The absolute worst food i have ever received in my life. You couldnt pay me to eat here ever again. We waited 2 hours for our food, when it got here, all of the fries were only 1/4 full and ice cold, like someone took cardboard and cut it into the shape of fries and put them in the freezer. My child usually gets so excited to get Mcdonalds, When he opened his happy meal (which could not have been more sad), he made an expression i have never seen on his face before, took two bites and pushed it away from him, it was crazy. We were missing Burgers and Nuggets, the burger we did receive had one pickle and a single drop of ketchup and mustard, like they were rationing the sauce like some sauce police. The Chicken sandwich we got was at least a day old, with tomatoes that were screaming to be thrown away. If it weren't for the beverages, the charlatans running this establishment would have earned zero stars from me instead of one, as they were actually of acceptable quality. This serves as evidence that they are actually capable of creating palatable items for human consumption, which has led me to believe that the atrocities throughout the rest of my order were deliberate acts of evil. We tried to call 3 times to check in and see if the employees are okay out of fear for anyone else going thru what we did, no answer. Wow! What a journey! I waited such an exciting 120 highly anticipated minutes and I was met with an extraordinary display of ice cold food that was old, shriveled, and sad. Half of the items were missing, the food that was present was shrunken (along with the fries being unseen in their respective boxes unless looked at with a keen eye from an obtuse angle; even my child could see that this "food" should not be consumed by any living being. When I tried to call them I was left with the solemn dissonance of empty ringing over the phone threefold. I believe this was a malicious attack and perhaps a threat to my well being. This is not the first time this has happened, but it's getting worse and worse. I would like for someone to look into it for me. The service is horrible! I had to go through the drive-through twice just to get my order placed. When I finally got to the payment window, I asked why the girl never responded to me after I told her I wasn't using the McDonald's app today. She claimed that her headset was broken yet I could hear her on the drive-through window, taking orders of three people that came in after I did, then when I got to the pick up window to get my order, the girl there was on her phone sending text messages and ignored me completely for a good minute. Had to repeat my order 4 times total to two people then my receipt still wasn't what I ordered then after "fixing it" I was still missing a McMuffin. Im a Dasher for Door Dash, I was on a dash to this McDonald's and when I arrived doors were locked at 7:15 so I went through the drive-through took 20 minutes for me to get to the menu and they were telling customers that they were closed for Christmas and no longer taking orders by this time it was 7:30-7:45ish I let them know that I was a Dasher and they told me to pull forward. No one was at the first window so I continue to pull forward after it took another 30 minutes for me to get to the window for them to tell me that they didn't have the order and they turned off their computers 15 minutes ago mind you I was the first Dasher in line. If toke so long that i had to contact the costumer. There was another Dasher behind me and they got their customers, food, but I didn't get my customers food. And told me that there was nothing that they could do and said have a good Christmas. Just really unprofessional and rude! read more

I decided to try the McRib since I hadn't had one in years, needless to say I realized why I hadn't had a McRib in years (I don't enjoy the flavor of the McRib). My fries were hot and delicious. So I just left this location. Ordered a sausage cheese Mcmuffin meal ($5.69) with medium orange juice. The meal comes with hash browns ($1.09) and coffee ($1.29). 1.79 sandwich 1.09 hashbrowns +1.29 coffee ----------- $4.17 How the hell you charging me an EXTRA $1.52 for a damn combo? On top of that, I was charged an EXTRA $1.59 for getting my meal with o.j. So I spent $7.59 (before taxes) for $4.77 ( extra $0.60 for o.j. instead of coffee) worth of food. WTF mcdonalds. Terrible customer service from the on-duty manager today. Only received half the large fries I paid for. I asked the manager if this was a large and she said yes. The fact is I got all that was left. The people after me got new fries that were steaming hot. I got the cold ones that did not fill up the box, see the attacked pictures. Take a look at the crappy sandwiches we bought and what they really look after opening the wrapper. I wish the owners would contame and discuss this problem. Worst McDonalds experience ever. They had no idea which orders were done and which were not. The employees were running around saying "Oh My Gosh, We Are So Busy" and were clearly overwhelmed. They kept asking for everyone's receipts and order numbers. At one point some type of drink machine or a dropped drink exploded liquid all over the counter and everything near it behind the counter. We waited for over 30 minutes. Part of our order finally came out, but the new Spiced Glazed BBQ chicken tenders never came. Finally they were ready after all our other food was eaten. So we took those to go in the car since we had been there 3 times longer than we'd anticipated. Then once we got in the car and on the road and opened the tenders, THEY WEREN'T EVEN THE ONES WE HAD WAITED SO LONG FOR!!! They were just the regular fried chicken tenders. read more

Best hamburger in Wichita! I've eaten at hundreds of thousands of restaurants around the world, and believe me when I tell you that the delicious bites of meat 'n bun served at this little mom-and-pop hamburger restaurant are absolutely the best food I've ever put in my mouth. I was a little weary about the care my order would be given when I saw how young the kids working behind the counter really were, but they handled my order with the utmost level of professionalism and care that I literally was sickened by my prejudice towards these pimply teenagers. I demanded to speak to their manager, and when he came out from behind the assembly station, I gave him my utmost kudos. If you have little ones, DON'T WORRY, because the nice people at McDonald's are VERY accommodating - they have a children's menu, as well as a "playplace" full of plastic balls and tubes to keep them occupied while waiting for their food to arrive (not that they'll be waiting long, mind you). And for the parents? Free wifi! But the food! Oh my, the food! I got the #2 Value Meal - the Two Cheeseburgers. I like tomato on my hamburger, and was worried at first because it didn't look like tomato came with the Two Cheeseburgers, but after inquiring they assured me they could throw it on my sandwich no problem! McDonald's is known for their hamburgers, and I can see why! Well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection, the slices of American cheese were the perfect final touch to round out the entire experience. And the fries are absolutely heavenly! Thin cut, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they are my new de facto standard for how a good fry should taste. A little Heinz to send the flavor profile home, and I'm in Heaven!!! It's hard to say just how much I was BLOWN AWAY by my meal at McDonald's. Let me start by saying that when I go to McDonalds, I feel that I have appropriate expectations. I don't expect to be blown away, I expect McDonalds. However, I do expect that my order will be correct. I can only call my experience a fast food comedy of errors. I ran into Wichita to pick something up before I got my sons from daycare. Was hungry, decided to go to McDonald's at Harry and Webb. Went through the drive through, ordered a double cheeseburger with ketchup only, and a large Diet Dr. Pepper. Paid, picked up my order, and drove a little down the road. Took a sip of my drink. It was tea. I don't really like tea. Figured I'd eat my burger. Opened my bag, only to find two single cheeseburgers. Heavy smell of pickle, mustard, onion. So I kept driving, and finally figured "I can just scrape the stuff I don't want off, and then combine what's left into a double cheese burger.
