Wanted coffee before the road trip back to Georgia. We decided on Starbucks and came to this location because of their drive thru. My brother and I are super nosey so we decided on going inside even though we wanted to utilize the drive thru. I can say, there are PLENTY of easily accessible parking spots versus the one across the street. I haven't been inside a Starbucks this huge, ever. It was literally like The Tardis, it was bigger on the inside. There are so many places to sit, both inside and outside. They even have a meeting room! I mean, what?! They also have outlets below a lot of seats so you can charge laptops/phones when seating resumes again. Staff was super nice, patient, and fast, even at 640 in the morning. They actually had peppermint syrup in the store, and we had no issues this morning. This might be my new favorite store to swing by when we come home to visit family.

This Starbucks is either a hit or a miss. It's convenient and very close to home. I would say out of the many times I have visited this location, I have probably had maybe a handful of friendly encounters. I use mobile order so I don't have to tell them my crazy order at the window, I mean I'm pretty sure they have crazier orders but I'd like to think mobile ordering is easier for them and less room for error. This most recent encounter was not the best as they handed the customer their drinks without paying for them in the drive thru. As the customer is pulling away and I am moving forward, the barista tells the car who is already nearly pulled away that they needed to pay. The barista is yelling at me to move backwards but doesn't realize how close the car behind me is. This is a Friday morning and I cannot physically back up unless the car behind me does. We eventually find some wiggle room and the car is able to pay for their drinks. I went up to the window and the barista handed me my drinks and closed the window. I was expecting some sort of apology for the rude behavior but I did not get one. The only bright side is that the drink was a hit but the visit was a miss.

The service is excellent. They always have the dining area clean and welcoming. I love to get different coffees.

I really like this Starbucks, because it's a lot calmer than Landstown Commons across the street and the seating area is huge! Today I stopped by with my kitten, in her bubble backpack and ordered a grande strawberry acai with water and a kittycino for her. The workers were really nice.

Paid over $6 for an "Oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice" and had the barista make sure it was light ice. This is what I got. The starbucks at holland road only charged me $4.95 YESTERDAY for the same thing but gave me way more to drink. For $6, I should've just made my own coffee since that's enough to cover an entire container of Planet Oat oat milk. Step it up, the drive through is the only good thing you guys have. The starbucks in Landstown commons is much better, I would say just stick to going there until this one decides to improve.

Second attempt to fix my coffee. Was handed a coffee with curdled cream. :(

I was greeted as soon as I walked in and I love how nice and friendly the staff are. The shop is always so clean and I love the beautiful decor! I ordered the drink and asked if it came in a large (it's just that good) but they said it only comes in one size due to the amount of caffeine that's in it and I completely understood. I was only there to grab the Power Fizzy but the Honey Graham Beignets sounded tasty, so I ordered those as well. My Strawberry Coconut Power Fizzy was great, per usual. It tastes like a dirty soda but it actually includes a lotus plant-based caffeine with benefits such as weight loss, mood boosters and blood sugar regulation and also includes antioxidants. The Honey Graham Beignets were wonderful! They were tossed in graham cracker crumbs and cinnamon with a honey drizzle! Beignets and Brew never disappoints and I will definitely be back soon for another Power Fizzy lol.

I was pleasantly greeted by Ashley F who asked if it was my first time in the shop. She was friendly and patient with me as I asked a few questions. I decided on 24 beignet bites to go and ordered small containers of each of the three dipping sauces: Butter Cream, Blueberry, and Chocolate. I enjoyed the smaller bite-sized beignets, and the butter cream dipping sauce combination the best! My coworker wished the blueberry dipping sauce was a little thicker. But, all three dipping sauce flavors are tasty. I also ordered a regular Honey-Cinna Lavender Latte, hot, with oat milk (additional $1 charge for the alternative milk) and it was delicious! Although my orders were 'to-go', this location offers a great vibe. The dining areas were clean and inviting. I can definitely add this sweet spot to my list of places to meet up with friends. It's a great place to pick up a treat to share.

Their cinnamon rolls and coffee cake slices are huge. They don't mess around. Upon walking in there's an island of select merchandise from local artists (chocolates, homemade items, etc.) which I thought was a cool way to support the community. The employees welcomed me in with a loud (yet polite) "Hello!" There were two of them working and they kept smiling the whole time. On the right there's a few tables to enjoy your order and further down there's a long high-top table where you can view a "behind the scenes" look through their kitchen window. The murals on their hallway are gorgeous, as well as that HUGE mirror you catch yourself in on the way to their bathrooms. Be Free merchandise is also available before you hit the hallway. Whoever designed their skull cones logo did a great job! On the left there's a refrigerated area with beverages to grab, and their glass case of all their ice cream flavors they're offering that day. Each is marked gluten free or dairy-free where appropriate. Next up is their pastry case on the counter. Take a mental note of what you'd like to get because you don't order until you reach the end of the counter. I think the flavor I got was called Wild Cherry Chip (a dark cherry ice cream with tiny crunchy dark chocolate pieces - think Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia). A single scoop was hearty enough to satisfy my sugar craving while small enough to not feel guilty about it. I'll be back!

So it took a few minutes before they greeted me. But they did eventually, and they were friendly. I looked around to see what they had. It was different whole cakes, cake slices, cookies, breads, coffee, cinnamon rolls, quiches, and etc. They are affiliated with the 17 hands coffee shop next door. They make the quiches and baked goods for them. The whole cakes looked pretty. They also had some fall flavors in desserts and coffee!! I did find it confusing that nothing had prices. I had to keep asking how much everything I was interested in was. The cake slices are about $7-8 per slice and the cookies were $3-4 depending on the flavor. I got a red velvet and a double chocolate cookie. They were both a good size and thick. They were ok. But nothing buttery or special stood out. The double chocolate was the better cookie out of the 2. The red velvet was a little bland. But looked appealing. I'd like to try their cakes in the future. I will say there were a few fruit flies lingering in the showcase which is why I chose the cookies. There's some outdoor seating. They only sell whole quiches here, but you can purchase individual slices next door, because they don't have the capability to heat them up there. I'd come back to try other things. Check them out!!

When we booked we were advised we could bring cake, but upon arrival we were advised cupcakes weren't allowed unless we paid a $25 fee to serve it. My daughter was a little disappointed because she wasn't told that. So we chose to eat the cupcakes later because the fee was a little expensive, just to eat our own dessert. That was the only real issue we had. Our waitress was Anna and she was very nice as well. She was very accommodating. We ordered fries, chicken katsu, a turkey sandwich, a fruit waffle, several different teas hot and cold, salads, fish and chips, and buffalo wings. The food is pretty simple because it's Tea house food. Most sandwiches come with a salad, or you can pay an upcharge for fries or fruit. The ginger dressing was really good. Everyone liked it. The fish and chips were just ok, the fish was a little fishy in flavor and tasted like frozen fish sticks. I probably would not order it again. The fries were ok, and the salads were good. I enjoyed the hot milk tea also. It comes with a cute little tea pot and a tea cup. The ambiance was nice and pretty with floral decor throughout the restaurant. It was lots of photo opps inside. They also have a mural painted on the wall out front, where you can take pics.. The staff was friendly. The owner gave my granddaughter a free birthday pastry which was super sweet!!
