I had a good, first experience here. I came in to grab a quick coffee to go. I was a passenger in a car so while pulling into a parking spot, I placed my coffee order through the Starbucks app. I ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I came into the store and within about 60 seconds, my order was ready. I was surprised with how fast it was because there was a long line of cars in the drive-through and a small line in the store. This really exemplified the benefits of ordering through the Starbucks app. I highly suggest it. As for the coffee - it tasted good and I was pleased. I'd be happy to come back here. read more

This happened just a half hour ago.. I went in to this Starbucks location with my dog. I was all polite and smiles while ordering my drink and then an employee came rushing up to me and in an obnoxiously loud voice asked if my dog was a service dog. 1) It's not legal to ask that. 2) Why do you have to ask so loud for other other customers to hear and turn their heads. It was extremely uncomfortable. I politely said "yes he is, so you need to see his papers?" She said yes but as I was pulling them up rushed us out the door into the cold. So I told the girl at the register to just cancel our order and we are now sitting outside freezing waiting for our ride. Seriously ADA violation and I will never go to Starbucks again. She cost the company about 3k/year in my patronage for being so rude and violating my ADA privacy. Don't ever come here. read more

We just left this Starbucks after ordering 2 1/2 caf Venti Mochas, X Hot, no whip. As the young women with blonde-brown hair, parted in the middle & pulled back, tan-goldish T-shirt & jeans made our drinks, I noticed one of the cups was at least 2 inches short of the top. I asked her, nicely, to please top it off, especially when paying so much for the drink. After getting back to the car, my husband & I tasted our "mochas". No chocolate. We had just started our road trip & thought it might be faster to go through the drive-through to rectify the problem as the interior seemed busy. At the drive thru, we advised the employee of our dissatisfaction & said we'd be fine if chocolate was just added to our existing drinks. A really nice young man said that they would remake our drinks & apologized. We had full view from the drive-up of the same woman who made our first beverages. She was not happy & displayed it. We received the second round of drinks from the nice guy at the window & got on the road. We tasted our second attempt at the "mocha" drinks-AGAIN no chocolate. We purchase this same drink about twice a week. On this day, we were starting our road trip back to Minnesota. Because if this mix-up, we were delayed another 1/2 hour & STILL didn't obtain the proper drinks. When we travel on road trips, which is often, our routine is to purchase this beverage every day we are traveling on the road. Our beverages were the worst "mochas" we've ever had made for us. Either the chocolate container had no chocolate in it & the barista didn't notice or she doesn't add chocolate to mochas. I know Starbucks beverages are standardized nationwide so why this happened twice is beyond me. We drank our beverages & never found chocolate, even at the bottom of the cup. All 4 beverages were technically Lattes. This particular barista needs retraining in making beverages & also in customer service. I'm rating this location a 2 star instead of 1 because the guy at drive-through was so professional & excelled in customer service. read more

I always like to see how fast cafe service is compared to the Drive Thru. I marked the car that was driving into the line when we walked into the Starbucks. I started my stopwatch after the car got their drinks. It took over 15 minutes AFTER they left that our drinks were served. I live in Florida, but I visit this area about 4 times a year to visit family. I went into this store (as I always do when I am in the area) to order a few beverages and a sandwich. My order was prepared by "DAVIS" whom I've seen here on prior visits. Even though it's been a few months since my last visit, DAVIS recognized me (without me saying anything) as "the retired Judge from Florida" from my last visit months ago. Besides exhibiting a very impressive memory, DAVIS was both very friendly and professional! Additionally, the beverages were made perfectly! Someone as friendly and obviously sincere as DAVIS is the kind of person that I wish that I knew better. So many people nowadays don't really exhibit much concern for other people, so DAVIS is a welcome exception. Naturally, I think that DAVIS is definitely an asset to your business. read more

We really can't honestly keep up a four star review if this location. After living here awhile we have found it to be one of the worst locations that we have patronized. We generally don't frequent Starbucks and try to support our local cafe's but are sometimes forced to buy the product out of necessity. Everytime we are here the line is at least 10 deep in the drive thru, and don't bother going inside. I think it may be even slower At the counter. I suggest the wolf for some nice local coffee. Girl that took my order was not knowledgeable after all I wanted was a pour over coffee, black. She also gave me a hard time about my girlfriends partner numbers (starbucks employee code for discount) when my girlfriend was just out in the car. She wouldn't give me the discount and wanted to see an ID which was ridiculous for a cup of coffee. She made my pour over in no time which indicated to me it was not made properly (poor overs are a process that takes time), and when it was handed to me my cup was only 2/3 full. read more

Drive through is a little slow...its also set up so that you are trapped, meaning that you cant change your mind and bail because it is taking too long. That said, people are always friendly and my Frappucino is always perfect. Nothing irritates a Frappucino drinker more than those pesky chunks of ice in the bottom of the cup. read more

This Startbucks is really far west on Manchester. I head out this way on the way to my country house sometimes to avoid the I-44 traffic. I am not a coffee drinker but I was in need of a little jolt. On this lovely Tuesday morning the drive through appeared to be a mad house. If you don't know it's kind of a half circle that wraps from the building all the way to the drive thru entrance at the edge of the shopping center and the entire thing was full so I parked and went in. It's a small Starbucks but there's always at least a few people in there. The barista was super nice and I noticed the fall drinks and since I absolute detest pumpkin spice latte (I mean it seriously makes me want to gag) I noticed the chile mocha and went with a chile mocha frappuccino. To preface this I have always liked those chocolate bars with the high cacao content that have chile in them. This thing came out promptly, looked beautiful, and was complete perfection. I frequently visit Starbucks for coffee and breakfast. I'm used to small mistakes here and there, regardless of location, but after numerous occasions of the same mess ups, I've decided to write a review. On this occasion, there was a very short line of 4 cars in front of me. The line did not take long. I ordered a White mocha with coconut milk instead of the standard 2%, no whip cream, and two breakfast sandwiches. She read the order back to me correctly, and I pulled forward. She swiped my gold card, and gave me the receipt, which also read correctly. Upon receiving my drink (for my girlfriend who was at work) and the two sandwiches, I checked the label, which again was correct. However, after dropping the drink off, and sandwich, I was surprised to find out that they used 2% milk, and did not use the white mocha syrup at all! My girlfriend worked as a barista for years, so I trust her when she notices these things. On top of that, they gave us a bacon sandwich, instead of the sausage sandwich I ordered. The crazy part is that all the labels were correct, but the employees couldn't put the right things inside the properly-labeled containers. The reason I am not giving one star, is because everything was hot, and provided in a timely manner. However, if the orders are consistently wrong, I will make a note to go to another location next time. read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. While on a trip across the Midwest, my husband and I left our jackets at this Starbucks. We didn't realize it until we were far down the road... too far to make it practical to go back. I called the store and asked them if they could send them back to me if I mailed them a pre-paid box. They said sure. When we got back to Arizona, our jackets were waiting for us. This is something beyond what their mission is (coffee and light food), but it goes to show what nice folks work there.
