Ordered a large coffee with a shot of espresso today, at 11:37 am at the drive thru. Received the drink 7 minutes after ordering. The wait time was fine, the drink not so much. It was Luke warm at best. To pay $3.60 for a Luke warm coffee is unaceptable. Due to Covid restrictions returning for a hot drink was not possible. read more

I currently work at a Starbucks in Florida and when I tell you they didn't make any of my drinks right... they didn't make any of my drinks right. My guava white tea lemonade gave me a belly ache. They left my moms iced white chocolate mocha super sweet when I specifically gave them the order as to how I wanted it and they couldn't even do it right, I wasn't pleased by the way their store looked cleaning wise. I must say, I am disappointed in this particular location. I've been to Starbucks in more than 8 countries and this has to be the worse service I have experienced. 7 people working behind the counter and I still waited to be served or recognized. Do not judge a customer based on how they look. All people expect great service from Starbucks! They really need to re-train the entire store staff. Literally the worst Starbucks easy I've ever been to. We just left there like 10 min ago. My frap I ordered I order the same way at every Starbucks we go to. Coffee frap, extra pump of vanilla and extra shot of espresso. When we got our coffee I got the smallest cup, and it was so watered down. Not sweet not coffee. My boyfriends was the same. He ordered a frap too and his tasted watered down too. My bacon sandwich bacon was undercooked, like rubbery and his bacon was over cooked and a little burnt from the bacon bits he did get. I thought every Starbucks had a level of standard that they stay at, we could have went to the Wendy's next door or the gas station across the street to get better coffee. Skip this place. Glad I don't live in Tifton. There's better coffee Tifton, you deserve better. read more

We stopped here to get coffee as we are traveling to the beach. I ordered a nitro cold brew with sweet cream and my husband got a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. (Lots Of people standing around waiting.) We waited at least 20 minutes total. Mine was done in ten-ish minutes but it wasn't even cold. I went up to the counter and asked where my husband's frap was. They handed it to us but it wasn't any good. No whipped cream. We left because we didn't want to wait any longer. Although the coffee may be on the sweet side the business side is a totally different story. The partners at this specific store are often mistreated. The General Manager I think by the name Jesse is what some might call a "character". On the multiple occasions that I pop in for a refreshing treat, I have been able to observe how the partners interact. Several employees simply sit around and do nothing or are careless with their work performance and it shows in their coffee. I have been there multiple times when they have been "out" of things but in reality, the Shift manager just lacks the ability to restock. You would think of all things this would be common sense but for some reason, they are just flat out lazy. Not all of their employees are bad apples and most of them seem to be very friendly with their approach to connecting with the customers. As far as the looks of the store the dining room and behind the counter look very appealing but the bathrooms are horrendous. As a proud previous business owner, I think the best thing for this store is to sharpen its skills and improve its management. read more

This is the Starbucks I always stop at on my road trips to Florida to visit my family. It's about halfway for me during my trip...perfect time to grab some caffeine. :) There's not much to say. The drive-thru and service inside are always fast and friendly. Their restrooms are clean, as well as their entire store. I've also never had any issues with my orders. Very standard Starbucks when it comes to menu and flavors. Overall...if you find yourself in Tifton, GA looking to grab a cup of joe...this is the place for you! read more

My experience at this store was a nightmare. Firstly, the paninis available for sale were not listed- when I asked what types were available the server sighed at me with a nasty scowl and barked the options out at me. She then forgot to put my order in, so I waited for over 15 minutes for nothing. After I asked the status of my order, I waited by the pick-up bar in hopes of getting my sandwich soon. While standing up by the bar I heard the following exchange by three employees- Employee 1 (finishing a transaction with a drive-thru customer): "Have a great day!" Employee 2: "You shouldn't say that, you should say 'Have a good day'." Employee 3 (in a sarcastic tone): "What you should really say is enjoy your lazy day." Always stop here on my way to florida. The service is good, the wait can be long due to indecisive chuckle heads making idle chat with the cashier. They are usually well staffed when I go and my drink is prepared the way i ask. The restroom has been clean every time I've gone. My coffee cake sucked and they exchanged it for something else. This place does indeed suck. But if you find yourself needing coffee while on 75, it's either this or waiting until Valdosta. And you've possibly already been waiting since the nearest one was way off in Albany. It's in a completely stupid spot to get to and they seem to pick and choose who gets their drinks. All I wanted was a caffe misto (does anyone else just want to punch them for being too good to use café au lait for a name) and who gets their drinks first? The people behind us with their chocolate chip frappuccino and latte with this syrup and that syrup. Okay. I think you'd probably be better off bringing an espresso machine in the car. While I first wrote this sentence jokingly, it turns out if you buy a Fiat 500L, you will actually get an espresso machine in your car. Well the bathroom was filthy and the stall door was broken and didn't even shut. This location is VERY small and VERY busy. On a Sunday at 11:00 am (not typically a super busy coffee time in my experience) I waited in line for 12 minutes. TLDR: Reliable place for coffee and a bathroom for those looking to take a break from driving up and down I-75. If you drive on I-75 through Georgia, you know that there isn't much along the road once you get out of Atlanta. While I do fully acknowledge that this is just a chain, this is one of the few that isn't a gas station or a fast food restaurant that's located so close to the interstate. Tifton isn't the biggest of cities, but you can see that there is quite a bit of business near the interstate so it's definitely a good stopping point for a break whether you're driving north or south. Service is pretty good here, and the last two major holidays that I had to be on the road (Thanksgiving and Christmas), this location has been open to those unlucky to be traveling those days. Bathrooms here are really clean, which is always a plus when you're driving through the more rural parts of Georgia. For a part of the state that doesn't have too much going on, this is definitely a good stopping point to stretch and take a break before traveling again. read more

Most of the time they are fast, unless it is a huge rush (but that is expected). The staff is always friendly and very knowledgable. This is a smaller store but very homely. From some of the earlier reviews it would appear they are improving on most things. read more
