Ordering was good. The guy at the register was nice and informative. We ordered the special (2). 2 drinks and a cup of soup. Instant shock when I was told the price was $43.00. Waited over 20 minutes to get our food. The food came looked good. The plate had some mashed potatoes with a hamburger steak on top. The gravy didn't taste homemade. The burger lacked flavor and was very dense. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. But I probably will not be back. $13.99 for an ok hamburger is a bit much for me. Also, they didn't inform us about the 3% they add to the bill for using a credit card. Time to try somewhere else in Tifton. read more

The staff was welcoming and chatted with our kids. The homemade desserts were delicious. Our nine-year old said that the nine layer chocolate cake was the best she had ever had (excluding her Harry Party birthday cake from 2022). The adults particularly enjoyed the oatmeal crème pie which tasted like a moonpie went to graduate school. Our kids loved the pizza and we shared a club sandwich - everyone was happy. It reminds me of a New Zealand restaurant. You go to the counter to order and pay and then they bring the food out to you. A minor difference is that there is a tip jar on the counter. I got a burger and it was prepared exactly as I ordered, which was a plus. The front of the restaurant is a shop which I loved. It was quite eclectic with a mix of jewelry, clothing, room decor items, and much more. Having come to the restaurant with a group of women it was great shopping with friends. Stopped in for lunch and what a little gem of a restaurant. Servers were friendly and tailored our meals to our desires. The chicken salad on croissant was HUGE and the side of fries were piping hot and crispy. The grilled chicken breast with bacon and Swiss and spicy mustard sandwich was juicy and cooked perfectly. I had asked for no bread so the platter included large leaves of lettuce and plenty of sliced tomatoes. We couldn't even finish our meals but the desserts looked amazing and large and one day will have to give them a try. Will definitely make a return visit our next time in Tifton. read more

Passed through Tifton on my way from South Florida to Atlanta at lunchtime we stopped at this place to get a launch it came highly recommended on yelp that was not our experience my wife had chicken salad and she asked for the fruit cup and they brought her a few slices of orange and not much more I asked for a chop steak which was not great it was not bad was just OK cookedAnd a flat grill and who is just barely OK they served it was some potato chips which were not housemaid they were out of her bag and it was just OK the waitress was terrific the service was good but not much else to say cute place though I've attached a couple pictures read more

NOT A REVIEW OF THE FOOD BUT OF THE SCUMMY STAFF MEMBERS HERE!!! My girlfriend ordered 7 dollars worth of food here and went to pick it up. She left a one dollar tip just being nice to the girl at the counter when no tip is really required for carryouts. She realized the next day that her card had been charged 18 dollars instead of the 8 that she had written on the receipt. The girl at the register had altered her receipt and changed 1$ of tip to a whopping 11$ tip. Not very cool and not very customer friendly ID GIVE THIS PLACE A HALF A STAR IF POSSIBLE! That's so terrible just a bunch of crooks it sounds like to me. Anyways my girlfriend went back to giggles cafe to talk to the manager who was very nice about it and refunded her the 10 dollars that was STOLEN out of her account. Our son picked this restaurant for lunch because he thought the name was funny. We ended up loving it. I had Debbie's Salad, which had a scoop of chicken salad on top. All the greens and veggies were fresh, and the shredded chicken salad was very good. My husband enjoyed his pimiento cheese sandwich on sourdough with a side of broccoli salad. This place is so cute. I've stopped here twice while driving through Georgia. It's easy to get to from I-75 and totally worth driving past other places that were right next to the highway. Giggles offers a locally-owned cafe with a artistic flair. They have speciality wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, and breakfast all day long. Overall their food is great! It's very artsy, but filling. Prices are very fair. The restaurant has a very cute outdoor patio that is a must if the day is beautiful. My only complaint is they are only open 8am to 5 PM Monday - Friday, and 9am to 2pm on Saturday. I wish they were available later in the evening. One neat thing is the store located in front of it. It carries local-made products along with some "very cute" items (as my girlfriend says). A must see if you enjoy this kind of stuff. read more

Myself and three friends (use to Atlanta and Athens local restaurants) decided to stop to eat at Giggles for lunch on our way to Florida. We wanted something with better quality than fast food and would show us something of local Tifton flair. Giggles had a 4.5 out of 5 stars on Yelp so we thought it would be great... but if this is some of Tifton's best, I can't imagine it reflects too well on the other establishments in the town. We ate off the Giggles lunch menu, but ate in the Bistro at 219 section. ::Pros:: - Great service. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful server. - Nice location downtown Tifton; allowed us to see some of the city. - Bathrooms were nice and the general restaurant was clean and neat. - My friend liked how cold his water was. ::Cons:: - The food was less than satisfactory: * The dumplings and soups tasted like they were from a can * The brownie was from a box mixed and extremely uncooked * The sandwiches looked and tasted bland like it was something we could have whipped up at home and didn't seem very fresh. * On a slight positive the burger wasn't bad and my friend enjoyed it enough, but did not think it was any special. * The fries were ok, but looked and tasted like they came from the frozen food section at the grocery store. - The inside atmosphere and decor inside felt strange like they were trying too hard and wasn't always consistent. Maybe they could hire an interior designer. Didn't feel very genuine. - The cups and plates were cheap ugly plastic which did not really match the setting and reemphasized the need for a higher quality in this establishment. Like the food, the accessories, left much to be desired. Honestly, after driving a few extra miles off the highway to go downtown for lunch we were pretty disappointed and just had higher expectations for a place with such a high reviews on here. Driving back to Tampa from the Georgia mountains,we were looking for a dog friendly place to stop for lunch in Tifton. We found Giggles Cafe and we loved it.They have a cute,brick floor courtyard with umbrellas which was perfect for us and our dogs.The waitress could not have been nicer immediately bringing water with ice for dogs and drinks for us.Everyone enjoyed the salads,soups,and sandwiches.The owner came out to our table to check on us and she was so lovely with her southern hospitality.We highly recommend Giggles Cafe if you are in the Tifton area. read more
