This is a nice Starbucks! I've never been to a location that I hated, but this one is consistently calming, warm, and cozy to work at - or to have a coffee and hang out with friends. I always enjoy the friendliness of the baristas at this location. One time, one of them even offered to watch me to my car at night just to ensure my safety. Came to Starbucks because it was my son's birthday and this was on his card. He really enjoys their birthday cake pops and dragon fruit lemonade refresher. We ordered from the drive thru and their front machine was down so to use your app to scan for points, they have to take your phone to the letter register. I really dislike when people have to take my phone but it is what it is. That should have a code on the receipt too use to add missed transactions. The drink and cake pop was pretty good. My reason for 3 stars is due to any other coffee drink I order from here is way too sweet and gives me a headache. read more

Absolutely terrible, how do you put this on the counter as a finished product? There is literal clumps of cold foam across the drink, half of my drink is foam. I would've sent it back but I wasn't the one to pick it up. Also I have an egg allergy and requested my sandwich with no egg. There is a huge egg patty on my sandwich. First time at a Starbucks I in a long time. The only good thing about COVID is it cured our Starbucks dependence. The store closings, drive through only and service offset the convenience of online ordering and fast pickup. Yesterday our coffee maker died so I decided to order Starbucks. This store has always been poorly run but I didn't feel like dealing with traffic to get to the other nearby store. The one plus, my order was ready when I got here. Negatives When I got home my cup holder and the cups were wet. Hot coffee dripped on the top of my hand on the way into my house. When I opened my cup it was filled to the brim. Not great, but I guess I got my monies worth. My wife's coffee was full of coffee grounds. Thankfully a Dunkin' recently opened nearby. read more

This was one the my worst experiences at a Starbucks. First, they took 30 minutes to make our drink, then when it finally came out they messed up the whole order. What's crazy is that we were the only people in the whole place ordering , and when I went to see what was taking so long, the workers were doing nothing but cleaning and not even getting out any Matcha supplies for our drink. read more

This location really should shut down. If you look on the app it says it has a drive-through but every day I see cones in the drive-through after certain period of time. That is very misleading especially if you're coming off the highway to drive a couple of miles to find out there is no drive-through. I have used the mobile app as well in the past and had to leave because it took so long to get my drink. Did not ask for credit on that one. I now see that mobile apps are no longer taken at this location. That's the first good thing they done.knowing the Starbucks brand and their desire for customer satisfaction, this location has got to be the absolute worst customer service offered. read more

Absolutely loved my early morning experience here. I was dreading getting up and going this morning so I had to get coffee and a croissant. They didn't have my croissant but they had the best customer service. It started with the most lovely young worker (pink bandana and beautiful blonde braids, you deserve recognition babe!!) complimented me on my nails and we chatted for a bit about random stuff. My other food and drinks came out in a timely manner with a smile on every employee's face. The vibes were so comforting and happy. I left there with a smile on my face and will be returning. There was a bug in my drink. I don't know what to say, im completely disgusted. The lid was on the whole time and once I reached the end of my drink I noticed something dark floating up to the top and immediately noticed it was a big gnat/other bug. I dumped out most of the ice and managed to find it again at the bottom. Utterly disgusting. In addition, we ordered two green tea lemonades and they made one without lemonade and we had to go back to fix it. read more

This location is excellent. I will forewarn you it can be busy at times (the lines for the drive through can get long) but the workers are quick and somehow even friendly while working so hard. I live off Page in Overland and all the fast food type places up there have TERRIBLE service so it's nice coming to a place like this that is the total opposite. There was even one time a while ago when I realized I forgot my wallet while in the drive through and they gave me my drink for free. Because of that action I have gone out of my way to come back to this location many times just to even it back out. 5/5. read more

I've grown increasingly frustrated with this Starbucks. I now go out of my way (driving ten minutes to another location instead of only 5 mins from my home to this location. They VERY rarely get my drink order right ( it will be very clear on the order sticker as to what it is) and I am more often than not requesting a remake. I got a Starbucks card for Christmas. I love Starbucks. I have been stopping by every day bc it's between my house and a lot of other places I need to be and it has been closed. I get it, it's really hard to find good employees right now. Anyway, I arrived at the drive through at 12 till 12:00 (I looked at the exact time bc I was annoyed). Even though it says everywhere it's open until 5 today. This is one of the nicer, friendlier branches of Starbucks I've been to. Staff is very friendly, the room isn't the biggest but enough light from both natural and overhead. 5/5 Stars. Why? I walked in here today looking for some refuge from the scorching STL heat/humidity as well as a temporary respite from waiting around for Izakaya Ren to friggin' open! (Who takes a "Lunch Break" from 2:00pm - 4:30pm anyway? I guess they just don't get enough biz between those hours to warrant staying open. Understandable.) Anyhoo. I walked into SBux, on my phone, looking like a rambly idiot as per usual. I hung up and skittered over to the counter where a very peppy woman wanted to take my order. Oh, and believe me when I say "wanted." It was like she was born to be friendly and serve coffee or something, haha, IDK. Not trying to be condescending here either. She was SO helpful. I remarked that I've been wanting to try a "Cake Pop" for a long(-ass) time now and that I wondered how many calories exactly is in the Birthday Cake flavor. (Mostly out of curiosity because they have an advert that boasts each one only being inbetween 170 and 190 each. So it was almost like a bizarre urge to play the Price is Right only with calories and cake pops!) She hurried around the counter to the customer side to grab me a brochure with all of the calorie contents in each food item at Sbux (forgive my crude acronyms) and pointed out each one to me. Wow. I settled on a Birthday Cake Pop (which she attested was their most popular flavor) and then I inquired about getting a Tea Latte. I haven't really been to an Sbux in a long time (as you could have probably guessed) so I had no idea what went into a "Tea Latte"....she immediately grabbed the cards on how to make each drink and rifled through them. I told her it was okay and she didn't have to but she said it would be good for her to touch up her drink making skillz anyway. (O_o;) She even accommodated my bizarro request for wanting it made with sugar free syrup and low fat skim milk. (Haha I am such a jerk...or rather my diet is such a jerk.) When she asked for a first name for the cup, I told her "Kate" and she even made sure she was spelling it correctly, "With a 'K', right" Omg! So adorable. :] It took the other girl a little while to make it but I wasn't in any big hurry anyhow. When she called my name I came over and she apologized profusely for taking a little longer than usual to make the drink and even offered to completely re-do it if I didn't like it. Holy cow. Yeah, I was pretty much floored by this point. The drink was amazing, and the cake pop was sooo fresh. My mum had warned me about getting a stale one once so either I got lucky or....maybe this is just the Starbucks from some bizarre parallel universe where big corporate chains randomly decide to bend over backwards for their customers. Even the interior was sparkly clean, neat, smelled nice, and was relatively quiet for a Starbucks. Damn. Impressive. It looked kinda new too, maybe that's why. There's only one other review for this location so yeah...I am not familiar with this part of town. All in all, good experience. I can't believe I just wrote this long of a review for friggin Starbucks, people!!! (The girl who made the drink even smiled tenderly at me on the way out....she was cute too....maybe she fancied me? I can count the number of positive experiences I've had here on one hand. First thing I learned is not to go in the morning, you're almost guaranteed to get the wrong order. I thought going after work, when it's less busy would be better but it hasn't been. I've been charged for the size I ordered and given a smaller size. I'm a member of the rewards program and I've tried to use rewards here several times - as instructed I tell the barista I have a reward and would like to use it and they haven't. If this wasn't the closest one to me I would not return but unfortunately it is and I have a slight Starbucks addiction. Avoid this one if you can. read more

Love the friendly people working here, and the fact that they always know what I want when they see me pull into the drive-thru. Unfortunately, knowing what I want, and actually giving me the correct drink for 3 out of 5 days this week makes this lady not a happy camper. Not the first time this has happened, not even the third time this has happened. It's a weekly thing. The manager is understanding when I call and complain, and yes, they always offer to make up for it. And stupid me, I always go back to this one store, because it's close. However, am going to try another store that's not quiet as convenient to see if they can actually prepare my drink correct for 5 days in a row. That's $25.15 for the last 5 days, and I have only been able to enjoy $10 worth of it. May never go back again, sorry. read more

I visit this Starbucks everyday ( for three straight years) and the same crew clearly knows who I am, but continues to make me spell out my same drink details like the don't know. I never order anything else...so I stopped going a week ago because I ordered same drink with the lady in the drive thru and the guy who makes the coffee mocked my voice on how I ordered.
