I am just leaving here and I had to pull in parking spot and leave a review! The lady Aley that was in the window her personality and first impression absolutely amazing! I came to get a coffee because I ordered thru door dash yesterday and never got it after they said they delivered it and just had hysterectomy done so was mad didn't get it called door dashed they didn't refund me because this has happened one other time I said that's not my fault that door dash has crabby drivers anyways cancelled account and drove and Aley was like congratulations coffee is on me today! This Starbucks location is on my way to work, so this one is my go-to. I usually go through the drive-thru and I have yet to have a bad experience in the year and a half I've been ordering coffee here, which is either very lucky or rare for a coffee shop in my opinion! Although my order really doesn't vary much, I stick to lattes or flat whites and the occasional seasonal drink, so I guess I haven't really put them to the test. Most of the baristas are friendly and fun, only one time have I ever had one that wasn't super friendly sounding but he seemed very new to working with customers. Almost like he hadn't tried working on the "sorta-fake but possibly actually friendly" voice that us customer service peeps perfect. Otherwise he was just very direct, which wasn't bad either. Overall, this is a normal, good Starbucks experience at this location. It's usually a 25% chance that I'll also pay for the person behind me, hoping to start a chain reaction, so maybe you'll get lucky next time you visit this one. read more

Can't say that for all of the locations, unfortunately so this one is worth the extra time and couple of miles. I use mobile order and I'm on my way in a jiffy! This Starbucks is a bit different from the others I have been to. The staff is super friendly and put forth an effort to learn your name and what you like quickly. They are not 100% perfect but they do everything they can to make it right when they do make a mistake. It's usually a quick visit, even during the busy times. First of all the staff is courteous. The cleanliness wasn't great, the tables were a little dirty. I was asking about a new drink and the lady at the front counter did a very good job in explaining to me what was in the drink etc. When I ordered my drink it seem to take an awfully long time to get it I understand there's people in the drive-through in the drive-through takes priority but my drink took way too long considering there was nobody in there except maybe one other person. Don't get me wrong I know the drive-through takes priority but it took too long for me to get my drink. This is still my favorite location. Just recently the orders have been wrong alot, most recently in the last 2 days. Yesterday wasn't a big deal because it was just lemonade missing. Today is an issue because I've only had 1/4 of my drink and feel sick because the wrong milk was used. Mistakes happen but 2 days in a row and people have severe allergies, luckily I didn't drink it all and it will pass but please starbucks pay attention a little closer. (Plus we pay extra for these things) 1 Star- Total failure of an experience based on this experience would not return. Would not recommend. 2 Star- Below average on several levels, not a total failure. Wouldn't seek out to return or recommend. 3 Star- Average experience, minimum expectations met. Nothing that says wow or that stands out. Would return if someone else wanted to come, not a regular go to. 4 Star- Above average experience, will come here again and recommend to friends and family. 5 Star- This will be a regular go to and will be highly recommended to people I know. I like this Starbucks for a couple of reasons - they never get my drink wrong (and they always spell my name right), they have a drive through when I am too lazy to get out of the car, the staff is always super friendly. The only negative about it is the parking sitch... which gets worse if there are a ton of cars in the drive through. Although the people who staff this location are very friendly and welcoming, the accuracy of the orders is below acceptable. I once ordered a lemon loaf and the label on the bag said lemon loaf and when I checked, it was a banana bread in the bag. Another time, the lemon loaf had a large discolored spot where it looked like something spilled into the sealed bag. Today, I ordered a grande vanilla latte and later found out that the cup was completely just foamed vanilla milk with no coffee at all. Again, in all instances the label was clear as to what the order should have been. It's unfortunate because this is one of the closest Starbucks to me. I get to the window to pay and the girl is like "uh twi rewards? You only have one drink don't you? And says that it won't let her use 50 stars. Drink was fine but not worth the wait and price. The barista was already remaking 2 others drinks when I arrived for my mobile order. My latte was WHITE and although I like cream in my coffee I draw the line at paying $7 for a glass of milk! It's a Starbucks. I'm a "local first" kind of guy. If possible, locally owned and operated businesses is where I go first, assuming they offer a good product, have good service, and aren't a haven for the nefarious or cockroaches. That isn't to say I totally avoid chain establishments, as the individuals that work there are local, and depend on some of us to patronize their business so they can earn a living. This is my neighborhood Starbucks. Now that the Dry River Company doesn't open until 11 am, Coffee Xchange is a bit far away on most mornings, and that I'm not a big fan of Caffe Nation at Broadway and Pantano, this is the closest place to get a coffee drink to my apartment if I'm pressed for time. While they can be quite busy in the morning, the wait generally isn't very long, the staff is friendly, the pastry shelves are stocked, and there is ample seating. Parking can be a bit tight around the morning rush. They recently extended their hours to 11 pm on most nights, 11:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. They have a great outdoor seating area. There's a reason why chains like Starbucks thrive, and why most of us "local first" patronize them from time to time. They offer convenience, consistency of product and service, and less risk when you don't know anything about other choices. I give them four stars when comparing them against other Starbucks, but this doesn't mean that they necessarily rate as good or better than local choices. Starbucks versus locals is kind of like apples and oranges. The locals don't have the R&D and product development, the funding to weather economic storms as well, or access to prime locations. They make up for that in uniqueness, innovation and charm. This is a good Starbucks, but I'd rather go local first. read more

I love this place!!! In the month that I got to spend in Tucson visiting I wend through the drive through at least once a day and never had any serious issues. There was one time that my order was confused by someone working in the drive through but the staff quickly fixed it prior to it becoming an issue and gave me a free drink because of it.
