You can pull up and park right in front on Court St. and run in because they have reserved parking just for pick up orders. The Avocado Toast is delish and my coffee is always a 10/10. And knowing that a portion of my money goes to support the Rescue Mission makes coming here even better.

Although they offer pastries, cookies, bagels, and breakfast items, I wasn't hungry, but I was definitely tempted. The cashiers were nice, helpful, and seemed to genuinely enjoy what they were doing. The coffee was really good, but what I enjoyed most was the atmosphere. The shop is in an old building with high ceilings and large windows. There are different seating areas with tables, couches, and large stuffed chairs, and the space is decorated with vintage items. As I sat there, I realized it is called "Mission Coffee" for a reason: everything sold at the café supports the Visalia Rescue Mission. There were signs showing the number of meals and showers they have provided. Along with having a really good coffee shop experience, it felt good knowing that my purchase was supporting a meaningful cause.

Cup of Joy has become part of our routine…read more Each time we have a doctor's appointment in Visalia, we make it a point to stop here. We have been three different times, and every visit has been consistent. So far we have tried: * Hallelujah * Almond Joy * Amazing Grace We have ordered them hot and iced. Every single drink has been made perfectly. The temperature is right. The flavor is balanced. The coffee is smooth. Nothing tastes rushed or overly sweet. What truly makes this place special is the team. The ladies who work there are kind, upbeat, and welcoming. They are always smiling. They bring energy into the space. You feel appreciated the moment you drive up. We have asked for small tweaks to our drinks, and they are always happy to adjust without hesitation. That level of service matters. This has officially become our favorite stop in Visalia. I have always considered myself a loyal Starbucks customer, but I have been so impressed that I find myself choosing Cup of Joy instead. Great drinks. Consistent quality. Friendly service. We will continue making this our stop every time we are in town.

They were absolutely sweet, super patient with us being first timers, helpful with the drink suggestions and amount of sweetness goes in. Unfortunately the coffee just wasn't that good enough for me to want to make the effort to come back. Ambiance is a small kiosk with two drive thru lanes that lead out into a road where people need to get through to go to the gas station and any local businesses that are nearby. If you don't mind sticking out in the road waiting in line for coffee then more power to you lol cause this place is always busy! Usual fair, white mochas, espresso, drip coffee and a small assortment of pastries to choose from. Side note: The cups have religious based drawings on them, so to anyone who might have a different viewpoint on that, maybe this place is not for you. But to everyone else, i would say if you're in the area and want to try something other than your normal chain coffee spots, give this place a go.

The potatoes were amazing, the biscuits were great, and the gravy was so good! There's a small indoor seating area that feels like a modern diner and they have plenty of tables under the pergola outside, where there's vines, birds, and flowers, which feels very relaxing.

The…read moreplace was about 80% occupied, which says a lot for that time of day, but it still felt chill and relaxed. The interior is modernized (not overdone), clean, and welcoming, with a nice quote on the wall that adds character. I ordered the breakfast burrito ($11). It's simple but very well seasoned (scrambled eggs, potatoes, and cheddar cheese). No meat, which I was craving, but the herbs and spices definitely carry the flavor. Not sure what they use, but it's tasty. Portion-wise, it's a solid medium-to-large burrito and comes split in half, so it could easily be shared. I've seen bigger burritos elsewhere, but this one is filling enough. That said, $11 feels a bit pricey for something so simple. I totally understand inflation, but I think adding a protein option like bacon, ham, or sausage would really elevate it and make the price feel more justified. Service was quick; about five minutes total and the cashier was very friendly. I mentioned it was my first time there and that I'm part of Yelp Elite. I kind of wish there had been a bit more engagement at that point, like suggesting a popular item or checking with the manager about anything for Yelpers. Not a dealbreaker at all, just a missed opportunity to go the extra mile. Overall, good food, chill environment, friendly service, and efficient turnaround.
