Starbucks is always a must have before going to Busch Gardens! This location on Fordham drive is always on the way heading to the interstate. The location is very desirable; however, the parking lot not so much. It is difficult to maneuver this parking lot because it is small but also cars don't know which side of the road to enter on. They did expand the drive thru earlier this year but it definitely did not help as much as anticipated. The quality of the drinks are not bad, they do pay attention to detail when ordering drinks. I customize an iced caramel macchiato and it definitely taste a bit different compared to other locations. I appreciate that it's not as sweet because I'm trying to cut down on sugar -- for myself XD. The inside of the store is medium sized and is fairly organized. The drive thru is small and in my opinion should be expanded, but due to location it really can't be. Overall not bad and I enjoy stopping by this location whenever I am going on a road trip! I stopped by for my morning pick me up at Starbucks!! Because why not? The best part of waking up is Starbucks in your cup... Lol. When we pulled up they had an employee taking manual orders outside. There was a line but it wasn't to bad. But it did block the customers who were trying to leave. So that was a slight issue. The cashier was very polite and kept the line moving... I mean if its not 2,034 cars in the Starbucks line you're probably at the wrong one!! Lol. The gentleman serving at the window was a bit weird, he refused to stretch his arm out the window for some reason. He was nice, but he made me feel like i had to come in the window to get the coffee.. Maybe his elbow extendeosity mechanism wasn't working right on this day or something. Hopefully he'll give a small amount of effort next time. I ordered a caramel frappe with extra caramel. The 1st coffee was ok, but somebody missed a few pumps of something.. You can always tell when someone new made your drink. Mines was missing coffee or something important..It only tasted like ice and milk, no coffee flavor. Normally if i take a sip my brain begins waking up and dancing. But my brain didn't even cough!! So they were nice and remade it. I was appreciative!!! I can say they're very good about fixing your order if its not right. I also got a cheese danish which was delicious... 5 bites later and i yearned for another... I loved this Starbucks! The workers were extremely friendly. When you walk in they say "welcome!" They asked how I was doing while they made my drink. They also had positive, sweet notes written in chalk on the sidewalk that you read as you walked in. They also had a box for you leave feedback which was awesome and showed that they want to make sure their customers are happy! Like most Starbucks, it was clean, had a cool vibe, had places to sit and work, and had free WiFi. My drink was also delicious! I just needed to update my old review. I've been reading over some of my older reviews and this one, from 2014, isn't really accurate of my experience anymore. I ended up moving to this area and went here regularly for three or four years, and still stop in to this store probably once a month or so. The great thing about Starbucks is that you pretty much know what you're going to get. We all have our preferred drinks, and you know what you can expect at every Starbucks you go to. On the rare occasion somebody gets it wrong, they'll remake it for free. These days, I don't find Starbucks to be any more expensive than other specialty coffee shops (and often, it's cheaper). Unfortunately, I rely heavily on caffeine to function, so for now, I'll drink my Starbucks and enjoy it! Overall, this location has friendly employees, consistent product, and works to move customers through at a reasonable pace. read more

So I came by from out of town. I had to do the drive-through thing because of COVID. The girl taking the order was super nice. Then I was surprised how fast the line went! They had a very efficient system; from taking the orders from the cars, to expediting the orders and then the person at the window, who happened to be Daniel delivered our breakfast with a big smile and an extremely pleasant attitude. I also noticed how everybody working there were all very positive, worked as a team, and had really nice attitudes. Even though I'm sure this was inconvenient for all of the Starbucks staff members, they took time to get my order right, they didn't rush me and they made me feel like I was the only one there! I came in at 945a on a Sunday. The drive thru had a bit of a line but they were moving them through quickly. I came inside and only had to wait a moment while they took care of the woman in front of me. The barista efficiently took my order (hot venti skinny cinnamon dolce latte). I don't have a drink I've tried at a dozen locations so I cannot attest to this. I like this location. It is in a decent sized shopping center, you can get a full meal elsewhere. This location has a drive thru and a very small outdoor eating area. The "patio" is too close to the drive-thru lane for my liking but it works if you need some sun or air. The lounge area is super cozy and well lit. And spacious enough for this location. I've had great experiences with the staff here. I appreciate their cordiality and excellent customer service. I am an almost daily Starbucks drinker and this location is one of the 2 locations that I frequent most often. Service is great; they always get my order correct. Baristas are super friendly and always a pleasure to chat with when I pop in! No matter how busy it is (and this place gets pretty busy, I've always gotten service with a smile. This location loses a star on outside layout. It seems like they built this place on a lot that was too small! When the drive thru gets busy, it backs out onto the street, making it difficult to get in or out. If you are parking (which I typically do) park on the end closet to the street because when the drive thru gets busy, getting out of the parking spaces is pretty tight. I like that they are open pretty late. Past 10pm which is rare (most locations I've seen close at 9). read more

So many of my favorite baristas have left this store and I'm sad!! I did meet a great new barista the other day so there's hope. I love that I still get to see Zack, Trisha, and Justine. They are great seasoned baristas who take great care of me. I now drive 15 mins to come here and it's always worth it. The reason for 4 stars? A handful of the new people aren't the best. One guy in particular is just an odd duck and when I watch him make a drink i cringe. I've gone here on numerous occasions to run through the drive thru and get my matcha green tea fix. Parking can be horrible in the parking lot can be rather tight and an inconvenience when business hours is busy. They have good service and is fairly convenient for me when I'm out on the run. Sometimes I get my Starbucks properly made but at times it would be either overly iced or I'd be short changed with predominately foam if I chose to get a green tea latte. But it's no biggie because they always fix it for me if I felt it wasn't made right. I gotta say a coconut milk green tea matcha frappucino with 6 packets of honey and light whip with a wafer straw can be hard to make for some people just cuz of the honey... Upon today's experience I had to review them.. I found mold on my wafer straw!! I opened the package it had a foul moldy smell. I then noticed the green mold and moisture on the tip of the wafer. I Went back to inform management. I felt it was important to address the issue for the safety precaution of others. I was happy to have addressed my concern to them and they refunded me with a gift card of the amount I spent for my order. They were so nice and made me a newly made frappucino with a wafer straw that wasn't molded. They found other molded wafer straws and made sure to inform the proper individuals of this incident. It was not their fault for giving me the moldy wafer. I'm just pleased that they addressed the issue properly and hope they inform the proper higher officials about the issue. read more

Didn't even flinch or give me the side eye when I asked for the Snickers frapuccino from the secret menu. She did, however, ask for the recipe, which is what I expected. Execution of drinks: While my drink was really tasty, it was a little watery. I mean, of course I still drank it. I've just have drinks executed a little bit better at other locations. This location is hit or miss which extends not only to items in stock, but to staff friendliness. There are a few locations near me and this one is generally the last that I will go to. They don't always get the drinks right and they are often out of the extras. I have given up on ordering the flourless cookies from here. Wouldn't it make sense to say that if you are always out by noon, that you probably need to start ordering more? The pluses of this location are that it is easily accessible. There is plenty of parking and the drive-thru is easy to get to. There isn't an excessive amount of traffic in and out. The drive-thru is void an awning or cover when pulling to the window, so if the weather is rainy, you can count on getting wet. The interior of the place is nice. It is large with a good bit of seating. There is even a more private area in the back that is separated by a decorative wall divider. That area has several small tables with a bench seat across the back area and chairs on the opposite side. Oops...this review should have been for the Providence Road location.
