They made an awful mistake and now they're karma is this review. We asked for a strawberry açai, Venti refresher with light ice, and no strawberries included. But they gave us this nasty shit . It was a grande açai refresher with double strawberries, and lots of ice it tasted awful. They were not packed and it was an awful experience.. read more

Starbucks - Mango Dragonfruit Refreshers with Lemonade - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

Starbucks! What were you thinking? You had the most perfect chai tea latte and you ruined it. I heard through the grapevine that the recipe was changed and that it was horrible, but I didn't believe it until today. I don't know what sadistic MF change the recipe but they need to be fired. It's difficult to describe the flavor. I can imagine it came from the pits of hell. It must be Satan's swill. And I have to ask, do your taste testers all have Covid? Have their taste buds been destroyed? Why would you subject the innocent public to that travesty? I picked up my order on my way to work today. Now I'm driving to work and I can't get that taste out of my mouth. It's so disgusting. Whose nasty backwash did you put in my cup? I'm ready to drink bleach to get that flavor out of my mouth. Why would you do this to me? Your chai tea latte was the only reason I went to Starbucks. The only reason. Until the recipe returns to the magical potion that it was I guess I won't be going back. I know it isn't this stores fault that corporate ruined my favorite drink. I love the staff here and they are great. This store deserves 5 stars. Corporate Starbucks deserves 0 stars. read more

I've gone to this location twice in the past two weeks, and both times I ordered an iced matcha latte that I usually get. It tasted absolutely awful on both occasions. I'm not sure what they're doing wrong at this location, but the drink was terrible both times. read more

Starbucks come in different shapes and sizes. This store is a tiny drive-thru walk up which makes it unique to the Virginia Beach coffee scene. So if your always on the go this location may make scene to you. I am more accustomed to enjoying a cup inside with a paper and chatting up regulars. So although this has been a good option just off the Virginia Beach Boulevard and Great Neck Road it's not a favorite. The building itself is pretty neat and constructed of reclaimed wood. The foot print is bigger than a kiosk but it's also the smallest brick and mortar I've ever seen from Starbucks. The walk-up offers a few spots and that's all good. Maneuvering is a bit tricky. The drive-thru shoot is typically adequate to accommodate six cars, or so. Much more they would be on the road. I have easily had a few dozen visits over the four years since the shop opened in 2015. The drinks have been a bit more inconsistent than other locations, but still better than others at times. My usual Grande White Chocolate Mocha last week was good. Service has been more straight forward and cash you out then get to know you. I personally embrace the aspect of service at coffee shops. With a coffee running in the $4-$5 range I deserve it. I've never had an issue with my app on cashing me out. For a on the go this is a good option for coffee. 3.5, rounding down with in personal service. read more

You can tell how good a coffee shop is by the quality of their regular coffee. And I go to various coffee shops. Up and down the East Coast, and I get the same thing regular coffee, cream and sugar can't mess it up, but this establishment whom calls themselves Starbucks have the audacity to serve me a warm coffee that taste like it's been sitting there for about four hours. Know please correct me if I'm wrong but Starbucks ,a coffee chain should be top of the food chain amongst other coffee shops,, should be the highest in qualityi and service. The verdict is in I'm gonna have to go with Dunkin. Their consistency hits the mark every time. It's true what they say when America runs on. read more

I've driven by here tons of times. Usually I was just in the wrong lane or not flowing the right way to get here. The location is only easily accessible from one direction. Today I was headed the right direction on Great neck and was determine to make it happen. The lot is not accessible from the shopping center so I parked near the street entrance but on the other side of the barrier and walked over. I never realized that this was a drive-up/walk-up only location. My first experience with one of these. The cashier was very friendly. She tried to get the app scanner to work about 7 times with no luck. With the way S-Bucks encourages using the app there should be so many issued with the scanner. The cashier told me that this was the worst scanner she has ever used. She apologized and typed in the card number from the app. My first Peppermint Moca! Short. FYI I ordered my first short today. Shorts only cost a few cents less than a tall i.e. less than a dollar. read more

Tori is a delight. Super friendly and helpful. And ofcourse the drink was amazing!!!!

On my way to the First Landing beach and wanted a pick me up. This location is so convenient. The staff was great and my drink was on point. I ordered a Venti Caramel Cocoa Cluster Frapp. Love it when the Baristas are gracious with the caramel and fudge sauce without me asking. I'll usually order the Smore's Frapp w/out coffee for my kids buy Starbucks doesn't have it this summer. She suggested the Serious Strawberry Frapp and my kids loved it! read more

Love this location, super convenient, and the employees are always soo quick. The exterior is also a nice change from the typical Starbucks. Hilltop location is actually closer to me and I usually do mobile order there since they don't have a drive thru but on those days I just want to roll outta bed and not go inside, this location is my go to. The only tricky thing about this location is exiting it. The traffic on VB blvd and Great Neck is always tragic. read more

Starbucks - Venti white chocolate mocha, the ultimate comfort drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

Awwww yeaaaaah. My post-eighteenth birthday ideology has always included Starbucks. When the whole, "you're basic for drinking your Starbucks pumpkin spice skinny latte-chino" crap was going on last fall; I didn't even care, I was in the background fighting for equal rights for Starbucks lovers everywhere. This Starbucks, located on the corner of VB Blvd. and Great Neck Rd., descended from the heavens apart overnight about a year ago. And, man, am I glad it did. This SBux used to be a nightmare for me to get into and boy, did I loathe it. But today I figured out another way to get in (well, basically, I found the main entrance) and now I'm happy with the geographical specifications of this place. Reggie, the barista, always gives me killer service and gets my drink right every time (even though it's a six-step process to make my special drink). I, normally, think it's redundant to review places like SBux or 7-Eleven because they're all so similar; but this place is awwwwesome. read more

Starbucks - Venti Cool Lime Refresher. It's okay, a substitute because they ran out of Very Berry. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Virginia Beach, Virginia

This location is a drive thru/ walk up only. I actually prefer it because I am not shy about getting out and walking up to the window. This means I get faster service, and if you are seriously BASIC like I am and have the Starbucks app and a gold card (Since 2010- COME AT ME) you can order online and have it waiting for you at the window and just go. Wham, bam, thank you ma'am! read more

went through drive through to get my favorite summer time drink - PINK DRINK. the only pic i have of this drink is after i drank it all cause it's just THAT good. idk what it is about it that makes me love it so much! it's strawberry acai refresher but instead of water, they used coconut milk. SO refreshing and SUPER tasty! the service was pretty fast considering it was drive thru and there were a ton of cars in line. the cashier was super sweet even though i was being loud and crazy with my coworker (per usual). so double thumbs up for handling us! read more

was on vacation at the beach and wanted some starbucks but was feeling lazy and didnt want to walk blocks and wait in a long long so i decided to hop in my car and drive a couple miles from the beach to this location. It was my first time at a drive-thru only location but it was a breeze. They took my order fast the line moved fast I paid and my order was correct so no complaints :-) read more

This is a regular Drive Thru Starbucks, nothing special, nothing additional, another Starbucks Drive Thru Store. They are always ready when picking up, always good service. Sometimes there is a little bit of queue, not many space for cars, but its okay, I like their Soy Mocha with extra foam!! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks! They are BEYOND polite and always make my day. It can get busy at times since it's a drive thru only, but I'll wait for the service from these guys any day. read more

They're great at getting your order incorrect. Seriously, every order I've ever placed at this location has been wrong & that's not an exaggeration. The employees are rude. Their sign says they close at 830. I showed up at 8 & they told me that their sign says 830 but they really close at 8 (what?). Then closed the window in my face & ignored me. Just do yourself a favor & go to a different location. read more

This Sbux is such a cool place, it's mainly drive thru but you can certainly walk up to get your beverage. Every visit here has been great (except some have forgotten to give me light ice with my iced beverages) but that's small compared to how pleasant everyone is. They certainly keep things moving, and the DT line is never too long. Keep doing what you're doing here guys! read more

Drive-Thru service is super quick here, it's better than going to regular Starbucks. Especially on days when you have to hurry up and go, you probably won't be waiting here for longer than 10 minutes. And for some reason the drinks taste better drive-thru, I don't know what it is. Their hot tea is good and I always get frapps. Conveniently located in front of Asia Grocery, a lot of traffic comes through here, I'm sure this Starbucks gets a lot of business. read more

My neighborhood Starbucks is always on point. I use the mobile app to order and they have my drink ready as requested when I pick it up. The staff are friendly and quick at their jobs. Only issue I've encountered is the tight driving path and parking - people don't seem to know how to drive when the space is limited so there's been a few times where I've been blocked in because of other drivers. Aside from that, this Starbucks is my go-to. read more

Horrible slow service. Long drive through - used the window and got ignored. 20 mins to get my coffee after almost walking away. Emailed manager and got zero response. Poor service for a Starbucks when I always have great service at other locations. Staff is horrible and manager proves to be as well. Drink was poorly made on top of the wait. read more

Instead of going thru the drive thru, we walked up to the window. SLOW (no one but us at the window) and less than personable customer service. Starbucks employees are usually on point and friendly but this location is severely lacking - less than friendly employee D. Only giving it 1 star because our drinks weren't wrong. read more

This is an extremely convenient location at the corner of N Great Neck and Virginia Beach Boulevard. As we find ourselves picking up our daughter from London Bridge Baptist and making routine trips to the nearby TJ Maxx store, we're thankful. It's also in the same plaza as my favorite sandwich spot, Philadelphia Cold Cuts. Note that this is a drive through only location with no available inside seating or tables. I'm not sure if they'll have available outside tables in the warm weather but I expect not just looking at the way the location is set up. The service that I've gotten here has always been top notch. These are possibly some of the friendliest baristas that I've encountered at a Starbucks! My drinks have come out correctly every single time without exception and it's always been fast! I'll be coming back over and over! read more

To the BEST 'choccy milk' makers ever, And I may be a little biased because I used to work here, but honestly... I have never met a more friendly group of people. Even as a customer when I go to other Starbucks in the area the friendliness and 'welcome' feeling is not there. Trying to get into the parking lot and drive-thru was very difficult to master when I was visiting for the first time but once you get it, you get it. :) Love and miss my London Bridge family! read more

The best Starbucks I've been too. This place is seriously on another level compared to the other starbucks in the area. The staff is genuinely nice and super polite and provide quick and excellent service. The drinks and food are the consistent Starbucks quality you expect everytime. The actual place is cool that it's walk up and drive through only but sometime I wish this place had at least some outdoor seating. read more

I went through the drive through at 6:15 pm I was told that the pike place coffee was cold and she would brew a fresh pot and bring my drinks out. Well, I figure at least I could do was go to the window to keep young lady from walking around. I received my coffees , 10 min later and cold. I was told sorry and they could remake. Third time and young lady said, here try these ! Third time is a charm Well something must be wrong with there machine . So they gave me a refund and I went down the street, to another Starbucks. To only find out that there coffee was cold and nasty. Must be Starbucks after a certain hour! Very disappointed!!! read more

Ordered my drink that I get everyday, when the girl handed it to me I told her it was incorrect, she informed me I was wrong. Supposedly fixed it and very sarcastically told me to have a nice rest of my day. When I tasted it it was watered down. So basically what they did was poured some out and added coconut milk. I turned around and went back, the next one was correct. Won't be going back to this one. read more

I ordered a grande coffee and sous vide egg bites this morning and the egg bites were fine but the coffee was not even close to hot. Not even close to lukewarm. The fact that UniCorn Frap is the craved drink and all the Starbucks aren't selling it then I had to wait behind cars to leave

Usually wouldn't review a chain, but this location looked fun. Drive thru/walk-up only (which is a bit odd given the location). The employees at this location were listening to some music, dancing, and taking "shots" as I waited for my order. Looks like a fun place to work! read more

I'm not normally one to complain about prices but this location recently raised their prices and it seems kind of unrealistic. I ordered a tall caramel macchiato and it was $5.05 even though the sign says $3.75. I normally understand that I'm overpaying at Starbucks anyways but this seems extreme. Not sure if it's this location only or the whole company but wow. I'm too poor for that haha can't go there anymore read more

Love this Starbucks! Although they don't have my favorite lentil salad because they're a smaller location, their excellent service makes up for this! Usually pretty good, but this morning i was very disappointed and left upset - just how we want to start a Friday, right ? My drink order was not correct and the lady at the window got VERY rude. This Starbucks is great. I've gone multiple times without any problems and my drinks are always made exactly right. However, this past weekend a few hours after I bought coffee at this Starbucks- where you have to hand over your card- I got a text from my bank saying that I had a fraudulent charge for $380 to my account. Fortunately, they were able to deny it and my funds weren't stolen. This was the only place I have been to where I did not personally swipe my card, nor was I able to watch as my card was swiped. Very convenient location, great drinks, will not ever use my card at a drive through again. Be ware!! read more
