Pros: fast service. Convenient location. We come here once a week. Cons: there's this outdoor area with tables and chairs; and it's away from the front door. Homeless people have started hanging out there. Every time I go through the drive-through they are there. Singing, dancing, sleeping, etc. It makes the area feel dirty. This is one of the ones with a drive through (or do they all have them now?). Since I actually had some time to kill though, I went inside instead. It wasn't too crowded or anything but they were definitely busy. They have a decent amount of seating but not a ton. I kind of had to awkwardly wander around to find a spot to sit that wasn't being taken up by other people. So as I waited for my drink I ended up at the end of this bar seating against the window. There was a slight mixup with my order. I originally wanted a skinny caramel latte but they didn't have sugar free caramel so I had to switch to skinny vanilla instead. I like both so it was fine. I think the barista got confused though, and I never heard him call my name/ order. So after about 10-15 minutes (which at that point I figured something was up since they're normally pretty quick) I went to the counter to ask if I just missed him calling it out. There was one drink that looked like it could have been mine, but it didn't have any label of what it was on it so he made me a new one to make sure. That time I only waited about 5 minutes or maybe less. By that time there was also better seating open since someone left, so I moved to these two little sofa chairs in the corner by the window like right when you walk in. I chilled there for a while as I finished my drink, so I was glad those more comfortable (and honestly more secluded lol) seats opened up! Coffee itself was good of course! During our stay here, it was pleasant to know that this was right down the Home2 Suites. I would order the coffee via mobile app and by the time my husband left, it was ready for him to pick up. I do love their staff here. They're very courteous and some of them do remember you if you come in frequently. The only thing that they might want to change is the one big table that's literally in the middle of everything. Not that it's a big deal, but it could be moved elsewhere. Sometimes you need coffee. Ok, a lot of times for me. Sometimes you need a drive-through option when don't feel like you have the energy to unload/reload a toddler while balancing a cup of hot coffee. This drive-through has been a haven for me and my new favorite hobby: parenting. What more aside from the drive-through is the staff is consistently kind and the coffee is always fresh. My wife & I spend $800 a month at various locations. This was our "go to" store for a long time. But lately, they seem to close whoever they feel like it. They'll put out handwritten signs stating what time they will now be closing but then, close early all the time. We are going to visit other stores, it's hard to frequent a store when they're always closed. I adore this place. The staff is generally helpful and friendly. They're eager to help and remember the names of their regulars. When you think of a corporate place you rarely imagine that you're gonna get the service you get here. I love coming here; I do it at least once a day. My only and biggest complaint is the seating. Slowest Starbucks ever! Never opens on time. My wait on the Drive-Thru was 10 min before anyone acknowledged me.

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks. If you want quick and convenient then hit their drive-thru. I personally am a fan of the local coffee shop vs the corporate-coffee-chain shop. I really think you lose a lot in national chains. I like the at home local specialized type coffee shops. Don't get me wrong, this is not a rant against Starbucks. It's just not my 1st (or 2nd) choice when I want coffee. Things going for them: The Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, the Passion Tea Lemonade (not sure if they still sell this) and the Iced Caramel Macchiato. TIP: If you want to try something really really really unique then ask the barista to make you a french press with their Kenya blend. Purchase one of their Naked orange juices and pour half of your cup full of the coffee and the other half with orange juice. It is really really good! I know it sounds weird but it's really good. Just something I learned back in the day when I worked at Starbucks....yes I used to work at Starbucks...and yes I'm serious, you should try this! read more

Great friendly service and has a drive-thru. What's to complain about? I will say though going in to get your drink is probably faster than waiting for the drive-thru. The first day we had to go park and wait for our drinks. The following days, we parked and went in, and everything was speedy, I got my coffee, and all is well with the world. The end. read more

Early morning rush and only one other customer inside. The counter person takes my order for Latte and pastry. After collecting my payment, they hand the person waiting their pastry and call out her name for the beverages ordered. My Latte is delivered to me shortly after, but no pastry. When I asked the counter person who helped me about it she questions another person where it is. Strange because I am used to having it handed to after ordering, since they are in the case immediately adjacent to the cash register. Not at this place. I'm then informed it is on the counter in between the coffee machines. This is not the first time I have received indifferent service at this location. I want to start by saying Starbucks baristas are some of the friendliest an hard working people on the planet so to say I was shocked at how poorly run this location is I was truly shocked. I put in my mobile order at 6:02 am after first checking that it was indeed open, it said that store opened at 6:00 am. So after I placed my order an paid for it I headed that way because my receipt said it would be ready for pick up by 6:10 am. When I pulled in the parking lot the first thing I noticed was that the store was completely dark, no lights on, the second thing I noticed was the employees apparently just now getting to work. A few were getting out of their cars an running in the front door an locking it behind them. The third thing I noticed was the two chairs blocking off the drive thru preventing anyone from going through it. So I parked an waited for about 10 minutes thinking they maybe have the wrong time posted for when they open. So I called but kept getting just a busy signal. I finally got out of my car and went to the front door where I saw a sign that said inside seating was closed but the drive thru was open for to go orders, which is what I had. I also saw several workers standing in the lobby doing nothing so I knocked on the door to find out if I could get my mobile order or even to ask if they were open, seeing as how I couldn't get them to answer the phone. They literally looked at me an turned away to continue doing what they obviously do best, absolutely nothing. I was mad but had no choice but to leave. I emailed corporate an they were great an refunded my money, but honestly this location needs new management, new baristas that can show up to work on time or to be just shut down. Welp. This is a Starbucks. It does what a Starbucks is supposed to do. I like this location for its convenience, however...so does everyone else. It definitely gets crowded at those often peak times of the day. If you haven't been here (and I'm not aware of anywhere else doing this) they often have you make your order in the drive-thru and then drive around to the front and park. This is awesome and not for a multitude of reasons. When you have to do this, it makes it feel like it's going to be a REALLY long time until you get your goods. Often I am in a hurry and I always wonder why I do this to myself. Anyhow, I've had only one occasion where I waited an extended amount of time and I actually called into the Starbucks (I was in a hurry) and asked where my stuff was and they said they thought I had left. I couldn't have been more visible, but oh well. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have returned with no issues. Plus, they were very apologetic over the incident. I can only say so much about an extreme chain such as this. But I am from Seattle, and it deserved a little Bekah input. I just miss small coffee stands every 500 feet. This is my joint. Say what you want about starbucks this and that but this location has got it going on! I started using the online ordering from my car when I leave my house. I am such a regular at this location. I love the staff and I get my drinks on time- which by the way are delicious! However, I've noticed that the do not fill the cut to the brim like other locations. I've had two drinks that have been filled to three fourths of the cup and I do not like that at all. When I went to school at ORU in Tulsa, I would always walk here for my daily fix. I didn't have a car at the time, so it was well worth the walk; I'll tell you why. This Starbucks staff makes you feel welcomed. They greet you and actually try their best to make your drink right. Now being a Starbucks partner myself, (as of May 2016), I can empathize all the times I made them add more classic sweetener to my drink, or less ice. I must of been a tad bit annoying! But that's what amazes me. They stayed professional and did their job the very best they could even when busy. This store was seriously my safe haven and relaxing place. I think it's one of the most friendliest Starbucks in town. I miss everyone there so very much and hopefully I'll be able to visit soon! I went all the way over there on my short break to get a cup of coffee with heavy cream. It took too long, they didn't have any stoppers, and when I got back to work, I found out that there was no/ little cream in it. If I wanted a lousy cup of coffee, I would have gotten one at QT earlier! Not happy. Wasted my gas and my money, plus spilled coffee on my shirt. Not cool. :( read more
