Huh, could've sworn I reviewed this before. So it's a pretty typical Starbucks. Except the drive-thru is ridiculously crazy. Hell, the parking lot in general is confusing and oddly laid-out. I attempted the drive-thru once or twice, but it's MUCH faster to just park (away from the drive-thru traffic, mind you) and go in. It took me 8 minutes this morning to get out of my car, walk in, order, get my breakfast sandwich and green tea lemonade, and get back in my car on the other side of the parking lot. NOT a big deal. If your only complaint is the drive-thru, then walk your happy butt inside! Sure, it's not as convenient, but how much do you want your Starbucks? Cashiers and baristas are really friendly. My orders are always correct and tasty. And it's very conveniently located close to my work, so that I can stop by on a whim if I have time in the morning. And they do have employees out in the drive-thru area to take customers' orders before they get to the speaker, to speed up the process. The line's just long...but it's Starbucks. Right before 8am...what do you expect? It would be good if there weren't two major entrances though on opposite sides...oh well. But again...there's another option of getting your fix. read more

This one is super busy all the time. They are remodeling so things were in a bit of disarray. However, the coffee was good and the staff friendly even though they were busy. Be sure to have that frequent coffee freak card to get those stars to get some free drinks. read more

I'm super sick and can't drink coffee however Starbucks offers other drinks caffeine free. I found something on menu (caffeine free) and upon arrival they tell him it does contain caffeine but no worried they can make it caffeine free. There was so much sweet syrup it tasted like some dumped maple syrup and sugar into this drink. Gross. Mind you this isn't the first time they've messed up my drink. Please go to another one and don't waste your money. read more

Customer service is good most days but other days... They're always busy. So don't go there if you're in a rush. The pre-order is great. There was one time it wasn't ready and I had to wait. So one out of a dozen isn't that bad. read more

I decided to try them again mainly because I needed to go to Target. Service was much faster and staff more courteous and ladies were friendly. The barista still needs a smile. Come on dude, you serve people coffee and make them happy. You need to be happy too! :) I did get a thank you. My drink was done correctly and tasted great. read more

Great service. I drive pass 2 locations to get to this one. Super efficient team and very friendly. Everyone learns your name.

I come here daily and while they are friendly every third time my simple coffee order is wrong... The lines in the morning are always long as well. I understand it is probably due to the Starbucks on Rayford still not opening back up yet from the hurricane. I would say focus a little more so the orders are correct so as not to waste a cup of coffee having to remake it but everyone is usually nice and friendly. When in the drive through though they usually do not let you finish saying your entire order before they start talking and cutting you off. It would be nice if I could get my entire order said first before they started cutting me off. Needs improvement. read more

Once you get past the welcoming corporate sponsored chorus of "welcome to Starbucks!" It's ok. I always tell them to calm down. People seem nice, coffee is good, nobody messes with me. I am happy. read more

This Starbucks can be difficult to get to and the drive through can be hard to navigate. They seem to be out of a ton of food and the drinks are not always consistent. If you are looking for coffee in this area I would go to the Starbucks in The Indian Springs shopping center or stop in to Third generation. read more

There is a bit of a wait here, but they are always busy so it is to be expected. Today I went there for lunch and ordered a flatbread and a small coffee. Once I pulled up and started digging through my purse i realized that I didn't have my wallet. I tried calling the store to cancel my order before they started making it and I made it up to the window, but they had already started on it. The manager was the one that took my call and he just comped it! Wow, what a relief and some top notch customer service! This location has definitely earned my caffeine loyalty! Now all I have to worry about is where in the heck I left my wallet... read more

This is not the nicest Starbucks but they are always so busy that it is truly impressive how upbeat and nice the staff is. And yes the coffee is pretty good read more

This is my neighborhood Starbucks but I rarely visit this location because the entrance and exit are difficult to maneuver. However, I had a snafu with my gift card and the manager was super accommodating. Without question her goal was to make me happy. Every time I go thru the drive thru the staff is cheerful and my drink is always hot. I'll make an effort to frequent this location more thanks to the great customer experience. read more

This is the worst service I have experienced at a Starbucks. Waited on a Sunday afternoon in a four-person line for more than 20 minutes. Very disorganized team. Will definitely find another outlet for my caffeine fix. read more

Worst Starbucks. If it's not next to where I need to go weekly, I would never go. The wait is FOREVER either in store or at drive thru. 10 minutes wait is standard. Really?! Yes, really. This location has plenty of outdoor seatings. I don't sit outside because it is always gross and dirty. Save yourself some time. Randall's nearby has a Starbucks inside. It's a much happier place. read more

I have to review this location! Every time I've been here, they are super fast on the drive through, everyone is very courteous and drinks taste great. Thanks for being great to your costumers! read more

Worst starbucks ever! My triple latte tasted like water. No coffee taste at all. The one star is for nice staffs. If you want coffee go somewhere else! read more

Starbucks has really turned this one around. The drive through experience has been amazing lately and the people are super friendly.

I love this Starbucks! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place is clean and they have a great patio! Thanks for the great service! read more

Typical Starbucks. Place is clean, bathrooms are on the cleaner side of okay. Decent sized outside seating area.

How can you give Starbucks a bad review? Unfortunately, this Starbucks stinks. They do not know how to make their signature espresso drinks and sadly, they screw up every time. I come at different hours of the day and without fail, they either get the order wrong and make a terrible rendition of a Frappuccino. I've even called the Starbucks Customer Service hot line to complain about the lack of quality at this Starbucks. read more

This is the WORST Starbucks. They are always out of everything! No matter what time of day I go. I've tried to go here 3 times in the past two weeks, all at different times for a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich and they never have it!!!! read more

Are you a gambling yelper? If so, this sbux might be for you! The wait is crazy long, drive thru or in the store, weekday or weekend-doesn't seem to make a difference re: priority. My drink is up to standard 20% of the time. So, we've stopped going all together. I say, hit up Walgreens for a Red Bull or try Chick-fil-A (dos biscuits doe) across the street. read more

Accurate, friendly service in a very clean atmosphere. I like not having to wait for bathrooms because they're unisex. Staff are sometimes so friendly it comes across a little gushy, but I'd rather that than meanies. read more

Great location! Drive thru is a little slow but I will continue coming here because I HAVE TO HAVE MY COFFEE

I love a great cup of coffee or tea be it hot or cold and Starbucks helps to feed my my Caffeine need. The staff and management here are great and its always a fast in and out to get what I need. When I'm in the area, I'm usually stopping by this location. read more

This location is always packed, but they have friendly employees and fast service. Very clean location, but it's so busy I wouldn't suggest coming to this location to have a study session. Nonetheless, very convenient location. read more

Great location. It is always well staffed. The baristas are focused, fast, and friendly enough. This Starbucks is large with plenty of seating inside and out and more than enough tables. It's a great place to get a little work done. Plus, it's open crazy early. 5 a.m.! I come here super early to start my day with some writing. The staff has a good vibe and the background noise of shots being pulled abc milk frothing is actually pretty terrific white noise. It gets busy as the 8 o'clock hour approaches but they are always quick about having mobile orders ready so if you're in a hurry, just order on the app. read more

Pretty standard Starbucks. Seems to be a pretty high volume location, especially in the morning, long lines at that point, not to bad in the afternoon. Giving it a four star because the coffee at this location is always brewed nice and strong the way I like it. read more

Worst Starbucks for service. I quit coming for awhile but decide to try one more time - a mistake.

Very clean, well-run Starbucks. I don't know what all these negative reviews are about. I had a great experience here.

Wife and i came here literally everyday for the 1,005 days that we lived in the spring woodlands Houston area. Everyone was always so good to liz and I. We really love you guys and will miss you now that we're leaving the Houston area. When we come back to Houston on trips, we'll stop by and see you . Great service, fast lines, good people, great friends read more

I was on a mission to the best starbucks in my area. This place was a bit crowded and lacked adequate seating. im sure if it had not been as busy the experience would have been nicer. The staff was pleasant as always. read more

Oh how I wish this wasn't the only Starbucks around. They're outrageously slow, always have between 4-6 people bustling behind the counter and only 1 or two working. If you're on a time limit this is not the place for you. Forget trying to get lunch here! Some days you can wait 45 minutes for a drink! Not cool ! read more

The best Starbucks I've been to. The baristas are all very nice, friendly and helpful! Also they are patient when you are paying! We normally wait to go to this Starbucks even if we are near a different one! Just doesn't get any better! From a permanent customer!!! read more

Coffee, as usual, was good. This was the first time at this Starbucks. I had to ask to have the table cleaned, it was sticky. Bathroom could of been a little neater. Seems the cleaning chores don't get done as often as they should. read more

Good service, friendly baristas...this is a great place to meet up for groups, individuals. Lots of Road Warriors working.

I want to love you, Sawdust Starbucks, but something inevitably always tastes "off" with my drink orders. Consistency creating $5-$6 coffee drinks is a major problem at this location. I still frequent this Starbucks due to convenience, but I will only order iced coffee (which is wildly inconsistent in flavor and potency). I wish I could quit you, Sawdust Starbucks! read more

They always give me my drinks on time. I go through the drive thru often for I live down the street and i get coffee all the time. Of course I should probably slow my roll a bit because it gets expensive when my coffee is about 5-6$ a cup. read more

Well, i dont know what i did to them, the bartistars... they treated me not like a customer. First, they were like "what do you want?" Not even say hi or great me... i had waited there for like 5 minutes. It wasn't long, but with no customers, no line, and i was the only right there... no one greeted me... well, i do pay... oh come on people!!! This is not my first time being treated like that. So many times, but this is time is unacceptable... drink is horrible, doesnt taste like java chip at all... and i got a "super welcome" from these bartistars.... so disappointed at this place since it reopened... read more

Super bummed today at 12:14 I went through the drive thru like I always do daily and asked if I could please have my two items rung up separately so I could earn my stars since I'm a gold star member and the guy told me no. I just realized this week that every time you go through unless you ask for it you only earn one star no matter how many items you purchase. When in reality you can get a star for each item. This was shared with me by another Starbucks employee I know at school. As I stated I am a daily customer so this upset me because the man was not even kind about it. He just said no it will ruin all the drive through orders behind me. Even though he admitted that I was correct in being able to do so. Big drag. read more
