If you're going to advertise on highway signs showing your business atbthe next exit AT LEAST be somewhat adjacent to the exit. I got off for coffee had to drive a few miles to the starbucks and it was closed. This is highly irresponsible of corporations to cause potential customers to drive miles out of there way for no service. read more

10 years since my last review here! I come in a few times a year. Standard Starbucks experience, coffee has greatly improved with the new clover system. Staff are friendly. Nothing but hard seating though. Some soft chairs would be nice. read more

I've been to this establishment two times in the last week. Both times my drink was made incorrectly and was rather disgusting. Today i went again hoping for a better experience and was disappointed once again when i ordered the new frozen energy drink. Not only was it not frozen but a third of the drink was FOAM?? I took a sip and it was undrunkabl. I never ask to have things remade but I had just spent 8 dollar on a drink i could not drink. So i walked over and politely said i wasn't sure it was right and she gave me massive attitude. i was taken aback when she rudely responded that she was just gonna make it the same way anyways. I was really confused...so then i got my drink again and this time it was completely ice and she rudely exclaimed "I hope you like it" as i walked out. Horrible experience. Lately I haven't had the same experience here as I used to. I think they could use more help. It's always packed when I get there, so even if I order ahead there is a wait. The employees are too busy now to welcome people as they arrive. That used to be such a nice touch. And try not to use the bathrooms...they are ALWAYS gross. Even the walls around the sink area are disgusting, as if they've never been cleaned. I feel like I need a shower if I need to use those bathrooms. Management here needs to care just a bit more, IMHO. I've been a regular customer and specifically picked this one over others on my route, but now, sadly, I'm rethinking that. read more

Initially I came here to charge my phone since it was completely dead and I needed it to be charged to get home (2 hour drive). I ordered a sandwich and service was good. However, after I finished my sandwich I stood near the charger port thinking maybe 10 more minutes and I should be okay, but they told me I needed to leave as no one can just stand around. I explained my situation and she could care less. It's the humanity factor for me. I had my mask on and the place was empty at that time. I don't care if the food and drinks are great, but if you can't be a kind human, then that's something that would put me off from ever coming back here. Just as an FYI to parents with young kids who may fall asleep on your trek to this store- they call the police on people who park out front. Yes I ordered on my app in advance. Yes I was in the store because they screwed my order up and were trying to figure out their inventory. Yes they somehow had the time to play neighborhood watch and call the cops on me. I frequent this Starbucks when visiting my boyfriend and everyone is always really nice. I've never had a problem with getting any of my drinks the right flavor. Like in my other Starbucks review, it's not always easy to get our drinks right, but I've never had a bad one here yet. My boyfriend is a regular and they always greet us really nicely and remember what he gets all the time (I don't go as much, so they don't know). Very friendly staff, everyone there is upbeat and makes going in the morning better. I have never had a problem with anyone there and if my coffee is ever "off" they will gladly make a new one for me. read more

No sign off of the exit ramp showing which way to go for the coffee shop. This Starbucks is hidden in shopping center beside GNC and a Dental shop. Of course if you want Starbucks coffee over gas station coffee or DD coffee then, like us, you will drive 2.5 miles off this exit to get a hot regular roast coffee. There are not alot of locations to choose from off of 78 in this area.... Just really feel a sign or better directions would help travelers that are tired and not familiar with this area. Clean, friendly, but my drink was not prepared as ordered. Asked for a vanilla latte for my wife. It was made without vanilla. That didn't go over too well. Sure, they fixed it, but it's not all that complex an order. Aside from that snafu, the location is clean, the workers are friendly, and things moved along quickly enough. I've previously left horrible review of this place.....this place has done a total turn around with staffing. I come in here daily and it's been absolutely wonderful! The staff is wonderful they're helpful and know my order! Always smiling when I leave here! I love it! I love the staff, love the personalization of my drinks and I love the atmosphere! As you can see by my previous reviews the old staff sucked massively and made me miserable! It has been an excellent turn around for this place! Bravo it killing me that I can't remember the guys name but there is one guy in particular that makes my day especially wonderful when I see him! He's so sweet and bubbly! I love Starbucks and the fact that they have the mobile ordering and I've never had an issue with it until I went to this Starbucks. I waited for at least 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. It would've been faster to stand in line, order, and wait for my drink to be made. No other Starbucks I have gone to has ever had that issue I'm in and out with a mobile order no standing around waiting for someone to notice me waiting to ask someone for my order. Very disappointing. If you're going to have a mobile order station at least put it by where you normally would pick up and drink where someone is always there not somewhere an employee isn't readily available. read more

I love Starbucks coffee; their coffee here is as good as it is in any other location. What could be improved about this location in particular though is: - Mobile ordering station: they hide the mobile order drinks behind the counter. The whole point of mobile ordering is so I don't have to wait for my drink, and also don't have to speak to anyone while I'm still in my 7am pre-coffee mood. Having to request your drink from someone defeats both of those purposes. - there is no whole earth natural sugar packet. Every other Starbucks I've been to has mobile orders just there for pick-up, and they all have Whole Earth sugar. This one needs to step it up. read more

This place is like walking into Cheers. They know us by name, know our drinks, and always chat us up. If it's not busy we're always in there for at least 10 minutes just socializing with the baristas. Only once have I had my drink messed up and they were quick to apologize and fix it. read more

This is the worst location i have ever visited. I'm a frequent visitor to this location and I've had it with this one. The workers are so rude. I was the only customer in the store when i ordered my drink (an iced latte. I work in a cafe and it doesn't take long to make) and it took almost twenty minutes to get it. I understand mobile ordering comes first and I'm fine with that. What i had an issue with is that two customers came in after me ordered and got their drinks first. I watched the worker put their cups in front of mine to do theirs first. Not ok at all. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. read more
