The order was slow, and the bacon was very greasy and not crispy. The biscuits were flat and tasted like baking soda.

Edit: the Gm, Harmony ( I believe was her name.) She was very sorry to read my review . She understood that I wouldn't want to to come back anytime soon . She offered a fre time for a gift card. I did finally take it . She's trying very hard to get worker's in there that will work i have faith She will she's a good leader and she's trying . I'll give it a little time and try them again . I am not sure what is going on with this location. The past year or so it has completely went down hill. Different staff all the time . The food is not always made or served the same way . Tonighti had the biscuits and gravy combo . The white courty gravy was not white. It was a very tan color. My bacon was not cooked all the way . The waiter and manager gave one of our hash brown eggs and meat plate to a different table . So we had to wait longer for a new plate of food to be made. Thank you guys for making a new plate of food. I did appreciate that . That waiter we had helped others that was seated after us before she even came and took our drink orders. She did say sorry. But not for any of that . She was sorry sorry because she didn't give me a ticket just my priced owed. This is our neighborhood shop. It will be a while before I go back . read more

Out of town visiting family, decided we wanted iHop for breakfast. OK, this is the nearest location. Got greeted immediately which was nice, but our server was not so nice. Took our order and when she brought the food out she was never to be seen again. Received a dirty fork, undercooked eggs, and I ordered a fruit cup-- which I never saw. When asked to get the fruit cup taken off the bill, she comped it and then GAVE me the fruit cup as we were paying. What was so hard about giving it to me during my meal? Of the 30-40 minutes we spent in this restaurant eating, we saw our server maybe three times, each in two minute intervals. After eating, came home nauseous, feverish, and vomiting (most likely due to the food). Do not recommend this location, they didn't bother to offer a solution to any of our problems read more

The restaurant is conveniently located near the interstate .This restaurant still has that old time feel it's a definite classic type vibe and the  staff have been there for years it's about expectations this is not a mall based restaurant or a high end bistro somewhere.  The food was well prepared hot and delicious. I was there by myself and it was on a Sunday and the staff worked really hard to get my order in right away before a large group got their order in so I could get my food and get on the road. read more

Went to this IHOP in the morning, it did seem to be a little bit busy. We stood in line at the door and waited a bit, and the girl at the front asked us if were here before some other people who were behind us. (uh of course, we are in line and before them) so i'm already kind of put off, but i brushed that aside and we sit down (there's 3 of us total) and we sat at the table. We literally sat there between 20-30 minutes, nobody came to ask us for drinks, not even to see, they served people that came in after us with food AND WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE DRINKS! I was beyond irritated and decided to leave, staff there is terrible from start to finish. We just up and left and went to the McDonalds 2 buildings away and they served us so fast, we probably got food faster driving over there. easiest 1/5 star, never going again and will recommend against this place. read more

Had breakfast there this morning and was pleasantly surprised! The restaurant was packed full, yet we were seated at a clean and comfortable booth almost immediately. We had friendly and attentive service, and the food arrived much faster than I had expected. I ordered the Swedish crepes with plain whipped butter instead of the lingonberry butter that would arrive with it otherwise. The crepes were delicious! They were light and eggy, had good flavor and texture, and the lingonberry jam that came with it added a sweet and tart flavor. The coffee had great flavor, as well, and I drank most of the entire pot which was left on the table. My husband had a ham and cheese omelet with hashbrowns, and he was also satisfied. I usually snub chains, but today IHOP hit a home run. read more

Came in for breakfast at 4:30am, the booths were designed for children, very short. Felt rushed, after eating and enjoying my drink the check came and then all the chairs on my side of restaurant were put on top of tables for mopping. I am the only customer in the place, they could of started on the other side of the restaurant. I stopped in after a grueling day at work to eat some comfort food, and I was not disappointed. The service was fast and friendly, and there was no wait. (I came at 3 PM, so there's that- but they noticed me and sat me right away!) I had the chicken fried steak dinner. The chicken fried steak was nothing to write home about, but it satisfied my comfort food needs. The gravy was thick and creamy. The broccoli was steamed just right- not too mushy or crunchy. I loved the thick mashed potatoes with gravy. My only boo is the salad, which was a pile of iceberg lettuce with a slice of not so robust tomato and a slice of red onion. It came complete with a packet of dressing. However, since Ihop is a chain, I was not expecting an artisan salad. I just am not a huge fan of a pile of iceberg "salad." read more

I eat out for breakfast six or seven days a week. IHOP is one of the three diner type places I go. I normally have the fit and fare omelet, it is basically a vegetarian three egg omelet. I almost always get very efficient and fast service. It can get extremely crowed sometimes but they have enough staff on during the busy times to cover the rush. Plus I love a place where you can get breakfast twenty four hiurs a day. read more

This restaurant. Horrible service. Went to pick up call in, had to wait about 15-20 min past the time they'd said it would be ready. At least 20 plates were sitting in the window waiting to be taken out to customers. Got the order home, food was wrong, cold, bacon undercooked..called to request a refund - was told the manager wasn't in-told then we'd bring the food back. Took the food back requested a refund-still was told the manager was not there and they'd have to take our number before a refund could be granted. Finally after we said we weren't leaving until we talked with a manager-the manager mysteriously appeared. Not only had we been lied to about the manager not being there we were chastised by said manager (who had no mask on) for insisting a refund. Let the Corp office know of our treatment and they refused to offer any apologies either. Visit at your own risk. read more

I give this IHOP 3 stars not because they are any worse than any other IHOP I've been to but instead I use this 3 star rating as a reflection of all IHOPs in general. I don't really have any complaints about this location in particular I simply find IHOPs in general to be mediocre. Don't get me wrong, I don't dislike them (hence 3 stars instead of 2)... but I also don't love them. IHOP is a pretty decent place to have breakfast or lunch. The prices are most generally reasonable and the selection of foods is fairly broad. However, the quality of food is just adequate. Aside from pancakes, I can't really say any of the menu items are above average. Be prepared for long waits if you decide to have breakfast here on the weekends. read more

My daughter ordered online and went to pick it up. She asked a waitress about her order but she just ignored her. 30 minutes later another waiter came up to the cash register and she found out it was ready a long time ago but it got dumped so they had to remake it. She already paid online so she didn't want the hassle of canceling it. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I wouldn't feed my dog in the place. read more

Food was great! But we were lied to. We are trying to stick to a budget. When we walked in, we asked about kids eating free. I've seen it advertised that kids eat free from 4-8pm. The waitress confirmed that they do in fact eat free, but when we went to pay she tells us that it's only on Tuesday and Wednesday and we were there on Thursday. read more

Maybe I'm a sucker for pancakes, but I love this place. No, it isn't the cleanest or classiest restaurant I've ever been in, but it's good. I've never had a bad meal and their variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner options is impressive. I always get the veggie omelet with harvest grain and nut pancakes. I appreciate that they have healthy options like egg substitute and sugar free syrup.The service is consistent as well as the food. Plus, you can find IHOP coupons on the back of pretty much every Dillon's receipt so two people can eat for the price of one. I love it! read more

Derek was a great server and did an amazing job with my friends and I. Honestly we were difficult and loud, but he did an amazing job keeping us from bothering other customers, while making sure that we were fully satisfied with our service and food. Im not super active on yelp, but Dereks service was one of the most friendly and professional Ive dealt with, so I decided to get on and make the effort. The overall experience I received was beyond what i had expected!! It was perfect. Our server was a good sport who attended us to all of our needs to the point where I realized I never asked him for anything.He was also a funny little guy. The food was made just the way we had ordered it and the environment of the restaurant was calm and relaxing- it was good! The Stuffed French Toast was better than what I had expected and the hash browns were even better with tobasco sauce. The food at this IHOP is pretty consistently good when compared to other locations in Sedgwick County. I order here fairly regularly usually getting takeout but occasionally sitting down with friends. My only real complaint about this location is that there seems to be a wait for everything; when you first enter the restaurant, there will be a wait to be seated(or even talked to), once you're seated there will be a wait for your order to be taken, and so on.. That is a very minor problem though obviously. I will also note that this location is typically very crowded on weekends even into the early hours of a.m. I would definitely recommend this IHOP location, it's usually clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is good. read more

The cooks obviously don't seem to care whether or not they please their customers. Nothing is worse than finding a delightful hair in the whipped topping of my French toast. I'm not one to complain about my food so I usually keep it to myself. The eggs are usually overcooked or runny. And I just don't like the atmosphere in general. It's messy and the could use some new tables, booths, carpet, etc. If you want an at least decent breakfast then go to Golden Corral or one of the locally owned diners around. Avoid IHOP no matter what though and just save yourself some time and money. read more

I have been coming to this ihop for 8 plus years. And have always enjoyed the servers and food. Today if it could go wrong it did. My first plate of food was wrong and she fixed it, but looks like all they did was take the onions off, not remake it. And 2nd I mentioned about my pancakes and nothing was corrected. No manager came and talked to me. Nothing was done. NOTHING. Back when I was a server no mater what we always corrected the problem. Apparently that is optional anymore. I just spent an hour at this ihop trying to get a simple meal for 3 people. It took forever to get my order taken, after I gave my order they told me they couldn't fill my order due to not having the items in stock. The waiter told me to look at the menu and then waited 15 minutes to come get my order again. Half of our food was cold because they waited to bring it out till the entire order was ready but they had put it in after I ordered the first time. I asked to speak to the manager when I went to pay and the waiter told me he didn't want to come out and speak to me. I had to reiterate my need to speak to a manager before he finally meandered out from the kitchen. I told him how this was the worst ihop experience ive ever had and he didn't care.
