Today is Thanksgiving and the drive thru line was not horrible at all but according to the barista it was. Even still, I was told by the cashier my Salted Caramel Venti was on the house. I also bought a chocolate croissant i was pleasantly suprised the more expensive item was used when normally it's the other way around. This is my 2nd time at this location and they are always happy to see you and extremely professional. Definitely makes any difference in the price when you're taken care of so well! read more

This Starbucks has three stars because half the workers are nice and fun and the others are not happy and don't really care. Drinks are called with no enthusiasm and people just drag and to be honest it's mostly the few women that look late 30's won't look you in the eye when on the bar just over it. There was a young guy that took my order today super fun. The other day in the drive they I asked to reload my card and then take payment from that but they took my fifty paid for the drink and then put twenty on my card so I had a reloaded card and 26 bucks and change which of you have worked at Starbucks for more then six months you know people want to reload and then pay so they can get there stars. It's a well known fact and it just shows laziness. But I love Starbucks and this store is very clean so give it a shot read more

Went through the drive through with my boyfriend. I never tried the coffee. It was OK.

I just wonder into this Starbucks a few days ago by chance and I assume it must be relatively new because I never noticed it before. It's on the small side so it is easy to miss. Even though it's not large, it has all the amenities of a typical Starbucks. Nice clean bathrooms and soft cushy chairs to plant your butt in while pigging out. The coffee was hot and extremely fresh and the apple fritters I got were exceptional tasty. It even has a drive through. What really amazed me about this particular store were the two young ladies that worked there. They both had a head sets on and were working the window but also managed to deal with the walk in costumers without missing a beat. All while being efficient, friendly and pleasant. Amazing multi talking. The only negative is that the store has a small parking lot that is difficult to get in and out of. The whole Hoxie area is always congested. read more

I ordered a peppermint mocha cream cold brew many of times at the Starbucks down the road and it's already inconvenient that I have to drive further to get to another Starbucks because this place never makes me drinks correctly. First and foremost, I was told by the barista that this store is test store for new all natural extracts that starbucks has come out with and I just have to say, these are THE BEST TASTING FLAVORS. I like this Starbucks location...... The staff is very nice...... I get the skinny cinnamon dolce latte with whipped cream.....The wait time is an issue and I have seen some of the staff wasting time when there is a line....The other thing they are pricey but that's Starbucks in general not the actual store....... I'm a big fan of Starbucks. Been going to them since I walked out of my mother's womb. You can skip this one if your craving that sweet nectar of the gods. Staff here is, for the lack of a better description, soulless. Not friendly at all. Batista who took my order acted like she rather be any where but here. I mean I get it, I've had bad days myself but I check that shit at the door when I'm working the bar. The fake smile drops off when I walk into the kitchen when I go grab something, but comes right back when I walk back into sight of my customers. She could have at least attempted to crack half a while when she handed my awful burnt tasting cold brew. Customer interaction is 50% of a guests experience. Bad food and/ or a drink can be fixed. I'm in this particular Starbucks every single day. I rarely have had an issue and if I have, they've rectified the situation immediately! The drive thru is convenient and on weekday mornings when a certain lady is there, very efficient! The baristas and management are always kind to my children and myself. I even left my gold card there and they've called me to tell me! Service has been above and beyond on so many occasions! This is the best store in Warwick! read more

We love the atmosphere here! Service, food and beverage is as expected. Doesn't standout but completely acceptable. If you go during "off hours" you can really enjoy yourself here. My daughter and I plan time to sneak away and spend an hour or so there just to chat or even just read. Can't do that at a Dunkin Donuts LoL. I ordered a grande iced coffee with milk. What was given to me was the equivalent of a small iced from Dunkin Donuts. I told the barista I ordered a grande and her response was, "This is grande." And these guys charged me $2.87 (after tax) for it. The only thing saving this place was the fact the coffee is great and that the employee offered me a larger size. Although, I'm not sure how she would manage to do that if she claimed what I ordered was the biggest. I ordered a venti caramel machiato before my flight and didn't realize until I was on the plane that they had forgotten to put the espresso in my drink and all I had was a large cup of steamed skim milk. I emailed customer service and the reply was," The experience you described sounds truly frustrating...I know I would not be happy if I did not receive what I ordered...I will share your experience with the store to make sure we are consistently serving you the best beverages every time you visit." Translation: "Sorry we didn't put coffee in your coffee. We'll try better next time." That's like me telling a patient, "Sorry I forgot to put Morphine in your Morphine. I'll try to do better next time." Bottom line - I paid almost $8 for a cup of hot milk and Starbucks doesn't give a crap. I'll happily take my business elsewhere. read more

This is a nice Starbucks location... no doubt about it. Cozy wall bench complete with electrical outlets below the seats for extended visits. You wont find as much Sbux merchandise here, and unless you get a seat further back expect that beautiful sun to hit your eyes. I agree with other reviewers that every Starbucks is not created equal! Every time I have been to this Starbucks, I am greeted by friendly, helpful baristas. I LOVE the drive-thru, as trying to lug two young children in and out in a timely manner can prove to be a challenge most of the time. There have been two times that I have gotten the wrong drink-once I was given both drinks ("make someone else's day!" said the barista...and I did!) and the other time I was given a card for a free drink the next time I visited them. I always feel appreciated here, and that makes me happy! It's nice to get a smile instead of a growl first thing in the morning like some other coffee places give me. And the coffee is always yummy! Going here may cost a little more, but it's worth it, in my opinion! read more

There were 6-7 people "working" behind the counter, but only 2 of them were actually working. There was a long line of customers and they are chit chatting and dancing...which is cool if you are working at the same time. One person was wiping down the walls. Again, cool, but not when you have 10+ pissed off customers waiting for their orders. Waited over 15 mins for a simple sandwich and almost missed out flight. The people are nice.... My coffee gets screwed up a lot. Today I ordered a Skinny Vanilla Latte, and when I got to work I received a hot chocolate. The label on my coffee said skinny vanilla. Not even close! I have waited over 10-15 minutes for a coffee. Seems when 4 employees are on, only 2 work. They cater to the app orders online before they even acknowledge the customer in the store. I love starbucks. I go everyday. the only way i will go to this one now is if i go inside because if i go thru drive thru they are going to screw up. I like my ice coffee a little dark and the cashier put cream dosent stir it and asked me if it was good. she was like 90 she should have not been at a drive thru window. if you drive a little more the one on Rt 2 is exellent and understands about airport rd screw up she says she gets alot of people who come in with same problem.
