The barista couldn't even be bothered to smile or ask how you are doing. Almost felt like an inconvenience ordering from her. Ordered my drink for dine-in and I would rather just grab my drink myself than watch them set it down haphazardly on the tables. The ambiance is great and I see why it can be a great study spot, however, I can't justify the poor customer service and subpar drinks to come back here.

We were greeted right away and made to feel at home. Our mochas and carrot cake were served on the cutest tray. A great deal of care went into creating this environment and it shows. The menu has lots of yummy-looking breakfast items, bagel sandwiches and desserts. Unfortunately, our mocha was only average. The temperature was perfect and the ceramic cups were great.
