My regular Starbucks! They just remodeled their store and it created more space. But they took away comfy chairs that make me want to stay to get work done. Very friendly staff. Several of the baristas know me by name and know my order ... which makes the experience feel personal. I've never had a problem with this Starbucks. read more

My cousins and I decided to go to this location and we thought it was going to be a quick stop before our road trip, but it turned out to be extremely bad quality and disappointing. We ordered a vanilla bean frapp, it turned out partially blended and watered down with not enough vanilla in it. We also got a iced caramel macchiato, upside down with extra caramel, it came out hot first, and when it was remade it came not upside down and didn't have the extra caramel in it. We also ordered an iced coffee that tasted old and burnt. If my third cousin would have ordered anything else besides a black coffee they probably would've fucked that up too. The bathroom was also out of toilet paper and soap. This location is seriously lacking and you should take your business to a different location, don't even waste your time coming here. Wow horrible customer service. Compared to the Starbucks on Caldwell which is the one I live by. But I was really thirsty and I was by this one. Anyway, I went thru the drive thru, and just the attitude of the associate just put a damper on my day. Got my order wrong 3 times on the screen, but I assured her not a problem each time and told her again what I wanted until she got it right. I hope they can move staff around and get someone more happy for the drive thru. The employees at Starbucks need to understand they are in a high volume at all times and need to mentally prepare themselves for whatever customer comes their way. Once again I'd give this Starbucks a a lot of minus's. I can't catch a break with the one on Goshen and Akers. It's the closest to my house. I should not have to drive across town to a different SB to get my coffee the way I want it. I know I'm well heard. I talk loud. My truck is brand new. The engine goes into off mode. So why the heck cant the people who work get my order right??? I'm not asking for much. A venti blond vanilla latte no foam. I don't like foam I don't care what the reasoning behind it is I don't like it. So they short me about 1/4 of the coffee thinking that I want more coffee and that's why I don't want the foam. Plus I said blond and or vanilla. They can't seem to get either one right. If I was to ask for a different milk and subtract and add different things then I'd say okay maybe I'm asking to much but I'm not. At least that's what home office is saying. I hope they're not blowing smoke. With all the issues Starbucks is having right now, nows not a good time to get customers upset. I keep calling and complaining. It's a lot of money for coffee. If I could give it a lower star I would. So tired of being cheated here. $4.75 for s drink and it 3/4 full. If you complain they are rude especially assistant manager. This is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The batista screwed up my drink two times in a row, and was like... "uh, I made it myself." Well guess what, you made it wrooong again! They said they would either refund money or remake it a third time... finally got it right when they focused. The service and attitude of every employee I've encountered at this location is just unacceptable. Starbucks district managers should take notice. read more

If I could give this Starbucks negative stars I would. Had the WORST experience ever at Starbucks today!! Like to the point where my bff & I had to go get sage and do a cleanse cause that workers bad energy was all over us! I'm not one to complain especially since I work in customer service and I know how draining it can be but there was no reason for her to be so rude. & when my roommate told her she had a discount she goes of course you do with this nasty ass attitude. But the minute we finished paying and she had to attend her next customer her whole mood changed. And the next customer was white I'm not saying she's racist but she treated her white customers waaaaay differently than how she treated my friend and me. I know, I know, what an easy review to write. Another Starbucks. Another drink order. Another town. Sure it may be a gimme, but it deserves the same treatment as it's brothers and sisters. Set about a mile off the freeway running through this somewhat lonely town, and hidden again off the main drag, lies a small Starbucks hidden by a grocery king and sub sandwich joint. The traffic flow inside is light and everyone is very friendly. The drive through window seems steady, but not as busy as others I have been too. I order as usual, they spell my name wrong as usual. I place three separate drink orders, on three tabs, for three friends. And I wait. Not long actually - just as I begin to speak with a peer my first drink order appears. Oh no, it's the wrong order. Hot v. Cold. Easy fix. I explain the error and begin the wait over again. This time the other two orders I put in, plus five additional orders from the walk-ins are served before my cup is poured again to make it cold, v. hot. Interesting. Not too many choices in the area when it comes to a 'bux, so it looks like this will have to do. Just gotta remember to slow down and check each order. read more

Have never had a problem with my drinks at this place. The place is clean and most of my times I use the drive thru. On this particular day I was using the drive thru when the lady in front of me decided to order 5 drinks for all her passengers. I was in line for about 6 mins I would say during non busy hours and was the second car in line. Now before you go thinking it was the baristas fault let me finished my story. The lady in front of me was one rude lady (maybe she lacked caffeine). I could hear every word as she chewed out that poor barista. People get crazy!! She told him as she pointed to him get it right this time. I mean people make mistakes geez! Anywho so I was in line because of the insensitive woman! When it came to my turn the barista was very polite, apologized a hundred times for the wait and explained that the two drinks I had ordered were on him. I was treated nicely as I've always been and my drinks were good too! All in all I will continue to venture to this location for my weekly drink :) read more

My wife and I just ordered through the drive thru. The girl didn't put the lid on right and spilled hot coffee all over my wife! They didn't seem concerned and only replaced the lid. Friendly staff but my goodness the drive through wait time is out of this world. I have been through many busy Starbucks and have been impressed by the drive through wait time. Today it was a 24 minute wait time to get a tea. Who can possibly afford that much time out of their day? I just don't see any sense of urgency in there. Avoid this location if possible. This Starbucks is close by my work so I gave them a longer rope to hang themselves than I normally would. I have experienced wrong orders on a couple occasions, extremely slow service and other problems. I have had to return to the store to get my order corrected (Not cool when you're already out on Goshen and have to flip a U.) and of course it's always the "oh, she's new" answer. Then they have a policy of putting the "newbie" on the cash register (only one open) during the busiest time of the day. I have had one male employee scratch his scalp as he's walking up to take my order and most recently an employee picking his nose as he attempted to take my order. That was enough to make me leave w/o anything that day. Since I have a press at home and it's a heckalot cheaper to brew it myself, I am done with this Starbucks even though it is so close to work. read more

The worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I went this morning to get my daughter and myself coffee. I waited in line 15 minuets just to put in my order. There was 6 employees there and 1 cashier. Another customer that was in front of me who had been waiting longer than me asked if they had another cashier, their response was no. Then after I asked them if they had a manager, their response was no we are in charge. I said to her that the cashier needs help. They didn't care. Finally after waiting almost 18 minuets they got another employee to hop on as a cashier. They didn't even greet me nor thanked me, now that's what I call GREAT customer service. So my advice to people is if you don't want to wait in line forever go to the Starbucks on Caldwell. The customer service there is excellent. This happens to be our neighborhood Starbucks. Always busy but our drinks are consistently good. It's really up setting when you order the same drink nearly every time and it's different every visit!!! If they make our tea too weak they are always happy to make it right. This Starbucks is definitely a hit or miss. & they miss about 4/5 times I go. Today I ordered a venti iced coffee with 9 pumps of classic and extra cream. I always order my coffee the exact same. Even in grande size I will always keep my order the same. & I don't know if they just don't bother to count how much syrup I ask for or what, but my coffee always ends up tasting watered down and not sweet at all. If I ask for classic syrup I expect to get that and not the cane sugar. Most of the time I'm in a hurry so I don't try my coffee before I leave the drive thru because you just expect them to give what you ask for & you don't feel the need to keep the others who had also been waiting, waiting any longer. & when I do sit there and ask them to add more of something or fix my drink, they don't seem too happy about it when it should've been made correctly in the first place. & to add fuel to the fire, when you have to sit in line for 20 minutes and watch the car in front of you ask you and the others behind to reverse so he can get his truck out of line because it was so slow and he was probably going to be late for work by the way he was dressed, it just makes you think of how much more terrible their service is. I only bother to go because it is literally a minute away from my house, but when I have the time I drive to other Starbucks because they make my drinks pretty great. I hope they plan on improving their speed of service and making drinks correctly. So went to Starbucks this morning drive thru and had horrible service. The lady, Sam was in too much of a rush to get our order through the drive thru. My husband tried to explain how he would like it, and she interrupts him and says, I GOT IT!! We get to the window and she didn't get the order right, it tasted awful. She tried to rush us out, with only 1 car behind us. We asked if she could another pump of white mocha, she said FIND, with an attitude but I'm going to charge you, it's not free. We don't mind paying extra, we just prefer to not have attitude with it. Never ever experience this bad service at a Starbucks in my life. I go to this Starbucks often and I have had great service from other staff members. STAY CLEAR OF SAM, blonde girl. PS. I told the cashier dude that I wanted the cotton candy frap. But I didn't know you had to give them the exact recipe. And that guy was all mad and crap. This is absolutely a horrible Starbucks location. The baristas look and act miserable and they are extremely rude! I have stopped here many times because it's convenient for me but after my last visit I would rather drive a few miles to get my order done correctly and with pleasant employees. I don't know if they have terrible management and if that was fixed the employees would be happier and therefore do better work but the Starbucks company needs to pay attention to this location because nobody I know is happy with it. They have repeatedly given me the wrong drinks and then when I nicely ask it to be fixed they usually just take it and then just give it back exactly the same. I guess they assume if you are driving thru you won't stop and come back in to get your order fixed correctly but really when you are paying that much for a coffee I expect it to be what I ordered!
