I noticed this page is saying this location is closed but it's not. I just visited it yesterday evening! I'll see if I can have the Yelp team fix that though. The lady taking orders was probably the only one taking orders and making drinks because there was a line and it took a few minutes for her to take an order from the drive thru. Regardless of why, when we arrived to the window she was very friendly and accommodating!! My experience doesn't match others who say they were rude, exact opposite in fact. My husband even whispered she could tone it down actually lol. I quite enjoyed the huge smile she shared despite her super busy shift. It takes a strong person to smile through the hard stuff. I wish I knew her name to give her a shoutout. Our drinks were tasty, mine was more espresso than sugar which is how I like my coffee. I recommend! read more

I've been a regular at Starbucks for a while, and I have to say, their service is consistently top-notch. The Mobile Order Pick Up is a game-changer for me--my order is always ready right when I arrive, which makes my days much smoother. The staff at this location are fantastic. Now here is the "TEA" about this particular Starbucks.... The Current Issue: The most common primary critique is the service approach. Customers are informed upon entry that this Starbucks location is ONLY for online orders and pickups. This message is perceived as a deterrent because it focuses on what customers cannot do, rather than how they can be assisted. When I first learned about this "pick up only" concept from a employee that actually worked at this location, I was all for it. I was thinking " HECK YEAH, I'm gonna get my order faster!" Which definitely is the case... But I could definitely understand how it could be frustrating to someone.. but then again, who hasn't heard of Starbucks in 2024..... come on now! Well, the other day I walked into a store with a lady that wasn't an app user. We were both greeted, the employee began to tell the lady that it was a pick up only store and she would have to go through the drive thru or download the app. Before the employee could even finish her sentence the customer yelled out "I TRIED, I COULDN'T HEAR YOU IN THE DRIVETHRU!" and walked right out the door. I was very surprised by the ladies reaction as the Starbucks employee probably deals with it on the daily basis. FYI, Starbucks has put in a BRAND NEW LOCATION 3.2 miles down the road with a tables for customer's to have a dine in experience. Title: 5 Seconds to Lose Money, 2 Seconds to Make Money. Ambiance: They remodeled. It looks nice, but it is much smaller now with enough space to walk up and pick up your online order. In 2018 praised by Adrian A. for being "...one of the best study spots outside of Baylor." Those days are sadly no more. Additional details below. Food: No information as I did not order any. More on that next. Service: You walk in and are greeted with "This Starbucks is a drive-through and order online and pickup location only. If you need to order you can order through the app." which takes them five seconds to say. Not everyone who has walked in will want to download an app as they are thirsty and want to just buy a drink and get said drink as soon as possible. Downloading an app and applying for an account is that much longer they are thirty and not drinking. Two seconds a person could rattle off "Welcome to Starbucks!" and take their order. Five seconds is spent telling customers what they can't do and extra steps a customer needs to make. Some customers decide not to losing Starbucks money. Two seconds could make Starbucks money with a greeting and helping the customer. Pandemic is "over" and people are missing that personal touch and interaction with other people. Less said and more helped would go a long ways for both customer and Starbucks. Or, a middle ground if that is not possible, how about a order kiosk at least? read more

Every time I come here all of the workers are incredibly depressing and abrasive if they have the energy. They often have too many people in the kiosk which greatly hurts their productivity. It is typical for workers not even to make eye contacting when taking your order which is very sad. read more

Had an interview to conduct and needed a place to just talk for a while. Ended up spending 3 hours here at this Starbucks! Man this location was busy! The inside was filled up for most of my time here so we used the outside area which was nice enough. Luckily most of that was bathed in sun because it was a bit chilly outside. The coffee was good... the place was clean... the staff was on it! For as busy as this location was I really didn't have to wait much. After spending 3 hours here I can say if you are looking for s cup of coffee... come and get it... they will take care of you. read more

I've never had an issue with flies at this location and this is my go-to Starbucks to study meaning I spend way too many hours here getting free refills of too much caffeine. They usually have all ingredients in stock and even keep their merchandise shelves full. The boards are always updated with the latest promotions and newest drinks. There is the main door and then a side door that leads to a patio area, which could explain the fly issue Benjamin N. is referring to. It's never been a noticeable issue for me though. read more

I'm not sure if the person taking our order was new or not, but they completely messed up both drinks I ordered. For an iced coffee, I specifically asked for 2% milk to be included, but the iced coffee said "no 2% milk" on the label and my other drink completely left out the honey from the honey almond milk latte. If the person taking our order was not sure, than reading back what they think our order was from the beginning would have been fine. What was worse was that the barista offered to remake the drink, but when I accepted the offer, the barista chose to give me a separate cup of 2% milk and I preceded to just mix it myself. I was in town for a work thing and I wildly overestimated the amount of traffic so I stopped in to get a jump on a few things. Lots of seating options with tables and chairs so you can work on a lap top. The bathrooms are super clean (I almost died laughing when I saw the photo of the toilet on the review) and staff was super friendly.
