By far the worst starbucks I've ever been to.. drive thru could take up to 20 minutes, employees have no sense of urgency whatsoever. Also customer service is trash.. they don't prioritize mobile orders and you could be looking at them in the eyes and no will ask if you need help lol. read more

i was very disappointed today at 3:10 pm i was in the drive thru for ten minutes and when it was my turn to order nobody greeted me so i pulled up and the car behind me got greeted so fast. and when i pulled up the window the young lady was rude acknowledged that she skipped at the point i was upset for waiting so long and not being greeted to get my order and getting skipped i said i dont wanna order nothing nomore that girl was rude and was like fine like she was the one who should be upset no costumer service what so ever. can u guys put friendly kind people in the drive thru please. my first time being disappointed in that drive thru. im not happy. i hope u guys do something to change that. read more

I hate coming to this location, I'd rather go to a terrible Target Starbucks over this spot. They really need to get their act together in regards to management, their staff struggles every time I come in. Their drive thru line is always incredibly long, so I pick and choose my battles. On one of our most recent visits I waited for my 2 drinks for over 10 minutes. During this time I watched their Lead or Manager, whomever she was she was a middle aged woman with short dark hair, eat her lunch and sit in the lobby, make eye contact with me realizing I'm obviously waiting a long time for my product. What had happened this time was my second drink somehow made it into the drive thru line's prepared beverages. So it was ready. Just sitting in the wrong spot. I realize that even supervisors need breaks, but what really upset me was that this woman asked questions and answered questions by yelling and communicating through the line of guests across the store from where she sat eating. Unbelievable. I worked for Starbucks for 2 years and I at least appreciate that they do their cafe checks in a timely manner because their store is usually decently clean. read more

I try to avoid this Starbucks at all costs. Unfortunate today it's where I ended up and just another reminder why this is the worst one in Tracy. My drinks never ever ever taste right here. No matter what I get it tastes watered down and some how just off. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other 6 locations in Tracy. This Starbuck has the best coffee in town for a Starbucks. The people that work there are friendly. I drive across town to get their Lattes, it is made prefect every time. Service is great. Just wish Starbucks would put a store on the south side of town. They have 5 in Tracy, all on the north side. Walk in or Drive-thru just as good. read more

Not trying to degrade this store. I hope the district manager(Tess) and store manager look at this for tips. This store needs some improvements. I came at 2pm, long after rush. Sadly the morale and partner experience was lacking, probably bad management. Ellie was at register and probably touched her face 5 times and never even fretted or smiled a client coming in. The baristas are not attentive to incoming clients or anyone standing at handoff plane. Also the men's bathroom door lock is broken. On the flip side, the gothic looking barista(female unknown name) was very nice and made a good connection with me. The lobby was clean and so were the bathrooms. DAyyyymn, man! Cold coffee at the drive thru...every time. I hit up this starbucks because it is easy access. Drive thru. Freeway access. Close to a number of restaurants. But when I got my coffee, it was just luke warm. Didn't taste it till I had driven off, so I was not compelled to say anything. My second time through, same deal. Forgot I got a cold one the first time so I didn't think to check it before driving off. but once again, just barely warm. If you like the foo-foo iced and whipped coffee drinks, this might be a good spot for you. If you just like a strong, large, cup of quality drip coffee then check out Pete's inside of the new Raleys or the Roasted Bean on 10th st in Downtown. If I can give a -5 stars I would! All white employees working so im not surprised they would be racist! I waited outside as the sign said 6 people only. At that time there was 7 people inside. 2 ppl came out and I went in with my 2 kids. The rude worker vanessa said they were at captiacy and my kids had to wait outside.. I guess cause the 7 ppl before me was middle aged white ppl it was okay!! I told her there were just 7 ppl in here.. can they just tell you what they want then they can go outside. Well like the bitch that she is she said NO SHE WASNT TAKING ANY ORDER UNTIL THEY WENT OUTSIDE! She also said WOW to another of her coworker.. she is luckily I didn't make the situation worse with all her rude ass comments.. Love my Starbucks, but this specific location has the WORST drive-thru EVER!!!!! I've gone through PLENTY of Starbucks drive-thrus that are always busy, and this is by far THE WORST wait time! 4 cars in front of me and it seriously look 35-40mins to get my damn drink! I went through drive-thru and ordered a coffee. There was a truck behind in line. When I got to the window, I waited. And waited. And waited. I saw 2 baristas preparing coffee but nobody ever came to the window. After close to 3 minutes, the cashier showed up with bags of sandwiches or heated pastries in hand. I used to prefer going to this Starbucks over the others in town because I like to sit outside. Since July there have been a handful of times I was asked to leave my seat so they could be put away, but that we were welcome to sit inside. And now earlier this evening I went with a friend to get coffee and sit outside but the tables and chairs were already locked up... It was only 8:20pm! Last I checked Starbucks closes at 10pm? Why are they putting away tables and chairs so early?! And since when is it ok to take a customers seat from them when you're still open for an hr? I don't go to Starbucks all the time, but this has happened many times to me in the past few months. I think it's ridiculous. Paying customers should not be asked to give up their seat so tables and chairs can be put away before its closing time. read more

My girlfriend and I walked into Starbucks after a long walk and we wanted to get two drinks. I ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino and she ordered the Grande strawberry acai. The cashier notice something like I need to become more proficient and mumbling being a shot at me. It's a took about 10-15 minutes to get our drinks but I wasn't a surprise since this is a drive-thru location. There was a drink that they put on the counter that apparently was mine but they didn't say our name. When I picked up the drink it was not a caramel frappuccino. I cannot describe what kind of drink does is it tastes like coffee milk hints of caramel but not a caramel frappuccino it doesn't have whipped cream on it I assumed if I ask for a cappuccino it would have whipped cream but it does not. To be honest this drink makes me feel like I really need to go to the bathroom later and I think I'm just going to go to Quickly's that is down the street for a better drink. read more

I have been here many times and I would say that they get the order right approx. 75% of the time and unfortunately I always use there drive-thru. Another issue I have with this location is that they never seem to have a good selection of desserts, they are alway sold out. Guess they have such a good selection that they sell out or the person in charge of purchasing does not have their finger on the pulse of what the customers are ordering. 3 stars for being Starbucks, -2 for being rght 3/4 of the time and for always being out of desserts. read more

This is THE SLOWEST Starbucks I've EVER been to. I watched and waited for 15 minutes for ONE car to be served three drinks.

I had such a pleasant experience at this Starbucks!! My fiancé and I went inside and the male associate taking our order was so friendly and bubbly. My fiancé wanted the Starbucks double shot, which as of today, doesn't exist. The associate suggested one of their new drink replacements and we went with one of his suggestions. After finding out that they were out of the oatmilk it comes with, he suggested an alternative milk and then gave it to us for free for the inconvenience! It was such a surprise and it really felt like they cared about our experience. He also advised that if we didn't like the drink, he would give us a different drink of our choosing. I know that's a typical Starbucks policy but it was nice to have that option acknowledged on the off chance that we didn't like it. The girl that made and gave us our drinks was super friendly too; she asked us if we had any plans for the day and we chit-chatted for a second about our day trip planned to Monterey. Side note, the restrooms are open, which is such a plus during Covid times when most restrooms are closed to customers. Totally recommended this Starbucks location to anyone!! read more

Went to this drive thru a couple weeks ago. The gentleman was great. We asked for a Keto friendly frap and he knew exactly what we were asking for. Today, the stupid lady didn't know what a Keto friendly drink was and we had to repeat the menu 4 times. When she handed us the drinks, we asked her which one was the regular frap and which one was the keto drink, she looked at us in disgust. I don't think she even knew. read more

I just moved to Tracy a couple months ago. Was excited to see a drive thru Starbucks, it's so convenient for me with the baby.. But, every single time I order an extra shot, I pay for it and it NEVER comes in my coffee.. And it's not like it's easy for me to stop and unload the baby to complain, so I dealt with it.. Tried going back a FEW times in hopes that if I remind them at the window I would get the extra shot.. It's not that I need the caffeine that bad, it's just, I pay for it, and I REALLLY like the way it tastes when there's more espresso in my soy white mocha, it's heaven if it's done right! It's too sweet for me with out it.. But, I never get what I pay for here, so, I go to the Starbucks by safeway now. They never jip me of my caffeine, and I really appreciate that. #momsneedcoffee read more

Yes the Drive Thru can be a long wait, however, that is not what makes this Starbucks location. The friendly baristas, service and quality of my drinks are perfect. My favorite Starbucks to grab my coffee during my commute to work to SF. I haven't had an issue with my drinks being made wrong.
