Service was fast. That's about it. The food was horrible. Like.... It was the worst dunkin' I've ever had. They didn't even take the wax paper off my egg before toasting it. Didn't find out until I swallowed my first bite. Worst dunkin experience I ever had, and honestly, I never went back. Dunkin' Donuts sucks now. Go somewhere else like a small local bagel place. Update: corporate reached out and rectified the issue. They were very apologetic and offered a free breakfast sandwich in return. The replacement was much better quality, and as a bonus, they took the wax paper out. read more

Dunkin' - Wax paper that's not supposed to remain in my bagel. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Somerville, New Jersey

This is the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. The coffee is terrible... like consistently terrible. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The older/middle-aged woman is incredibly rude, very happy NOT to help, and bothered by your presence. The inside is not very clean. This place really needs a revamp, in ALL aspects. I won't get coffee from this Dunkin anymore. Drive 5 mins down 22 and go to Bridgewater Dunkin instead, their coffee is consistently good and the service is always great. Take some pointers from Bridgewater Dunkin!!! read more

Old donuts that they gave me place was dirty not going there ever. They need new people that care about the place they sell food too.

Seems to been some staff changes and after going there a few times again recently, the first time going was due to time constraints and they were closer than Bridgewater... Saw significant improvements in service and quality. Both times going back, coffee was good again and everything was ready for pick up, even while they were busy. read more

One of the worst Dunkins I have ever been to. I don't remember the last time I had come across an employee so rude. It was like she was doing me a favor by being there. She was an older-middle aged woman whose name started with an A. Not a smile, not a nothing. I tried to small talk her to be nice as she prepared my food (took forever) and coffee (terrible btw) and very slow. She was just plain rude. She should not be in any customer service job whatsoever. Will never be back!! read more

I wouldn't have thought it possible for a DD to earn any less than 4 stars but I've seen a lot of 3 star and under reviews and it's disappointing. But now I get it. I stopped into 2 local DD's this past week and both experiences were 1 star experiences because of poor service and poor quality product. I visited this location before 7am on a Saturday and did believe there was going to be a nice selection of fresh donuts. I thought, at that time of morning on a Saturday that I may luck into fresh baked donuts. No such luck. Service was slow. I ordered 10 holes and an old fashioned. The holes tasted stale. The old fashioned was soft & bleh. No texture whatsoever. No crunch. No differentiation between crust and middle. The coffee was crap. I tossed it all. I've been on the road a lot lately and I've had better service and better quality DD product at highway rest stops/service stations. read more

The coffee is either weak or old and stale. I'm never happy with it but sometimes I'm desperate for caffeine and in a hurry. The younger people that work there are actually nice, polite and pleasant. It's the older man and mgr, Annette that are rude and not great to deal with. Also, I've seen the owner and the older employees without their masks while customers are there, so I stopped going. It's a shame that they spent all that money remodeling this place, but can't make a good cup of coffee or wear a mask. read more

Not surprised at all reading these comments. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Older lady gave my husband an attitude about making a drink after she cleaned the machine more than an hour before they closed. I will never come here again. How does this lady stay employed??? read more

Coffee is always either burnt or they put so much cream in it that it's undrinkable. Asked for caramel coffee with two extra pumps of caramel and cream. I got all cream no caramel and a faint taste of coffee. read more

I agree with the other reviews. Staff is unfriendly and if the order is messed up they don't care. I've heard the staff cursing at each other loudly when there are small children in the store. Staff spoke to a customer in front of me about my toddler touching a Christmas ornament bc he was curious. Don't put a tree in arms reach then if you don't want a child touching it ! The owner is VERY nice, staff could be better. read more

10/9/20 - Been there twice. Been treated rudely twice. Geez, I just asked for no milk and no sugar. Never again. I'll spend my $ elsewhere. read more

I have been to this Dunkin Donuts only several times but each time I've been here the customer service has been excellent. The employees here are very friendly, attentive and polite staff through and through. From the girl at the cash register taking your order to the guy toasting up your corn muffin with butter, the staff is great. I've stopped by every time I've been to Pelican Ski and Sports (which is next door) and I always look forward to both. Keep it up guys, thank you! read more

I've stopped at this conveniently located Dunkin about 100 times over the last 2 years. In the last two months, the service and quality of product has gone rapidly downhill. Today was the final straw and I will not be back again. Over the past few visits, I've noticed that they don't listen to your whole order before making an assumption or two and rapidly getting you to pay. I get it. Morning rush and all. However, I haven't had a correct order in the last 4-5 stops, but most of the mess ups were small. Untoasted bread. Missing cheese. Used half-n-half instead of milk. Today was the kicker, however. The general manager was the one who took my order. Her fingers were moving faster than my lips could tell her my order and she pushed the CASH pay button before I had even finished ordering. Because of this, I don't think she heard everything I said. I asked for half decaf because I am 6 months pregnant and watching my caffeine intake. At first, she asks me twice if I could use cash so she wouldn't have to void the transaction, then she repeats half my order to the staff member making the drinks. I knew she didn't tell him half-decaf. She redid the transaction, I paid with my DD card, and she handed me the coffee. I asked if she was sure it was half-decaf. She dismissively said "Yes." at first. But the staff member gave her a look like "Ummm..." which told me it wasn't. I then asked again. She seemed less sure and started to waiver. THEN proceeded to tell me I ordered incorrectly. That I asked for half-n-half. I know what I ordered. She then insisted that I ordered wrong, but that she would make it for me without charging me again. That was it. I walked away without my coffee and more than bit off put at the demeaning way I was treated. I won't be back. read more

I can't tell you how many times they have screwed up my order here. Not friendly at all and when you tell them that they make a mistake they get all irritated and pissed. I will not be going back there again. read more

Terrible service they've got people working there that don't listen to the customers.... if I could give a zero star I would never going back to this Dunkin read more

Only giving it two stars cuz my coffee came out good. The shift lead walked in and greeted me okay I was beginning to tell her my order and she kept asking me question that she wouldn't have to ask if she would just let me finish. I ordered a small frozen coffee with extra cream. Noticed the price was a little high but didn't think twice about it. The man making the coffee heard me right and ask the women if it was a small and she said no I made it a medium since she asked for extra cream. Never have I heard such bullshit and I've been a huge Dunkin fan for years. Never will I go there again. read more

annette has terrible customer service and breaks donuts. cant make drinks either. overall, bad.

Not bad. It's your pretty standard DD located on the eastbound side of Route 22. They have their own lot so parking is not much of an issue. It's not a huge DD inside but it's fine. One plus is that the coffee prices are slightly cheaper than others in the area. Another plus is that the employees are very friendly and nice. They're not the most efficient I've ever seen but friendliness definitely makes up for some of that. I'll come back -- no doubt about it. read more
