I had a really disappointing experience. I waited about 35 minutes just to get my order, which is way longer than expected. On top of that, the person taking orders made me feel really uncomfortable--his behavior came across as creepy and unprofessional. When I finally got my drinks, they didn't taste right at all and were noticeably underfilled compared to other customers' drinks. Overall: way too slow service and design of the parking lot just does not work When you enter the store, looks to be your average Starbucks. I always get a no frills hot black coffee. Takes, no exaggeration, 10 minutes to get a hot black coffee here. Usually, once I order, they turn around and pour the coffee into my personal cup, but here, for some reason, they put my order in the queue and I have to wait for the barista to pour a coffee into a paper cup to pour into my personal cup. Also, the service is incredibly slow. I had to stand at the register for an easy 5 minutes before my order was even taken. I do not blame the employees, but just bad management to have their store understaffed like that on a weekend. I do not know if I just went on a weird day and this was an anomaly, but for a hot black coffee it should take 1 minute to pour? Then again, I have been here a handful of times and majority of times the service has been this slow. Definitely one of the worst Starbucks locations I have been too. Unfortunately, it is a Starbucks, so I will probably be back, but only because it is on of the most easily accessible coffee shops early in the morning in the area. read more

One star because that's the lowest I can. First I placed my order at 1:15 and the app said my estimated time for it being ready was 1:22. I was on a school trip and had to be on the bus's my 1:45 so I thought I had time. I walked from the Wendy's to the Starbucks and got there around 1:25 so I thought my order would be ready soon. Stopped by this Starbucks on our way out of Georgia on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy, both at the drive-thru and inside the store. The dining room and restrooms were open. The staff was friendly. I ordered my usual, cinnamon honey oat milk latte with real honey and cinnamon. The wait was longer than usual for one coffee. Waited probably close to 15 minutes. When I finally received my drink, I quickly realized they used almond milk instead of oat. I know there's a shortage of oat milk at Starbucks lately and I would have understood if they were out. However, the staff did not inform me or ask me for an alternative. I'm glad they did not use real milk since I'm lactose intolerant. I let it go because it's Covid times so they could be understaffed and/or training new employees. With all the food allergies and intolerance, they need to be more careful though. read more

I find it really hard to order from here since I am new to the coffee scene. But you can taste it before you by it so that is a huge plus. The atmosphere here is laid back and friendly. Extremely nice staff and very patient. I like it here. Omg their refresher draganfruit and lemonade is fantastic. I also had a cold cloud Caramel Mokiouta and it is so good! I brought one home for my mama. I also had a Madeline and it is delicious. To be honest this is my third maybe fourth time at a Starbucks. WORST STARBUCKS ON THE PLANET We always stop here on the way to Orlando--quite a few trips a year. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks on our route and at our fuel up exit. We've never had an order correct, never seen the bathrooms clean, never had a friendly encounter with staff, never had the appropriate amount of coffee in the cup, never got in and got out. This Starbucks has a lot of space for people to come with great lighting. Being in a small town, there is not much rush hour except during the BOGO deals in which I waited 25 minutes for my 2 drinks. Unacceptable. Being in the food and drink industry, I know that bathrooms tend to be neglected. But a good business is one that pays as much attention to the outside appearance of the store as well as the inside. The bathrooms are absolutely filthy. By far the dirtiest one I have been to. There were multiple flies throughout the bathroom with toilet paper all over the floor. Also, I used my iPhone App to order a meal to prevent waiting long hours (like my previous experience) and the purchase went through. I walked into the store and stood at the Mobile check-in counter with the worker just blankly staring at me. No greeting. No desire to address my concerns. I had to eventually speak up about whether my product had gone through. She casually told me that the product was not available without seeming to be willing to compensate me for the troubles. I ended up picking up a product much less than what I paid for and left the store. Do not advise ordering online at this store nor getting the quality customer service in which we pay extra for. In general, this was the most disappointing Starbucks I have been to. The only positive would be the spacious study spaces (on non-busy deal days). read more
