Unfortunately, I was unable to break my $20 bill at that point, so I couldn't even receive my food. I understand that busy periods can cause delays, but waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to leave without my order was very disappointing. Hopefully, the drive-thru process can be improved so customers aren't left waiting that long.

McDonald's is known for their hamburgers, and I can see why!
