Used to spend bazillions in New York City with these guys. (hundreds a month with customers and co-workers. But woke agenda and politics and then the insane costs and massive portions and calories......I just faded away years ago. Stopped in here to pick up a few bagels in 2024. Everything is so expensive. The bagels - yech. rubbery and not good. My expectations were low, but these were not good. read more

4:58 I put in a mobile order for a cannonball pink drink. When I arrived no one acknowledged me or even looked up and there were only 2 people in the store. My drink a good 5 minutes after I arrived which was a minimum of 10 minutes after I ordered. If someone I had said anything I doubt I would've been bothered but honestly it was just rude and there was no good reason for it. There were at least 3 employees that were directly around me. read more

I love me some fabulous! This woman makes this coffee place run! I love love love her working here she makes it such a fun pleasant experience to get a cup of coffee. I'll never go anywhere else. Fabulous makes the ambience perfect! read more

Typical Starbucks for this location. There was only one person in front of us in the store, but it took forever to get our drinks. They seemed to be taking care of the drive-thru orders first. I got the peach green tea and it was a bit sweeter than normal. read more

While this location is premier in its locale it will never fail to ruin a perfectly timed morning with it's wait time

I really liked this Starbucks location. They have always gotten my order correct no matter how complicated and my coffee tasted perfect each time. There is one staff member that was above and beyond she was an older lady who works drive thru. She was very sweet, patient, and accommodating. She made me want to come back to this location every time, I wish I got her name. The store was very clean inside when I did go inside. Overall great experience here! read more

We tried this place twice. Unfortunately both times they managed to give me coffee with lids not attached, too much cream, and not the right coffee. Throw in stale lukewarm breakfast sandwiches had this place misfiring on all cylinders! I'm not picky. But I am a self proclaimed coffee snob. I like dark roast with a little cream. Both times I was given Pike Place (medium roast), with way too much cream. To top it off, the lid wasn't put on properly so both times I spilled my coffee on me immediately after getting it. Today's disappointing was added onto with really bad breakfast sandwiches. We have grown accustomed to decent quick breakfast from Starbucks in our area, but this was far from it. The staff is nice, but they truly need to pay closer attention to the orders! read more

I frequent this location. The employees are friendly and greet me by name, service is typically quick... some days are very busy but I have never had a bad experience. There's a young lady (Sloanne?) who is always thrilled to see me. They make me look forward to visiting. Music is decent. Tables are mostly clean. Pretty good for fast food. read more

Wish there were more variety in the number of snacks offered. Portions of sandwiches are extremely small. Great coffee however.

I'm shocked to read all of these reviews of this Starbucks. I had a great experience one morning. I ordered a Grande Latte with two raw sugars and it came out perfect! The woman who helped me was super friendly and I would totally go back just to see her. The only downside to this location would be their drive thru set up. Depending on which way you come in, it can be a nightmare. read more

I don't usually take the time to leave reviews but this deserves an exception. I went through the drive thru and was told to pull up to wait for my food. They bring it out and forget my drink. I tell the girl, she says she'll grab it and she never comes back. I wait 10 minutes until I park and go inside. When I explain what happened.. the kid just stares at me like I'm wasting his time. Then Instead of an apology they blame me for their mistake and told me I left without it. YOU'RE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! (Kid with the red hair I'm talking to you) I'll drive 20 minutes to go to another location next time. read more

Sitting in Starbucks right now Ordered a small coffee and a plain croissant The sign advertised for one price and expected me to pay the up charge because they are changing their prices next week I kindly told them that you cannot do that. You advertised a lower price and that's the price I should be paying The manager disagreed I'm not going to debate with someone who knows absolutely nothing about customer service So you get a bad review along with all the other bad reviews I do know I would never hire anyone with poor customer service skills I gave them back their lousy croissant It's not worth the price read more

One day, while in Venice, I decided to stop and get a coffee before heading over to grab my FL drivers license. I am glad I gave this location a second chance. The baristas were super friendly and the coffee was made to order. I placed my order and had my latte in my hand in super fast time. The store was clean, and packed. Glad to see a lot has changed in the five years it has been since I have been here. read more

I really enjoy coffee, grinding my beans fresh daily. Starbucks makes their coffee too strong, and I usually find myself adding water to make it drinkable, but this day I just threw it out. read more

I ordered a venti iced caramel macchiato and received some mixture of caramel apple with coffee. It was not an enjoyable first taste. I also ordered two small cookie crumble frappuccinos and ordered no coffee due to these were going to children and they received to put shots of espresso in it. Usually we have a great experience at this Starbucks but today we were very disappointed. On top of that they did not follow Starbucks policy of putting your sticker order on your cup which made me very confused because now I do not know what I am drinking. I am not going to drink this and this makes me very disappointed. This was a waste of money and time. read more

Starbucks - Mystery apple drink - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Venice, Florida

I never make reviews but I am gonna leave this one. We ordered a Frappuccino with no Carmel drizzle on top. The cashier, Jake, gave a rude look for some reason when we said no caramel drizzle, but we just kept ordering. Then we ordered the honey citrus mint tea and there was lots of confusion. He kept saying they didn't have it and we said they did cause it was on the menu. Then, a worker came up to him and told them that they did have it. Then we asked for ice in the tea he didn't let us get it iced for some reason. After all of that we got our drinks and the honey citrus mint wasn't made right. They forgot some of the the ingredients so we ordered another and a different worker made it and the tea came out how it was supposed to. In short, Jake was very rude and confusing. Not coming here again! read more

Terrible service and they act like they don't want your business. I drove up to the drive thru in the pouring rain, no one answered the box to take my order I drove up to the window soaked the older gentleman with a beard after a minute answers the window with attitude "can I help you" I ask to place my order at the window? He anwsers me again with attitude " no you have to go back around to the box". Very rude and not how you do business never coming to this location again read more

FIX PARKING LOT AND DRIVE THRU! (also put coffee in mugs before handing out to customers to minimize contact during COVID crisis please) No matter how good the coffee is, the stress of getting it alone is diminishing the experience. I enjoy the ability to get a stable quality coffee at Starbucks all over the country and I'm such a loyal Starbucks customer. I'm not usually the complaining type but the trouble I went through today was not pleasant. Especially during the time of quarantine, drive-thru becomes such an important aspect of life! I know that 41 is always under construction and it can be difficult to get into the parking lot, but today a FedEx truck was blocking the entrance, making it impossible to turn off the road and get into the parking lot. Cars can't get in the parking lot and parked cars can't back out. I don't know what the deals are but you need to fix the small parking lot and drive-thru problem. I had smoother rides in urban areas. When I finally get to the drive-thru, it was not well maintained and a bit confusing. The best part of it was that the barista was very friendly and the coffee was delicious. I guess they don't look at Yelp review and I'll try to contact Starbucks directly but, seriously, the drive-thru and parking lot problem existed since many years ago and it's still not fixed? I'm new in town and realize there are very limited numbers of Starbucks nearby. How difficult is it to fix this only Starbucks with drive-thru within miles?! To whoever owns this business, if you want your customers to come back and be happy, you need to fix your problems. There is always that Dunkin down the road. read more

I'm so upset of this store. They didn't make my coffee right up to 20 times. My coffee is Triple expresso with 4 pumps white mocha, over ice in venti cup. When it hot i want stir up the expresso and the white mocha together then put the ice in. I have been telling many time like that but they put the ice in then stir up. It don't blend together when it cold. It taste bitter. Everytime i ordered i have to come back and tell them fix it. They did but they didn't get experience for next time. I went to Starbuck Port Charlotte, Starbuck In Target Venice, they fixed once time and they know it for later. This store near by my house that's why i'm coming here. And the staff unfriendly too. I just want get relax with my coffee in morning. read more

The drive thru is always busy and if you park in the parking lot you can't get out because of drive thru. When I went in on my last visit I ordered my drink, was waiting for my drink, the person making it wiped up something on the floor with a rag, then started making my drink she did not wash her hands, so I said something to I am guessing someone in charge and she acted like it was my problem She then yelled across the store at the woman to wash her hands, she should have taken her aside and said something not in front of all the customers. Not pleasant. read more

Horrible service , staff not friendly. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through for 2 coffees with only 2 cars ahead of me.

Placed two separate mobile orders to this address at 8:33am. Got my first order at 8:40 it was fast and everything was there. On my second order I purchased three sandwiches. Waited almost 40 minutes after asking them several times and even showing my bank statement and Starbucks app. Finally left at 9:20. Sad part is it wasn't even that busy. Had a horrible experience at this location this morning. Walked in for one simple drink. Waited for at least 10 minutes. There were 6-7 people employees there, 3 of which were actually working. One of them spilled a customer's drink while the others laughed and made jokes. They didn't apologize to that customer, let alone the others who were already waiting for quite some time. After a while of waiting, I could not wait any longer and just got a refund of my money. Meanwhile, the employees were very disrespectful and unapologetic. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Venice, Florida

Have you ever been to a Starbucks? It's just like that. They have good days and bad days (though I've never had a bad experience, it appears others have). It's the best coffee shop little Venice has to offer and I am grateful! Thank you for pumping me full of caffeine, being sparkling clean, and being open 24 hours a day! I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone. :) Okay, edit now that it's been open a while... Still love it but I think Black and Gold coffee roasters give Starbucks a run for the "best coffee shop little Venice has to offer" title anymore! read more

I'm not from the Venice area. Stopped in to get breakfast on way to start a kayaking/beach day. This Starbucks was clean, fully stocked and staff was friendly. Its hit or miss here. Sometimes you have the best staff, especially week day mornings. Sometimes you'll deal with the rudest people that will go out of their way to belittle you. I go here at least 2x a day so I've had them all. I can think of 3 workers I always tip. The rest are usually rude or will deliberately ignore recipe requests. read more

I live in North Port and this is the only Starbucks I like to go to. It's by far the best in the area because they consistently have everthing in stock. I would give this place no stars if I could Went twice while vacationing and they were the slowest SB I have ever been in! Also they messed up my order the second time I went and instead of giving me a free drink they charged me for the one they missed, made me get in front of everyone in line to go back and pay for it, and then didn't make the drink they missed before all the others I was already in front of before they messed up... Also they is a younger girl there making drinks with longer curly wavy hair that is miserable and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Should be fired. Find another one to visit read more

The employees here are great. I value customer service greatly and sometimes more so than the product. I would say this is one of my best experiences at any starbucks. 5 stars all around for the staff and 5 stars for the drink! read more

Several long-term employees make the difference here. They are friendly without it seeming rushed or forced. When I was going regularly they knew me from my order. I'd give them five stars but more times than are reasonable they have been out of basic ingredients like soy or even cinnamon to make a chai latte. It has sometimes lasted a few days. read more
