This is my go to Starbucks before work. When I mobile order, things usually run smoothly, but ordering inside and sitting can be awful. This Starbucks is extremely busy and the line can be very long and then the wait for your item can also be very long. Getting a seat is just as hard especially if you need a plug for your electronics. Even the outside can be full as well. Parking is easy as it is business parking lot with street level and lower level parking. I can't complain about the staff either. They are usually always friendly and smiling even when they are so busy and dealing with impatient or rude customers. read more

But the service at the Starbucks s so bad that i was motivated to get on here and write what a terrible experience I have had, not just once but every time I come here ! How is it possible that a company like Starbucks can have so many rude employees at one store? I love this starbucks. Jeremy is the best Barista! He always makes my cappuccino perfectly. I think that its great that they let you order online now. I ordered the other day and my oatmeal and peppermint mocha were waiting for me on the counter when I walked in. Felt like a famous person when everyone looked at me walk in and right out with my order, lol. This Starbucks is always filled with people in the entertainment business. I have seen a few celebs here so far like Amber Rose. Have even networked while waiting in line. Got a Hair Stylist to sponsor my next hair updo for my next pageant/bikini competition. read more

It's great to get coffee and go but the small space doesn't make for the greatest meet up spot and there's almost always people out front trying to hook you into donating to a cause or volunteering for one. i love my vents lattes but this starbucks can't make my drink right for he life of them!!! Please keep in mind that i have no special requests but to have it "shaken" when i have it over ice. I have been told several times by the tall blond dude that they cannot shake my drink because it contains dairy. WTF?!! Seriously??? I have been ordering this particular drink for over ten years and every other location has no problems doing this!?! Like everyone, I've been to a million Starbucks all around the world in my life. One thing I noticed is the only thing that sets them apart is the staff. Each and every person that works here are unique and different in their own way. They all seem to bring something different to the table, which makes each experience a positive one. This place does get busy in the mornings, but most of the baristas seem to know "their stuff" and keep the line moving. One of my favorite things about this location is it's awesome people watching! Sometimes you need to be a vulture and wait for your seat... This is my go to Starbucks spot at the moment. I have no complaints. I like the set up, the people working there have always been neutral to nice, my coffee comes out as expected, it's decently sized . . . I'm a fan. It does suck when the place is packed and there isn't a seat but just await a few minutes or so ans usually something opens up. Or just make a new friend and join their table =) read more

Starbucks isn't always my first choice in coffee shops, as I'm more interested in helping smaller businesses BUT this one is very close and convenient for me. I feel like many of the OTHER Starbucks I've visited often make it feel just like a business transaction, and that's why I choose other places. I work in food service, and going s little extra further to make a guest feel more welcomed and not like an inconvenience can go a LONG way. Ludyn always provides this kind of experience for me here. We chat and it doesn't feel like just a transaction and I love that. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars tonight is because it's dirty inside. Crumbs, crumpled up Starbucks pastry bags, straws litter the floor. Coffee stains on the condiment area. I get this store gets busy which is all the more reason they should stay on top of that esp when they have at lease 4 people working. I used to always go to this starbucks almost every day. They knew me by name and they also knew my dogs name. Last week I was eating here outside at one of their tables with my friend. When I got up I accidentally left my Louis Vuitton backpack at the table. Not even 5 mins went by and some girl came out of the Starbucks and picked up my bag and left with it. There were multiple witnesses and everyone that saw said she was in the Starbucks ordering before she stole my bag. Obviously I know this is my fault but when I went in the Starbucks crying and upset they were nothing but rude to me and could care less to help. I asked them if there was some way to get the video footage when the police come or anything (someone even mentioned If she used a Starbucks rewards card that's a way for the police to find out her information) and they could care less. The manager on duty who knows me by name was nothing but rude and did not help or talk to the police when they came. The police even mentioned how there has been plenty of incidents at this Starbucks and how they don't work well with them. It's really upsetting because I used to go in there everyday but I will no longer be going because of the way they treated me. So a little FYI for regulars that come here or anyone for that matter if something like this happens In their store they will do nothing be rude to you :) and they will not try to help. read more

This is the second time that I've eaten something from this particular Starbucks and I got incredibly ill. A few months ago I ordered a sausage and egg sandwich and within an hour I was vomiting uncontrollably. Today I ordered a chicken and pesto sandwich and literally within 25 minutes I had stomach pains so bad that I couldn't even walk. Came here at around 8:40 pm no one in line. The guy barista was so busy putting chai boxes away he had his back towards the register and myself for several minutes. Talk about so much focus on a task you forget about customer service. Thinking once he was done stocking he would acknowledge me but no, he walked away from the register and walked to the back with the empty cardboard box. I said out loud "hello", that's when the female barista at the bar finally said " I'll be right with you". By then, I was just too annoyed to give them my business. I'm a regular here in the mornings and for the most part customer service has been consistent. Customer service was non existent tonight. OK look I am reviewing a Starbucks because this is the best Starbucks. Everyone who works here is really friendly and they remember you and they always make good drinks. If you ask for caramel you get ALL the caramel. One of the baristas makes a little well in the whipped cream and fills it with caramel and it is the most amazing thing. It's impossible to get an indoor seat and once I couldn't even get an outdoor seat but the other businesses are cool and will usually let you sit at their outdoor tables. You can hear a lot of Hollywood wannabes talking about how they're writing a screenplay or making the next Youtube which is hilarious to listen to if you're into crushed dreams at all. read more

I am head over heels in love with this Starbucks location in Studio City. On this day I squatted for three hours, making a Starbucks my makeshift office, while having my car washed in the underground parking garage for $12.00. You can't beat a $12.00 car wash and free WiFi! The only thing I would suggest is to use the bathroom before you unload all your electronics; otherwise, you have to pack it all up and risk losing your seat.
