This McDonald's has friendly faces and a clean environment. Would definitely eat there again.

I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald's. The drive-thru line was extremely slow, and after waiting 25 minutes, I still hadn't reached the window. Unfortunately, I was unable to break my $20 bill at that point, so I couldn't even receive my food. I understand that busy periods can cause delays, but waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to leave without my order was very disappointing. Hopefully, the drive-thru process can be improved so customers aren't left waiting that long. read more

I tried to avoid this McDonald's because it truly has the absolutely slowest drive-through line. It's an old-school with a single line and it seems to be constantly understaffed. I feel bad for their workers. So I order a egg and cheese bagel meal and the worker tells me they don't make it without bacon or sausage. I politely remind him that it shows an egg and cheese bagel on the menu. He comments, "I'll just have to flick the bacon off." When I finally receive my order at the window I am missing the hash brown and when I open up the sandwich it is cheese and bacon only, no egg. I couldn't get his attention to open the window and assist me. I'm done with this particular location Good luck, everyone! read more

Where do I even begin, I walk in and immediately smell the smell of regret and heartbreak. I hear the speakers playing "If I die young" by The Band Perry it was the most fitting song for this establishment I'm waiting for my food and I happen to catch a glimpse of one of the workers refilling the cardboard fry holders and she drops a stack on the dirty ass ground and proceeds to turn around and stare me dead in my eyes then stops to probably think weather she should throw them away or just continue on and put them in with the rest of the boxes. This is the same lady that took my order she was in a horrible mood she really must hate her job. Overall I would put the place on equal grounds with long John silvers. read more

Please put out napkins, ketchup and pop again. Hardly anyone spoke English for me to ask for things. Place was dirty at 11am. I was very disappointed the way this location changed. this is the worst McDonald's in the city! There's a slowest no matter what time of the day you go there. It states they're open at 4 AM but you can put an order online at 4:25 AM and it won't be ready by 4:40. The morning people always have excuses and are very rude. read more

Went around 11:30 PM, we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. Finally got up to order our food but we had an online order so we told them that. They said ok. Then we sat and waited for 10 minutes. Then my boyfriend asked if we needed to pull forward & they ignored us. We pulled up, and waited for a long time. We finally got to the window, the lady says "online order?"and then we waited for our food for 10 minutes. Then they gave us the wrong flavor of a drink we ordered. We also never received a "I'm sorry for the wait.". The food was disgusting and old. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review and I wrote one about this place so don't go it. I went through this drive through after Lowes to get a $1 drink. When I pulled up with my money to the first window the girl literally didn't say anything to me. I brushed it off because I thought she might be listening to someone else ordering. Then when at the second window that girl literally just pushed my drink out the door and didn't say one word I knew that this place has some serious customer service issues. McDonalds is always a go-to. I will always find myself eating here because it's so cheap and food isn't all that bad. Other than that, the customer service is shitty. Almost every time I order hash browns they make me park and wait around 15 minutes (even for ONE hashbrown!!) they'res also been multiple times that they've messed up my order.. I do NOT reccamned doing the mobile order. I did the mobile order once and they charged me twice for my food. I argued with the manager and she wouldn't give me a refund or help with anything. read more

Went in around 11:40 pm. There was only one person staffed, and we ordered 2 large fries and a medium caramel frappe. The lady working saw us through the window and we could see her say "sh*t". She had a horrible aditude but we figured it was because she had to work alone. The fries seemed fresh and we drove off, but only the top half of the fries were warm and the bottom half was cold. We thought that was messed up so I called in but there was no answer. So we kept calling and the funally lady answered, i asked of she was the one working and she replied "Are you the one who keeps harassing me?". I explained that calling a restaurant is not harassment and that half of the fries we received were old and cold. She got very defensive and tried to tell me it was a common industry practice. When I asked her for her name she hung up. I'm never going back to this McDonald's again. read more

I watched an employee that didn't wash her hands after using the restroom handle the to-go food bags. I'm pretty sure it was a manager since she was in a blue shirt. I went in at 6:15 am just after they opened. I wasn't in the mood for greasy breakfast food, but I needed something before hitting the road, and they're right next to the turnpike. I get there, and I'm the only customer. I had to use the restroom before ordering, so in I went. There was one other person using the other stall. As I'm minding my own business in my stall, I hear the other toilet flush and someone left without washing her hands. So I hurried out (after flushing the toilet and washing my hands!) and didn't see any customers. So I asked the lady at the register if it was an employee that left the restroom before me. She has her assumption as to which employee it was since there weren't any other customers, but she made it sound like many of the employees don't wash their hands after using the restroom. The middle aged lady that she pointed out had a blue shirt on and was opening food bags, perhaps to bag the drive thru orders. I told the cashier I couldn't order my food there and left. Worst service ever!!!! I was the only person in the drive thru. Pulled up at 5:56am and ordered a Canadian bacon bagel and a sausage biscuit with cheese, hashbrown and orange juice. I pulled around to the second window and literally waited 7 minutes before the lady at the window even turned around; she didn't even look at the customer at her window and say it will be a minute or anything! Finally took my money $7.18 and then 2 minutes later read back my order (which was wrong) ...the bagel was sausage egg and cheese. I said I ordered Canadian bacon and cheese. They went to get me another sandwich when I noticed the biscuit for the other sandwich was a muffin so I handed it back as well. They then brought me the bagel which was Canadian bacon, but also had egg! I said I didn't want egg on this! I was so frustrated at this time and the cars were piling in behind me. Finally got the sandwiches and my biscuit sausage had no freaking cheese. Worst experience ever and never got sorry for your wait or anything! Never again! read more
