Toasted Mocha Frappuccino

This location can be slow at times whether you go inside or the drive thru. The staff are very friendly though! In the morning when they open is when I've had issues: I takes them several minutes after opening to take my order and they usually seem to be scurrying to get themselves together for the day. It's a high traffic shop...I feel like they should be ready to go when they know that there's always a line at 6am waiting for them to open.

NO FOAM AND NOT A FULL CUP!!!

When you specifically 3+ times ask For a certain kind of drink they assure you that it's right... I get the drink - it's wrong !!!! Not the first time of course - thats why I check and double check!! Starbucks is too damn expensive to be getting it wrong and they require you to hit tip or no tip...?! WTH - uggg!!! Get it together people - think I may be visiting the other coffee/tea/drink locations - so sad!

I had to come back for them to remake my green tea frappuccino within 5 minutes of leaving drive thru. It was like i was eating a snow cone with very very little matcha flavor. Crunchy ice was a no go for me. The drive thru took 10 min literally. They are pretty slow but I'm happy that they remade it for me. I'm not sure if they were really happy about it though. The ice whipped chocolate milk they made was not pretty but my niece loved it. Every time I went through the drive-thru they did always thank me for waiting ...so I'm assuming this Starbucks is usually slower on a regular day.

This location is challenged trying to cover a take out window and the foot traffic inside. They gave our food order to other customers and ran out of sleeves for the coffee cups.

This Starbuck's hit the spot today! We were famished for some breakfast before hitting the outlet shops. We stopped in for no wait time here and got two spicy breakfast sandwiches and drinks. There was a trainee working the front desk who didn't know how to do the double shot on ice with milk that was on the menu. The inside was nice and clean, there was fast friendly service and our food and drinks were good.

Great location for Starbucks. Right near the outlet mall and easy to get in and out. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and store is well maintained and stocked. One of my preferred Starbucks locations.

I really messed up! We always order the same drink at Starbucks (picture attached). This time we ordered 4 to give to our friends. They all came out tasting like water. I've already driven too far to turn around. This stinks! I gave 2 stars because the service was good for being as busy as it was. Might have even given 3 if I wasn't out my money

First review. Woot!! This is the first Starbucks I've been to with the La Boulange pastries. I tried the pecan tart and the regular croissant. I didn't get a chance to try the chocolate croissant since that seems to be very popular. They were both very tasty and fresh. They warm it up for you unless you ask them not to but c'mon, who doesn't like warm pastries? This location isn't very big. I saw a sign on the wall that said there was a 33 person max. There was a couple of long tables and a few small tables along the wall. They do have a drive-thru so that's a plus. All of the employees were very cordial and professional. This location is directly in front of the Williamsburg Premium Outlets and across from Food Lion. I wish this Starbucks was closer to my house. I love it! This is definitely my designated Starbucks in Williamsburg.

My drink was good, the baristas were nice, and the store was empty. Immediate caffeine gratification.

All the previous times were all excellent with the food and beverages ordered. Let's see if this visit continues the good luck. We were immediately greeted by the staff and promptly seated. To my surprise, they completely remodeled the restaurant. Going from 9 tables to close to 30 and looking gorgeous from head to toe. For the entire hour we were there, it was a sight that I can't forget. Congrats to Tipsy Beans for this :) Enough gloating about the interior. Let's discuss the food. My beverage was a large iced Mud Turtle latte and my meal was a meat lovers omelet with mushrooms added (for only 25 cents extra). Everything was excellent. The latte wasn't too sweet which was very good for me. And their tall glass (which is new for remodeling) was really cool. The omelet was cooked perfectly with the protein and veggies all coming together. A home run all around. Thank you Tipsy Beans for making us feel at home. Top notch service to go with a wonderful meal to start the morning. We'll be back again soon :)

Since we were already in the parking lot, we made the easy decision to go in. As we walked in, I noticed that the place had been expanded. We stood at the podium, and we were greeted by a greeter who seemed disinterested and lukewarm. Not what I'm accustomed to when I visit. I gave him my information, and he informed me that there was a 20-minute wait. I suggested that we could sit on the other side of the bar, but he said that they were closing that side because they were closing soon (in two hours). I noticed that they had tall tops, and I wanted one. He said that he could make that happen. While he was huffing and puffing and cleaning some tables, which were all standard height, he finally told me that my table was ready and it was a regular table. I was surprised because I had been told earlier that he could make it happen when it came to the table I requested. The greeter then told me that the side with the high tops was closed, so I had waited 30 minutes for a table. I could have sat at the bar, but Maurice wanted to go home at 6 p.m. sharp, and he had no recollection of what he had said. I was disappointed with the service and the lack of attention to detail. I hope that Tipsy Beans finds a new person to greet and seat customers. Maurice was not the right person for the job.

So much to love about this new discovery besides the fact that it's NOT a Starbucks lol and for those that know me, you know I love and love to support and discover tucked away indie coffee places (see my reviews!). This place is also a roastery and sells their own bean blends. I don't know the history behind the shop and name but was told it is chemistry themed and owned by W&M alum - yassssss! Service is SUPER friendly and excellent so that's a bonus! I lovvvvvvve that the latte menu is chock full of super creative seasonal flavors - so many to choose from!! I stopped by twice while in town and staying just down the street. Had a hot Rose Macaron latte and the next day had the Lemon Bar. Both were DELICIOUS. NOT OVERLY SWEET BUT WITH SUBTLE FLAVORS AND BOLD ESPRESSO TASTE. NOTTTTTT WIMPY WEAK. Both days I had the OG Bacon Egg Cheese sando on an ET bagel that was a decent accompaniment to my seasonal lattes which were clearly the stars of the show. I was there during the week - once mid afternoon, the other day late morning and it was not crowded at all both days. The seating area is HUGE. 2 separate adjacent rooms - walk through the front ordering area and you'll find a large, super cozy and inviting "living room" type space with comfy couches, armchairs, dining tables with chairs and even cubes for studying. Dark and moody vibes. SUPER COZY, RELAXING AND KEPT VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. The other seating area has a bunch of tables and chairs, lots of windows, brighter and more conducive for gathering. I took and posted a bunch of pics and some vids so check them out. So glad to have discovered this coffee spot and gem! Will definitely be back when I visit Williamsburg again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

There is parking right next to the building or a pay to park parking lot across the street. The first two hours in the lot are free. ***EXPERIENCE*** We ordered the lychee oolong tea and the matcha milk tea with crystal boba and mango. My lychee oolong tea tasted just like fresh lychee! I will say it's brewed on the stronger side, so was a bit more bitter than I was hoping, but it was really refreshing. This is a wonderful spot to get some work done. They have strong wifi and lots of outlets. I appreciate the natural lighting in this space. ***PRICE*** Depending on what type and size of drink you get, prices range from $5-8. ***BATHROOM*** This spot shares a bigger building with other businesses. There isn't a bathroom in the actual Secret Garden space, but if you exit through their bigger building, you can find Women and Men restrooms not too far away. There are a few stalls in the Womens. ***CONCLUSION*** There is an extensive list of things you can order here! There is something for everyone. It's a great spot to meet up with a friend and get some work done.

It has happened twice now that I have driven 45 minutes for my regular weekly pick up and they have been closed during their regular business and pick up hours. No emails, texts, calls, nothing. No communication for a significant inconvenience. If you can't pick up during the week you lose your order that week and out the money. Incredibly inconsiderate!!! I'm apparently the only person in the world who doesn't like their ham. In other words, "go pound sand." I wouldn't recommend shopping anywhere that adopts this sort of attitude with respect to customer service. All it does is breed enmity for the business, and encourages people to go out of their way to let others know what a lousy business this is.
