I've visited around 6 AM on the weekdays. The orders are made quick and tasty. On the release date, I was able to get the cherry blossom tumbler, which is 12oz and metal with a plastic lid. The shape and pattern is really cute and lightweight. I tried the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato (no changes), which came in a clear cup with the sip lid. The flavors of the Ube coconut cream cold foam with coconut shreds over the espresso and milk came through really well at first sip and didn't need to be mixed. read more

I used to love this Starbucks location. I've brought my family and friends here so many times over the years. But today I took my wife out for coffee and to relax. Would you believe there was no place to sit? Not one table available. I'm glad I didn't plan to meet friends there. Now I have to think twice about going because they have cut way back on seating. This is a great location right off exit 68 on I - 45 in Spring, TX. The shop is kinda small but there is a drive-thru starting the other side of the building coming around the back. Good alternative location if the Starbucks on FM 2920/Spring Cypress Road, which is a drive-thru only location, becomes too busy. The baristas were friendly and quick with orders. This location has been super inconsistent & inconvenient. For some reason since early this year it's been extremely slow at getting orders out. I decided to come in and sit inside and it overall feels dirty and sticky in here. Tables, chairs, floors. I wouldn't come back. This location needs new management or something. As a mask wearing person (I literally make them for my entire family) I have to say this starbucks was absolutely AWFUL to me yesterday. I understand that stores still prefer/require that people wear masks but EVERYONE is human and forgets sometimes. I walked in, sans mask, and instead of the first barista who saw me not wearing my mask asking me to go grab it, she snapped her fingers at another barista abt 15 feet away from her. (In the meantime I'm still walking in with no clue bc I'm in a hurry) I'm hustling to get my order, which is already finished and at the mobile order station, and there are ZERO other customers in the store, and when I get to the mobile order station the second barista says "MAAM DO YOU HAVE A MASK ITS REQUIRED IN THE STORE." In a very rude way. And let me say, I'm in customer service as well, so I KNOW how shitty people can be about their masks, but I digress... So I said "oh, my bad Its in the car, can I just grab my coffee?" (Bc literally, its 2 feet away and they could just say in the future, be sure to grab your mask) so he slides a disposable mask to me and refuses to hand me the coffee until I put it on. I have no issue so yeah it's now on my face. He hands me the coffee and I'm on my way out the door, about 5 feet from the door and I take off the mask to put it in the trash that's next to the door and he LITERALLY yells at me on the way out "KEEP IT ON UNTIL YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!" Now, I understand, I do. Masks are important. But. They are NOT an immunity bubble. There was NO ONE in the store so social distancing wasnt even an issue, and I was in the store for less than 30 seconds. There is a DEFINITE line that was crossed here, and I'm sorry, but if you don't like working in a place where human beings are, then get a new job. Dont me a mask-hole as they say. I've been coming to this shop for YEARS and this was the LITERAL worst I've ever seen an employee act. Get your sh*t together, really. read more

This is my go to Starbucks after the gym. Yes, as odd as it sounds I love a hot cup of coffee after I'm a hot mess from the gym. My go to is always a Tall Blonde $1.79, the only time I like them this way! (just saying). I've visited on an occasion where the preferred roast was old and the staff let me know and treated me to a free Tall of Pike's place, score! (my second choice if there isn't any fresh blonde..roast). This location is pretty small, there is a very limited amount of indoor seating, and about 3 small outside tables with 2 chairs each. Parking is also rather limited being a odd placed corner storefront. Staff is always super friendly providing quick service and not minding the disaster that I am when waltzing into the store after a couple hours at the gym. read more

I drink Starbucks nearly every single day. I've been to Starbuck's all across Texas and many other southern states. This one is simply MY FAVORITE. It's unfortunate that there are about 5 other Starbucks closer to where I live but this is the only one in the area whose coffee does not have consistently have that burnt aftertaste. The staff is always kind and happy. In fact, many of them remember my order and make sure I feel special for being a regular. There are a few others I visit in the area, less regularly yet still consistently, that don't seem to put much emphasis on the returning customer. read more

They also let me add and change the order when I got there. This is your typical Starbucks. Kind of small on the inside with a few seats outside. Outside seating is quite noisy. I come in here about once every one or two months and there's always a new load of people working here. The bathroom situation is kind of stupid, they have unisex bathrooms instead of the typical standard men go here women go there. Parking is a bit Limited. There's a cheap Motel Next Door that back in high school, that's where all the crackheads would stay. And guys from school would brag about having sex parties there all weekend long. Since my last review I've stopped by here a few times and it just keeps getting better. All the weird location and drive thru stuff aside, the service is always outstanding! Prior to yesterday I had placed online orders and they've either been ready or just about ready by the time I got there. Then yesterday I did the drive thru (hate that spelling...it just seems wrong) and the person taking my order sang the greeting to me, when I mentioned it she said "at least I didn't meow at you, I've done that before"...hilarious and awesome! She was super nice that I even had to stop by and try to talk to a manager to say how awesome she made it.
