Ordering was good. The guy at the register was nice and informative. We ordered the special (2). 2 drinks and a cup of soup. Instant shock when I was told the price was $43.00. Waited over 20 minutes to get our food. The food came looked good. The plate had some mashed potatoes with a hamburger steak on top. The gravy didn't taste homemade. The burger lacked flavor and was very dense. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. But I probably will not be back. $13.99 for an ok hamburger is a bit much for me. Also, they didn't inform us about the 3% they add to the bill for using a credit card. Time to try somewhere else in Tifton. read more

The staff was welcoming and chatted with our kids. The homemade desserts were delicious. Our nine-year old said that the nine layer chocolate cake was the best she had ever had (excluding her Harry Party birthday cake from 2022). The adults particularly enjoyed the oatmeal crème pie which tasted like a moonpie went to graduate school. Our kids loved the pizza and we shared a club sandwich - everyone was happy. We will back the next time we pass through Tifton. read more

Called the morning of to have a chocolate layered cake made, and she did it! The cake was amazing! She really did me a huge favor! I was from out of town! Service could've been better. This place is so adorable! read more

Excellent food, great service, clean restrooms. The restaurant was clean, restrooms were clean without pee all over the floor & toilet seat. This place it quaint! read more

It reminds me of a New Zealand restaurant. You go to the counter to order and pay and then they bring the food out to you. A minor difference is that there is a tip jar on the counter. I got a burger and it was prepared exactly as I ordered, which was a plus. The front of the restaurant is a shop which I loved. It was quite eclectic with a mix of jewelry, clothing, room decor items, and much more. Having come to the restaurant with a group of women it was great shopping with friends. Giggles is a truly eclectic experience -- I loved it. read more

Stopped in for lunch and what a little gem of a restaurant. Servers were friendly and tailored our meals to our desires. The chicken salad on croissant was HUGE and the side of fries were piping hot and crispy. The grilled chicken breast with bacon and Swiss and spicy mustard sandwich was juicy and cooked perfectly. I had asked for no bread so the platter included large leaves of lettuce and plenty of sliced tomatoes. We couldn't even finish our meals but the desserts looked amazing and large and one day will have to give them a try. Will definitely make a return visit our next time in Tifton. read more

NOT A REVIEW OF THE FOOD BUT OF THE SCUMMY STAFF MEMBERS HERE!!! My girlfriend ordered 7 dollars worth of food here and went to pick it up. She left a one dollar tip just being nice to the girl at the counter when no tip is really required for carryouts. She realized the next day that her card had been charged 18 dollars instead of the 8 that she had written on the receipt. The girl at the register had altered her receipt and changed 1$ of tip to a whopping 11$ tip. Not very cool and not very customer friendly ID GIVE THIS PLACE A HALF A STAR IF POSSIBLE! That's so terrible just a bunch of crooks it sounds like to me. Anyways my girlfriend went back to giggles cafe to talk to the manager who was very nice about it and refunded her the 10 dollars that was STOLEN out of her account. Sad that people can't be honest enough to not edit a receipt..... do not go here unless you are into getting scammed. read more

We are on our way to Macon and wanted some lunch but not fast food, so we ventured off the interstate exit and onto the downtown area. We are so glad that we did. Giggles Cafe has an adorable outdoor seating area where they welcomed our two year old and huge yellow lab. The service was very friendly and fast. Their dry rub wings were very tasty. read more

Best staff and amazing hamburgers the outdoor setting is so relaxing don't miss out on the great food

Our son picked this restaurant for lunch because he thought the name was funny. We ended up loving it. I had Debbie's Salad, which had a scoop of chicken salad on top. All the greens and veggies were fresh, and the shredded chicken salad was very good. My husband enjoyed his pimiento cheese sandwich on sourdough with a side of broccoli salad. Our son was happy with his cheeseburger and fries. The service was quick and friendly. read more

Outstanding service and great lunch spot. My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch, and we were delighted to find this awesome local business. We had their burger, which was handmade and not greasy with fries. I definitely recommend this place and will be back to try something else soon. read more

This place is so cute. I've stopped here twice while driving through Georgia. It's easy to get to from I-75 and totally worth driving past other places that were right next to the highway. The food is excellent. The blackened grouper sandwich was absolutely delicious. The staff is very nice and service was excellent. read more

Giggles offers a locally-owned cafe with a artistic flair. They have speciality wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, and breakfast all day long. Overall their food is great! It's very artsy, but filling. Prices are very fair. The restaurant has a very cute outdoor patio that is a must if the day is beautiful. My only complaint is they are only open 8am to 5 PM Monday - Friday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. I wish they were available later in the evening. One neat thing is the store located in front of it. It carries local-made products along with some "very cute" items (as my girlfriend says). A must see if you enjoy this kind of stuff. read more

This place was definitely worth getting off 75! Had burgers , chicken fingers, and homemade strawberry Cake!! And they had this young man Mackenzie Brown playing acoustic and singing some great songs. Watch this kid he has it!! read more

Super easy to get to from the highway. Totally worth stopping in rather than going to a fast food chain. Love supporting local cafes. Friendly staff. Very large .. A shower was going on in the Bistro area. Try their fresh strawberry cake. Yummy! Inside & outside dining. Old rustic building turned into a cute cafe on one side & finer dining on the other side. Giggles is the fun cafe & Bistro 219 is connected & owned by the same people with a dinner memi & Alcohol. read more

Myself and three friends (use to Atlanta and Athens local restaurants) decided to stop to eat at Giggles for lunch on our way to Florida. We wanted something with better quality than fast food and would show us something of local Tifton flair. Giggles had a 4.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp so we thought it would be great... but if this is some of Tifton's best, I can't imagine it reflects too well on the other establishments in the town. We ate off the Giggles lunch menu, but ate in the Bistro at 219 section. ::Pros:: - Great service. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful server. - Nice location downtown Tifton; allowed us to see some of the city. - Bathrooms were nice and the general restaurant was clean and neat. - My friend liked how cold his water was. ::Cons:: - The food was less than satisfactory: * The dumplings and soups tasted like they were from a can * The brownie was from a box mixed and extremely uncooked * The sandwiches looked and tasted bland like it was something we could have whipped up at home and didn't seem very fresh. * On a slight positive the burger wasn't bad and my friend enjoyed it enough, but did not think it was any special. * The fries were ok, but looked and tasted like they came from the frozen food section at the grocery store. - The inside atmosphere and decor inside felt strange like they were trying too hard and wasn't always consistent. Maybe they could hire an interior designer. Didn't feel very genuine. - The cups and plates were cheap ugly plastic which did not really match the setting and reemphasized the need for a higher quality in this establishment. Like the food, the accessories, left much to be desired. Honestly, after driving a few extra miles off the highway to go downtown for lunch we were pretty disappointed and just had higher expectations for a place with such a high reviews on here. As one of my friends said, "Giggles was someone's dream. They just wanted to provide Tifton and the people with a wonderful place to eat, so I don't want to talk bad about or trash their dream. But if it's their dream then they should make it better and have it live up to their original dream and be amazing!" read more

Giggles cafe, you totally saved our drive through Georgia! Not wanting to suffer through the crappy, chain places that line the highway we opted to dip into Tifton and hit Giggles based on other Yelp reviews. They had a good choice of tasty, healthy sandwiches for a good price. We were in and out with our take out in no time and back on the road. read more

Driving back to Tampa from the Georgia mountains,we were looking for a dog friendly place to stop for lunch in Tifton. Great first class ran business that is very involved in the community excellent food and atmosphere

If you are driving from Georgia to Florida, you must stop here. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Service was a tad slow for a quick stop-off on a road trip, but it would have been fine if we weren't in a hurry. Everything seems homemade and everyone is very friendly. I had no problems dining with my dog on the outdoor patio. read more

Very disappointed. Stopped in for lunch while in town for work. Chose Giggles based on the Yelp reviews but found that the reviews didn't match my experience. This is where I stop and grab a quick bite to eat whenever I come through. Decent coffee and friendly staff. Food is better than average.

Love the old brick walls & tin ceiling. Historic street. Nice bar. Inexpensive good sandwich. Quick service. Easy drive off 75.

Stopped here at 12:46 on Monday afternoon and it is closed. Tried to call but no answer with odd ring.

Passing through on the highway. This was not far off I-75 and way better and healthier than fast food. Service was quick but we were there before noon. Friendly staff. Chicken salad was very good. Pimento cheese also very good. Cookies and brownies were yummy especially the oatmeal. Would definitely go again when in Tifton. read more

Had pizza here one afternoon while downtown, it was really good! My husband made a special trip there tonight at 8:00pm and they were closed and on a Friday night! Yelp has it open till 12:00 and the menu shows 11:00pm. So what are their hours??? I'M CONFUSED!!! 2-Stars due to confusion on hours, inconvenienced, wasted gas, fruitless travel and unsatisfied taste buds!! read more
