Although all the baristas are kind and friendly, the drinks I've received are among the worst drinks I've ever gotten from Starbucks. I'm a regular at Starbucks. I prefer the Burns Corner location. I ordered a Venti Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk shaken espresso on four occasions and each one of them are swamp water-colored and not filled to the top. I gave them way too many chances to make a decent drink. read more

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the coffee. Employees were nice in the drive thru. However when my drink was given to me you could tell it was only half full. The drink I ordered had a grey foam. I understand a new store but I'm sure the cards help you make the drink vs assuming you did it right. This is the only drive thru currently on this side of town. I would rather drive across town to get my coffee. Hopefully soon the drink issue would be addressed. read more

I'm almost a regular here and always order the same thing . Honestly the drink has been getting worse lately with this week being the worst. When I received my drink I knew something wasn't right because it was so light but didn't have the time to check and asked them to remake it. Left it in the car to go to an appointment just to see whether my assumption was correct and it was. Took a picture to prove that they are skipping way too much on my drink. If I could give it 0 stars I would. First if you're trying to plan ahead and order a drive thru mobile order forget about it. I understand their new "light ice" policy, which is ridiculous. In my case I should've ordered a grande instead of a venti because the amount of tea I received in my venti cup still didn't add up to a venti without all the ice they usually fill it up with. And here I thought people were joking about the long wait time of the Embrey Mill Starbucks! I placed a mobile order at this Starbucks after visiting the area for an event. It was a simple drink order, nothing more. When I entered, there were five employees manning a store that usually mans 8+. Half of the store was "occupied" with other customers when I entered. One weird note to mention was that all the chairs adjacent to the counters were facing the counter. Not one chair faced a table or opposition to the counter. I later found out that all those chairs - and people within the store - were waiting for orders. Only one employee moved somewhat quickly, but she seemed inexperienced at what she was doing or was extremely flustered. The other four employees were using headsets to talk everything, but Starbucks. While waiting it was obvious to see that each employee was glued to their drink station and no employee could work together. So, if the barista was drowning in cold drinks the cashier or bakery attendant couldn't help that cold drink station out. After waiting past the wait time frame (20+ minutes), I walked over to the cashier to get a refund that, then took five minutes. No apology, no manager acknowledgement, nothing. Just an employee screaming across the bar how she was struggling maintaining 4 conversations at once. This is why I am starting to just go to local cafes or pay for this service at Dunkin'. I guess we'll have to see if the Northbound-Side Starbucks will be any better! read more

The drive-thru wait time is OUTRAGEOUS. They need to add another lane to support the traffic or remove it entirely because they cannot figure it out. Even during non-peak times you'll wait for 20 minutes. read more

I would give zero or minus stars if I could. 8:10 PM on a Monday evening. One car at drive thru and no one waiting to order. I walked in and there were three people behind the counter. Nobody looked up, acknowledged me or offered to take my order. I stood there for a good two or three minutes. People kept walking by doing their job except they weren't. I know they saw me because it's not that big of a coffee shop. I looked behind me and it looked as though there was another employee who was on break because they had a headset on that looks similar to the one that Starbucks employees wear. Not one word from anyone. They didn't even say "we'll be with you in a few minutes". I Turned around and walked away, and as I turned back to see if they even cared, nobody even looked up. They would've had to have been both blind and unable to hear to miss seeing me come in. It seems they were too busy getting ready to close in 50 MINUTES!! I've been to some slack Starbucks locations but none so indifferent that they didn't at least take my order. Needless to say, I left and went to Panera. read more

On November 3rd, between 4-5 pm, I visited the drive-thru and ordered a pumpkin chai latte with almond milk. The person taking my order didn't ask whether I wanted it hot or cold, so I assumed it would be served hot, as it usually is. However, when I reached the window to collect my drink, the employee had a negative attitude. They gave me a cold drink instead of a hot one and then had the audacity to tell me to be more specific next time I order. I replied that I've been ordering this drink from Starbucks for years without any issues. The employee's response included an eye roll, and they even slammed the window twice after I mentioned their nasty attitude. When I spoke to the manager about the incident, I received a generic response that suggested the employee wouldn't be addressed regarding their attitude. Unfortunately, I had already tipped when paying in advance, which turned out to be a lesson learned. I will not tip in advance if I haven't received satisfactory service. It would be beneficial for this Starbucks to have employees at their drive-thru window who can maintain a professional demeanor with their customers. I'm confident that I'm not the only customer who has encountered such rudeness. It's important to strive for better service. read more

The costumer service at this Starbucks location is above and beyond. I came to town for a soccer tournament and usually travel a lot for work and in all honesty this one has the best costumer service I've seen. While I was in line there was this arrogant man that treated one of their employees with a lot of repugnance. The Starbucks employee handled the situation so well it I left her a generous tip, her name was Ash and I'm sure she'll be successful at whatever she does later on in life. The ambiance is great, very clean and with a really friendly and organized staff. I don't know how this Starbucks doesn't get more stars. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever. Over 20 minutes and my order was still not ready and it was not very busy. Understaffed and they seem to prioritize mobile orders over walk ins. Ordered my Frappuccino with no whip, she didn't hear me the first time or did it again, she then asked me again what I ordered. So for the third time, I said, grande caramel Frappuccino no whip cream. What did I get at the window, caramel Frappuccino with whip cream. I've been ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. What did I get at the window, plain bagel, no cream cheese. And you can tell that they took the whole bagel and put it into the turbo chef, then took it out of the turbo chef and cut it in half who toasts bagels like that? The out side was toasted and the inside was soft and cold. Then when I asked where my cream cheese was, she got shitty with me and said I didn't ask for it. Yet I did. Unfortunately the first time I've been to this one and they were seriously under staffed and slow even though they were seriously nice they I ordered two white hot chocolate and they gave me two coffees which is not what I wanted at all and label printer wasn't working the best either when I contacted customer service to get my refund on the chat they said I had to call to get my original refund which I did not have time for with my screaming children so they were not helpful at all I have gotten a refund plenty through chat why they couldn't do it this time just seems like pure laziness to me I know these people work hard but the owner needs to make sure everything is working properly every day....hopefully I get a better experience next time read more
