wife grab it and begin eating while it's still hot. Thankfully she did, as it took a few more minutes by the time our drinks were finally ready. The breakfast sandwich was decent, albeit really small, certainly not worth nearly $7. We normally get our coffee orders to go or use the drive-thru, we decided to dine in for a change - that was also a mistake. They have two seating areas, the main area was full and we didn't realize the "add-on" seating area is basically a 3-season room - an enclosed structure of mainly windows with some overhead heaters. After sitting out there for about 5 minutes, we decided to leave since our feet were freezing. As for the drinks, my wife said her latte was good; my chai tea latte on the other hand - nope! I've never had a chai tea latte hit the back of my throat so hard with a lingering irritation. I had to stop drinking it about half way through. Not a great first impression.

Hello! I am very pleased to offer a review of Anna's House Grandville. I'm not gonna lie, this is…read morenot my first review. My first review was a terrible review because they had not learned their tablet system yet. My wife convinced me to come back anyway, and the second time I was hooked on aunt Anna's house. Unfortunately, after attending several years together and eating the finest of foods, my wife passed away in November 2024. I miss her dearly but one day I summoned the nerve to go in there on my own. It was right after my second of five surgeries I've had since November. I walked in and I was just recovering and I felt terrible, but I felt the need to go to church. So I stumbled in slowly and said to the server I just had surgery and I'm in no hurry and yet I'm in a hurry I don't know what I'm in... The servers name was Angie and the rest is history, it turned out. She: had had five surgeries of her own, and she was an empath all the way. Hugged me, made me feel welcome, introduced me to two other awesome servers, and their names are Victoria and another one of my favorites Avery. Avery is the one I call "a very good time." Now some might take exception to that nickname, but Avery loved it. And me and her can do no wrong with each other even though she's 50 years older than me. She not only is a great server, but she's my counselor there. I was having some LUV problems and Avery straightened me out. And if she didn't, Angie would've. And then Victoria is a content developer for Instagram, which I think that's just a normal user of Instagram but she's really cool and I think she didn't liked me at first. I said "Are we ok?" and she looked at me and said YES... so now next time I'm gonna ask for her to serve me because she is the bomb. Now the food is the real draw at Anna's House. Their menu cannot be topped. They have items for everybody from serious meat eaters to prudent young vegan eaters. Having mentioned the surgery during Nov-Apr, my system has sort of reset, and now I crave healthy foods. So the last time I've gone to Anna's, I've gotten Açai Power Bowl, which was great and then an another power bowl, which they have on the menu. You cannot go wrong with either one and on each case I could only eat about 3/4 of it because I just felt filled and satisfied from them. Being an egg, bacon, toast, pancake, kind of guy, this departure from my norm was, well, I never saw it coming. So just to summarize here the four people I know at Anna's house: Angie, the manager of seating and serving; Callie, the general manager, Victoria server level one, and Avery server level zero if there's such a thing... Oh never mind we'll just give her one as as well as Victoria. And if you want entertainment choose Victoria, but if you want care and compassion that would be Avery. A very good time... Lol. So if you're there on a Sunday, you'll probably see me. I'm gonna put a couple of pics down below and I'm sure you're gonna go. Oh that dude well, I'm staying clear that restaurant...
