I go to Bagel Junction every time I'm in the area at lunchtime. My order is simple and always the same: plain bagel, lox, tomato, VERY LIGHT cream cheese and not toasted. Every time I've gone there, the sandwich has been excellent. The bagels are always great. The bagel I order is always soft and tasty, there is plenty of lox, they never forget the tomato, and they even check with me to make sure it's the right amount of cream cheese. I can't ask for any better than that. They also have a lot of delicious-looking additions you can choose, from salads to pickles to cake and cookies - sometimes home-made. And they even have Stewart's Root Beer. There are plenty of tables inside, and also outside options. This is such a whitehouse station staple. Everyone in town goes here because it's the best bagels in town. I love the small town and hometown feels of the space and I have been coming here since I was a kid. They have kept up with demand and expectations and their food is just delicious. I'm a pretty basic person when it comes to my bagels so I always get the everything bagel with cream cheese- I like my bagel toasted but you don't even have to get it toasted here because it's so soft and fresh! I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone who loves bagels! My friend also tried a bagel with the garlic cream cheese which she said was delicious - so maybe I'll have to try that next time! Whether looking for a quickly buttered bagel or a full on catered event these folks can cover you like a well spread bagel. I love this place - I come here every time I'm home for the holidays. It's such a local gem where you can reunite with friends. The staff is so friendly and tightly knit. I always get excited to see everyone there. All of their bagels are great - SO fluffy and flavorful. I would recommend any of the bagel sandwiches - they are to DIE for. There's nothing better than a pork roll, egg, and cheese from Bagel Junction. They also have lots of cream cheese flavor options (including apple pie and pumpkin during autumn) which is a great addition to any bagel! They are also making an effort to add more vegan options which is great. Hopefully they will have dairy-free bagel spreads soon :) read more

I've been coming here on and off for years. True regulars are greated and treated well and warmly. If you're not a true regular you are 9 times out of 10 not greeted, employees carry on conversations with each other and make you feel like an inconvenience instead of a valued customer. There was one older woman who was friendly but I havent seen her around lately. The other older woman with short hair - she never smiles and is not, at all, personable. Zero warm and fuzzies. There's almost always a line to wait in to order and once you order- awkwardness as customers try to find someplace to stand. Its normally a long wait. I feel bad for anybody sitting at a table because they end up with people standing all around them. It's truly hit or miss with the Bagels lately. They run out of most popular flavors. And Bagels have often been hard and ... stale?? There's way too much cream cheese on them. Bagel Junction catering is perfection! They catered the morning after our daughter's wedding breakfast for our hotel guests, which also happened to be Father's Day. From incompetent teenagers to a hearing the owner scold one of the kids for not charging the right price and waiting 20 minutes for a damn sandwich. Plus the food is not all that good anyway.. Bagel Junction rocks! It's a cozy neighborhood joint with a lot of charm. There's a lot of seating there but this place does great take out. I'd order on the phone and go there to pick up for a nice breakfast at home. The menu is really big, so there's something for everyone. My favorite bagel is the jalapeño one. The pork roll here is awesome, so I definitely recommend adding that to your bagel. In fact, adding egg, ketchup, salt and pepper goes a long way. It makes the best pork roll bagel I've ever had! A not very friendly looking lady was at the counter ringing someone up, I stood next, behind her, nobody else in line. The mean lady never said goodbye to the customer she was helping, never even looked at me, and walked away. She proceeded to go back to where there were two other, very capable looking women making sandwiches, and started telling them what to do. Then proceeded wiping down their counter and putting bacon in the fryer. There were a total of 4 employees behind the counter, and not ONE even paid attention to me, or the line forming behind me. Wilted lettuce doused in ketchup, Over done rubbery egg, Bland ass bagel not toasted even though I asked to have to toasted. I ate half cause I was hungry, tossed the rest and went to Starbucks. There is nothing I hate more then people who can't make a sandwich. And holy crap is their bathroom clean. And PRETTY. Like, seriously. Check out the pics. I didn't see the men's room obviously, but my friend said it was similarly decorated (but less girly). I don't know why anyone would go to that extent for their store bathrooms, but I actually want to go back and look at the artwork in more detail. The prices ain't too bad either. $4.25 for a bagel with CC, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and coffee. For that price where I am from you might get the CC on the bagel... might. Place is big, relatively clean, pretty expansive menu that includes all the classic breakfast options, wide selection of drinks.... I will just put it this way. My husband and i called in an order 15 minutes before we would arrive at the store so that we can just grab and go. When we arrived the older brunette woman working behind the counter told him it wasn't ready and then proceeded to grab his bagel for our order and start it right then. She then proceeded to tell him to get out of the way cuz he was going to have to wait. She was rude and has a major attitude problem. What's the point of calling in if they don't even make it so it's ready when you pick up? While he was waiting she was being nasty to the poor teenagers that work there. My husband noticed there was only two sesame bagels left and we had ordered one of them when we called in. The woman then gave the last two sesame bagels to other patrons and then called my husband over and told him there wasn't any left, pick something else. I've ordered from here three times this month and every single time my bagels were burnt to a Chris and they have put the wrong cream cheese and messed up my order. My husband just ordered a single egg and cheese bagel for me at this establishment and was charged $4.26. He thought that price seemed a bit high, but was distracted and paid that amount in cash. He came home and told me that he paid that much for a single egg and cheese (it was NOT a big sandwich btw) so I checked their site and it looks like it should've been $3.30 with tax. I think we got scammed by the teenager who works there unless $4.26 is correct for a very small single egg and cheese bagel sandwich. Either way, we had a bad experience once before, so we won't be going back. Their bagels are subpar at best and their customer service stinks. read more
