Seven brew in Springdale on Sunset is part of a franchise of seven brews that are located in this part of the state of Arkansas and other. The franchisee who operates these stores is fantastic. He is a great manager. He is a superb business person and has done a great job of developing his business. Because he he trains people to be leaders, he trains people for excellent customer service. The cleanliness promptness and overall excellent experience at my customers at his shops is really something to behold. People will wait in line for a long time to pay 7+ dollars for a cup of coffee. That doesn't happen unless there's a Reese. They do a great job and you get a great cup of coffee even if it is , a flavored coffee with sugar ha ha ha. read more

It is always a great value, great taste, and flavor options. We went a few days back for the BOGO and a free rubber duck and was one of the lucky ones. What a fun madhouse. This place is great for specialty drinks but not for just a drip coffee. The drip is water added to a shot of espresso. I think I should have ordered a "long shot" of espresso. Staff is very nice and tries hard to accommodate. read more

Yeah it's a small coffee shop that you get through a drive-thru. But it's really great coffee! This place is always busy with long lines all day long. coffee is delicious no problems with that but why I gave a 3 star is because I don't care for all the chatting the person taking your order does while you wait to get your drink. I just really don't care to visit with a stranger on what I am out doing, why I am doing it & what my weekend plans are. I love the coffee, but there's one man there who is awful. I hear him being SO rude to the workers and he is rude to the customers. Every time he is there I want to drive away and not give them my business. I heard the workers call him Andrew. This is the springdale location. He should not there. The other workers are excellent and friendly, he sticks out like a sore thumb. read more

Usually great customer service, my family and I love coming to 7brew. Although, we experienced the most terrible customer service from Carlos at the Springdale location. We asked to speak with a manger but there wasn't one so a different employee came out to speak with us. She mentioned this isn't the first time Carlos has had problems with customers so she asked we leave our contact information. With that we also reached out through Facebook messenger where we were left on read with no response. As a regular customer I'm disappointed by their horrid service and lack of response to it. read more
