Although I thought all Starbucks had the same pricing, it was about a dollar cheaper than back in Michigan...no complaints! The employee was fast and friendly. Worst Starbucks store, waited in the line for 15 min, then they told me they would make me fresh pike (which meant they didn't have pike), I was fine with it since it happens sometimes, after waiting for another 15 - 20 min, I asked where was my pike? They checked the empty pike tank and asked me "you want to try bold? It's good." They forgot it.... Drive was extremely long so did mobile order for curbside pickup. 30minutes later half our order sat on the counter in the store and the other half hadn't even been made yet. Their excuse, our machine isn't printing right. Well if it's not printing right, fix it. Then our sticker on the cup didn't even say curbside. So how would they even know what to bring outside? Given my diet, there is only one thing I usually get from Starbucks. Given this soy vanilla frappuccino, I judge the Starbucks. This location has the worst parking lot imagineable. Every time I went by here, I either had to honk at someone or yell at them for being a lame driver. However, if you manage to get in the line, you will be serviced pretty quickly. The drive-through server was polite and friendly, and the speed of our order, despite the traffic, was quite fast. Unfortunately, my frap was not that spectacular. All the ice has melted and I was left with a watery reminisce of a frap. It was still cool, with a layer of crushed ice on top but it was not that great. All in all, I would stop here again given that there is not a Starbucks for miles, and if you have a lot of driving to do, you need to stay juiced up. read more

This Starbucks is always the worst. The employees are usually friendly, but the last two times I have been, it has taken fifteen minutes longer than the promise time to pick up my order. Tonight, it took more than 25 minutes just to get through the drive thru. Next time, I think I will save my money and order at some of the other locations. The parking lot is terrible to navigate at this location, and this is the only one I've encountered where ALL the doors are locked and you can't even walk in to pick up your mobile order. No wonder the drive thru is always fifteen to twenty cars long and a huge wait. Just awful. read more

Stood at the counter while they looked at me and rinsed out their mixing containers (very loudly and poorly....uck) and didn't even acknowledge our presence. We just left. In severe need of correct management. They are always busy because they are directly off of I-75, and this wouldn't be a problem if they were better operated. However, every single time I go there, it is at least a 20-25 minute wait. That's if they don't get the order wrong, which happens more often than it should. Horrible experience. There were 6-7 people working but somehow this was the longest I've ever waited to order a drink and receive it (about 30 minutes). On top of that, my drink wasn't even done correctly but since it took so long to get the drink, I didn't even bother to complain. "Worst Starbucks in America!" was what the guy was saying as we stepped into the place. We had stopped as a treat for the kids on our epic road trip from Orlando to Chicago. Ever the optimists (after all we were traveling with our six kids in a passenger van) we ventured in. No toilet paper or SOAP in the bathroom (which was a major disaster and the door to our stall didn't lock). We are used to long lines at Starbucks but not one that moves at a snails pace. I counted 4 workers, all overwhelmed and none of them over twenty ( I'm an ageist, sue me). They were out of Breakfast sandwiches and napkins(!?!). Devastated we slunk back to our car, but not before I asked the young ( very young) man behind the counter if they had called for back up....he looked mournfully at me and said "ma'am there's no one to call". I would have been sympathetic except that I smelled breakfast sandwich on his breath. read more

Stopped here on my way to Florida. Ordered a tea and was told that it would be made by someone at the end of the counter. I was standing there checking texts and after about 5 minutes and had not heard anything I looked around and did not see anyone working on a tea. I saw a drink in front of me but had assumed it was someone else's. after several unsuccessful attempts to get the attention of one of the employees behind the desk I finally just said in a loud voice- is this my tea? The girl closest to me did not look at me or say anything - just nodded impatiently. I felt sorry I had bothered them with my business. Skip this Starbucks unless u are desperate. Driving through Tifton on our way home for Thanksgiving, our group decided we needed a caffeine fix and Starbucks seemed like the perfect stop. We looked up the reviews en route and shrugged off the bad ones.....that was a bad idea. After a bathroom pit stop, we placed our order and started to play the waiting game. After 10 minutes of waiting, the next person taking a shift to drive decided to go situate herself in the car. Another 10 minute passed by, and the family that had ordered immediately in front of us still hadn't gotten their order either. The family opted for a refund instead of their beverages 5 minutes later. We finally got our drinks a couple minutes after that and went out to the car. When we got in the car, we were informed by the aforementioned driver that a Starbucks employee had slammed their door into our car, stared at our driver and went inside without even acknowledging her action. Ridiculous experience. Opt for gas station coffee instead of this place. I'd like to point out that the reason for the delay was the manager of the store. All I heard her do was tell the employees to not make drinks and clean, or to make sure they're cleaning in between in between every drink. I've worked a night shift, most of us have, we all do things to try and get out of there ASAP so we don't have to stay late. What we don't do is sacrifice the customer experience. Especially if there is a rush. You have to put aside yourself and handle the customers. The store had about 7 people working. One handling the drive-through, one alternating between drinks and cleaning duties, and 5 other people cleaning. Put off the cleaning for 10 minutes and get rid of everyone next time. My husband and I zipped through this Starbucks drive-through a couple weeks ago as we were driving from Tallahassee to Johnson City. Though the speed of service was fine, the quality of my latte was disappointing. The espresso tasted quite burnt, giving the beverage a bitter flavor. Simple drive through order of an americano with cream and a slice of pumpkin bread... First the girl working the drive through said hello but never offered to take my order???? After sitting for a minute I asked HER if she was ready..... Then pull to the window, pay, she hands me the bread and closes the window leaving my coffee sitting right there. The manager comes over a few minutes later and asks the girl if this is my coffee I am waiting on! I pull away, the coffee has no cream. I go inside, put in the cream. I'm a huge Starbucks fan and stop at them all the time while traveling with my family. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Their bathrooms are disgusting. They were out of Grande and Vente hot cups. They were out of chocolate milk and to top it off they didn't make my drink right. If you are on I-75 and you want to hit a Starbucks in GA do yourself a favor and hit the one in Valdosta or Macon or Warner Robins. Although I read the reviews, my family and I still stopped at this Starbucks. The place was nice, as were the bathrooms. However, the main issues were our drinks and the service. I asked for a cappuccino and the barista asked me if I meant frappuccino, when I told her no, a cappuccino she looked at me as if that didn't exist. All four of us were disappointed in our beverages and would advice others to wait for the next Starbucks. Yes, it is some time away, but paying $4 for the worst Starbucks drink I have ever experienced is not worth it. The store gave a great impression at first, it was clean and the service was quick. Unfortunately, at the first sip of our drinks, we quickly discovered that all 3 drinks were all made wrong. I am an employee of Starbucks, and have been for almost a year now, so I know when a drink is made to standard and when a dingus gets his hands on it. When my dad asked how many scoops of vanilla bean normally went into a grande, I replied 3 (standard). He said he watched them only put one in. I should be able to order the same drinks in Wisconsin and Georgia and expect the same drink. That's almost verbatim what we're taught during training. But apparently that standard has never been discussed in Georgia. read more

It may not have the cleanest restrooms in the world but when you're sleepy and on the freeway at night it is a lifesaver. They were out of the raspberry swirl coffee cake that had one in the window that was old. I ordered a Venti very Berry refresher and they did not even feel it to the top. I had a good inch that they could've added to my cup. My service was very nice and friendly. The three stars is for saving me when I'm falling asleep driving down the freeway And service with a smile. Location is very hard to get into. read more

As a fellow Starbucks Barista, I was pretty disappointed with my experience here. Not only were both of my drinks rung up incorrectly, they were also made differently than what was indicated on the order. Finally, to top it all off we saw a cockroach scuttling across the back counter, and when we said something about it, we were shot a dirty look and ignored. Would not reccomend. read more

This Starbucks is one of the better ones I've visited. Because it is the only one on the drive to/from Atlanta on south GA it tends to be packed at peak times, but if you order an exit away or so through the mobile app times are acceptable. I'm writing this review because the people at this place are phenomenal. I was driving late on a Friday night from Atlanta to Florida and made it to this store about 15 mins before closing. This was my second Starbucks stop on this trip, and the guys noticed that I had a Venti iced coffee cup and, since I just wanted to repeat my order, I got charged for a refill despite the fact that my drink had extra espresso shots. They didn't have to do this, but their candor and awareness made my drive more tolerable. read more
