Starbucks - W. Sunset Ave. (Springdale) I stopped by here for few hours, sipping on my For-Here Mug, Hot Tea, enjoying this beautiful atmosphere. Seating galore - whopping, 56! Let me first say that this location has great baristas that not only willing to help you with your order, but can spike up a personal conversation with you. It's a small gesture that speaks volume when you can go to a business and it mean more than just a business transaction. Thank you, Even (Store Manager) and Leslie for a great service! From the outside, it has a gorgeous entrance with red brick and wooden planks to make it feel like you're about to enter into something more than just a coffee shop. Once inside, I was impressed. Space is surprisingly much larger than it looks from the outside. This is definitely a perfect spot for small and large groups. As soon as you come in, to the right you have option for four tables and eight chairs. To the left you have large conference table with eight chairs. Against the windows, additional seating with four chairs. As you walk towards the Order Counter, to the right you'll discover large and beautiful old-style map displaying, "The Three Coffee Growing Regions of the World." Below it a large wooden bench with four tables and four chairs. By the merchandise shelf, more seating. Four tables and eight chairs. You'd think that's all they offer for their seating. They also have additional six medal tables and twelve high chairs. The total seating for interior comes to whopping - forty-four seating options. If you still can't fit your large group inside, not to worry. They offer even more seating on their patio with, six tables and twelve chairs. I'm looking forward to returning here. One of the baristas shared with me that, "This location is soon to be remodeled." Overall, great experience to come and get work done or hangout with your family and friends. read more

I am very disappointed with the customer service I received today. This morning, I stopped by Starbucks and ordered my usual espresso drink. Unfortunately, the drink was made incorrectly and tasted like a very milky latte. Since I had already paid for it and did not drink it, I left the full drink in my car so I could bring it back after work to have it remade. When I returned, I brought the untouched drink with the original sticker still on the cup. I politely asked if they could remake it. The manager on duty, a short white woman, took the drink and spent several minutes trying to locate my order in the system. After about five minutes, she told me she could not find the order and refused to remake the drink because I did not have the receipt. I explained that the drink was completely untouched and that Starbucks is known for remaking drinks when customers are not satisfied. Despite this, she insisted that she could not help me without a receipt. I find this very frustrating. I went out of my way to return with the full, undrunk drink in hand, clearly showing that there was an issue with my order. Instead of resolving the problem, I was turned away over a receipt that most customers do not keep. I have always enjoyed Starbucks, but this experience was disappointing and did not reflect the level of customer service I expect. read more

I ordered a simple coffee. Usually at Starbucks when I order a coffee, the person who rang me up usually just turns around and gets it for me. But not here. She just stood there. It seems that there is an increasing trend of Starbucks having smaller and smaller parking areas with restricted ingress and egress. This is one of those locations. Maybe Seattle is not wanting patrons lingering in their "Third Place". The above is why I omitted the fifth star. This location is always busy with lines at the counter and in the drive-through, but the associates or "Partners" are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The bathrooms and table areas are always clean. I travel throughout multiple states professionally and this is one of my favorite locations. read more

I helped open the store and have since then moved to a new job. I'm super impressed with the progress my previous coworker's have made here and how they've handled all the difficulties of being hired to open a new store. They've come a long, long way and now provide the quality of service you would expect from a Starbucks that's been open for years. I ordered ahead through the app both yesterday and today. Both times they made one of the two coffees I ordered, and left me waiting while they completed others orders who ordered in store. They didn't even realize they forgot to make the other half of my order on both occasions. If it happens every once in a while, I understand. The slowest Starbucks around which is unfortunate because they are always very busy. The drive thru line will be to the road where no one else can pull in. Ordering on the app is pointless because your item is never ready when you get there (and if you go through the drive thru and ordered food and drink with the app, you will have to remind them you also have food EVERY TIME). They are frequently out of food or other items like the right sized cup. Drinks are inconsistent. The list goes on. read more

I'm here almost every day, and I've never had any issue with a drink or food that I've purchased. I highly recommend the sandwiches, and both the hot and cold drinks are well-made and flavorfully proportionate. While I prefer to go inside to purchase, I've had no trouble with long drive-thru times unlike other Starbucks location in Fayetteville. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the personal touches they add to make my visits pleasant. The store is well-lit and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. Today I got two drinks here that were made correct! That's great! However, I was questioned the second time on how they could do better. Great, right? Glad they read this. However, I gave the response of getting an order right. And having appropriate products available. I get there is an app issue when ordering. Don't put the blame on other things or people. Apologize and move on... The lady I'm sure was a manager trying to boost productivity. Lady the way to get that might be asking customers to go to Yelp or google and give their response. When we left we felt shamed for yelping the truth. Okay you fired the lady who got orders wrong. So again apologize and move on... Still not impressed. I am saddened that the closest Starbucks location doesn't do a good job. This is twice now I have asked for the same drink (I have gotten for a couple years) and its bitter. I don't know what they do to it but it looks right as I drive off but when I start drinking it, it isn't what I normally get. Today I asked for the drink in the picture with light ice as you can see on the sticker. The drink comes back and I get 5 minutes away and I have already drank all the possible liquid in it. Currently sitting here in the lobby of the store. The girl making the drinks, Kendra, is a newer partner (only been at this location for a week) and has amazed me for the last hour while I've been here. I'm a starbucks partner at another location and this girl is killing it. She is making things well and is demonstrating EXCELLENT customer service! Went through the drive thru around 7 at night. Once I got to the window and handed the cashier a hundred He stated he needed to check if he could take the hundred. He came back with a very sarcastic lady, who informed me that they didn't carry any 20's in the store at all. I asked if there was any way that they could break it with smaller bills. She ignored my questioned and asked me if I had a Arvest bank account. I said yes, but didn't really understand why she would be asking me about my account. She quickly told me that I could go to the ATM and come back with smaller bills. I was puzzled by this because I already had all my cash in hand. I tried explaining this to her, instead of listening to what I was saying she mockingly asked if I had a debit card. To which I had already had enough and told her that I should not have to explain my financial information to her over a $10 ticket. She rudely & sarcastically said "Of course not, we can take your hundred for the $10 ticket but all we can give you in return is 20 dollars" That was the dumbest crap I have ever heard. Talk about no customer service. There were 4 cars ahead of me and there's no way they didn't have any change, even small bills to break my hundred. Out of pure laziness she refused service. Over a $10 ticket. I took my business to the Fayetteville location, calling them ahead of time to find out if they had change for a hundred. They were beyond friendly stating that they always have change for paying customers. I suggest y'all don't waste your time at this location. Since they refuse service over something so small. Without an apology or any customer service to go with it. By far the worst crap I've ever had to deal with. read more
