Worst Starbucks I've ever been too. Waited 30mins and turns out they forgot to make my drinks, then after reminding them they inform me they're out of whipped cream. After telling them I wanted a refund they just stood there like deer caught in headlights. After telling them again I finally got my refund. In the end I did not get my drink and wasted over 30mins. This was the worst, WORST, Starbucks experience. I have waited in long lines but this was complete incompetence not due to high volume or morning rush. Only one register was open with 12+ customers from the front to the door. I ordered everything at least twice b/c the cashier wasn't focusing on me or what I was telling her. I ordered 2 small breakfast sandwiches and skinny hazelnut latte. I had to define for HER what a skinny hazelnut latte consisted of!! After 20 min I was brought my tall latte and told they were out of the sandwiches!!! I was refunded for 1 of 2 sandwiches but at that point I didn't care as is been there nearly 40 min!!! I've never had an issue with this location. The staff is great as well as the manager. Not getting a sleeve once in a blue moon isn't the end of the world, people. Bathroom are exactly that. The may have been fresh before someone dropped a duece right before you walked in, but it's no reason to rip this location a new one. I don't know the staff but I do know that THIS Starbucks offers great products and has been pleasing every single visit that I have encountered. read more

Used to love this place, ever since they replaced the old staffs with the new ones a few months back, the wait time increased by a lot and the drinks were often wrongly made. Do not stop here if you're traveling to/from Florida. This Starbucks location is slower than a line at Disney. It took them 45 min to make a frappacino! The store is packed with customers because the employees are slow and unorganized. I asked to talk to a manager and the employee said they didn't have one. There were about 50 customers waiting in line to order and waiting for their drinks. The trash cans were overflowing with trash and the creamer sugar table was filthy. I frequent Starbucks all over. This location is typical, friendly staff, clean, and great coffee as expected. Only problem is the parking because of construction nearby, but once that's completed, scything should be fine. It's conveniently located right off I-75. read more

I got my three beverages at least 2-3 minutes apart, and waited 25 minutes to get a sugar cookie and a cheese Danish after we got our drinks and well after about 10 people who ordered after received their orders including food. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and, as are one of the only Starbucks in a multi-County region, handle a large number of customers in good time. I was excited to see a Starbucks at the exit where I stopped for gas. Four cars were ahead of me, which was no surprise. It took about 15 minutes to get up to the speaker. There was a handwritten note apologizing that they were out of grande and venti cups for hot drinks. Fortunately, I wanted a Frappuccino. Stopped here along a 9 hour road trip home from FL, the day after Black Friday. The store was so grossly understaffed for a busy weekend off I-75. We ordered five drinks, for everyone in the family and waited an entire hour for our drinks which then had to be re-ordered as the original order was lost. One barista was doing a great job, trying his best to keep up but it was impossible with only two baristas actually making drinks for the store, drive thru and mobile orders. This location is a poor representation of Starbucks. The restrooms were filthy with broken stalls. The women's restroom lacked toilet paper. The barista botched my drink order and genuinely seemed uninterested in rectifying the mistake. I have had bad experiences at this location before. They are one of the few Starbucks to be found along I 75 in south Georgia. In the future I think I will avoid stopping for lattes or mochas along this stretch of the highway! read more

All the other reviews are from over a year ago. Since then, I think this location has worked to improve. It was a perfectly normal Starbucks in my opinion and the staff was extremely courteous and prompt. The bathrooms were, well, bathrooms. Not disgusting or sparkling- just a normal bathroom. This Starbucks has obviously stepped up their game. The staff was friendly, the bathroom were clean and my coffee was delicious as normal. They even had glass vases with flowers on every table! My only complain is that it took about 10 minutes to get our coffees but a staff was apologetic for the wait. read more

All I wanted was a coffee. The blonde guy behind the counter wanted to see if I wanted strong taste with less caffeine or more caffeine with smooth taste. It's the best cup of coffee I've had in a starbucks. It wasn't bitter at all and it got rid of that caffeine withdrawal headache I had. The people complaining need to lighten up. Go work in a restaurant and coffee shop so you can give people that service the public a break. Maybe then you'll have compassion for someone that actually works instead of pushing a pencil or collecting welfare. I didn't give this 5 stars because the entrance is a bit awkward to get into if you are coming off I-75. But if it looks too dangerous I put in somewhere down the road and loop around. I've always found any drink, that I've ever ordered at this Starbuck's to be fine. All of my orders tasted great, to me. I haven't compared my usual drink order's to any other Starbuck's, too much; so, maybe; another 'Buck's' could make them better, I don't know. But, one thing; I have noticed is that the Bathrooms are usually in terrible shape. I've never needed to use one, except for checking my hair in the mirror in the bathroom occasionally; but the bathrooms were not good. Since, this is a major traveller's Starbuck's it's definitely important to have nice bathrooms; for the people travelling on I-75. The reason the bathrooms are rough is because they are constantly needed by travelers stopping in, from the interstate. There's a lot of people there in one day. I know it's hard to juggle the actual restaurant functions and the accessory areas like the bathrooms, but; The state of bathrooms speak for an entire restaurant. sorry. read more

Sad to see bad reviews. This Starbucks has the FRIENDLIEST EMPLOYEES! I was driving through Tifton, GA on my way to Atlanta and left my wallet at this Starbucks location. The employees and manager were extremely friendly and helpful. They shipped my lost wallet back to me as soon as they were able to. Also - my order was completed quickly and my drink tasted great. I think Starbucks prides itself on superior customer service where a patron can expect to be treated respectfully and courteously by staff and especially management. Not the case for this particular location, which is a shame given its great location next to the Tesla supercharging station off 75 in between Georgia and Florida frequent travelers. I ordered 2 iced drinks. Both drinks arrived at the counter at different times even though under the same name and very, VERY slow service when it wasn't rush hour and there was less than 10 patrons at the store waiting. I asked politely 2x if my order was ready after only receiving the first one even though both were similar drinks. The first time I received a rushed, slightly rude answer, "it will be up next". The second time after 2 more drinks were made and given out to the drive thru and 2 more people behind me in the store, I asked again to another barista. The first barista I asked was within earshot and heard me and VERY rudely cut me off and told me I was lying and wasn't waiting that long. I then responded and said I did not appreciate her disrespectful tone and she started saying she didn't appreciate my tone. At which time I asked for her name and the manager. She proudly stated that she was the manager and patted her chest and pointed to her name, Shaeneka. I tried to respond and she once again cut me off and called our another drink order and acted like I was not even in front of her talking even after I said "ma'am, are you just going to ignore me now and pretend I am not talking to you"? The answer was yes. This type of behavior would be extremely unprofessional behavior for a teenage junior employee at a fast food restaurant and would perhaps get them fired. I am shocked at this type of behavior from a middle aged manager who's behavior is a reflection of an organization that prides itself on a high customer focused brand and who's behavior is a bad influence on those under her leadership. After reading these other reviews, I am not surprised. I am hopeful that Starbucks will listen and make the necessary staff adjustments and behavior modifications. read more
