Ive never requested a remake until I discovered the Pistachio Latte, which I love if it's made properly. Why can't I get a consistent Pistachio Latte? Sometimes it's amazing and sometimes it's terrible. I had to have one remade last week and it was great after it was redone. My wife just brought me one back to the house, terrible again. Big ole cup of pikes to knock the sleepy out at 6am. This Starbucks is the best in North Houston and my #1 overall in USA. So many nice people work here. Coffee is always good. A couple of the staff really are outstanding. The store is big with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options. It really comes down to the team at S bucks. This crew is pleasant and service oriented. Only reason it is not five stars is lately some of the new folks don't even look up when picking up mobile order. Get this review back to 5 stars! So many Starbucks have tortured artists, unhappy hipsters and PhDs that don't like what they studied and don't like people and really make it a drag to get the caffeine I need to crank it up at 6am. I don't frequent Starbucks Coffee enough to really be a vital source of review and insight. My once in a blue moon trip tends to have incentive. In this case I visited this location early on the 4th of July. They were giving free tall coffees for the national holiday. As a fan of free, I of course scooped up this opportunity, especially with it being coffee. Along with my free coffee I also got their fruit cup, which was fresh and delicious; perfect compliment to my bitter drink (not a huge fan of their coffee sadly, but nothing beats free). My go to Starbucks when I'm in the area for a meeting. I really like this one because they have awesome outdoor seating areas. They have one patio area facing Grogan Mills Rd, with great shade and the other is to the right, right when you walk to the entrance. The employees have been friendly each time I've come with great recs. The bathroom has been generally clean and it seems pretty spacious inside. Plenty of room if you need to study, or meet up with someone/people. read more

I ordered a drink online through the app, and chose this store because it was still open. I drove to the store and arrived at 10:33 which was the estimated pick up time. When I arrived, I discovered that the store was closed. Not only was it closed, but I couldn't even get a refund. They told me that I could come back another day to receive my order. Why would I drive an hour away from home and pass 10+ other Starbucks to come back and pick up the order I paid for and ordered on your app? They said that this has been a problem, and that the store hours in the app are incorrect. So you know about this issue and just wasted my time driving to this store? And you can't even refund my Starbucks card? How is this acceptable? It's not. Come on Starbucks, you can do better. Fix your hours within your own app. read more

How does one really "rate" a Starbuck's? On my most recent visit, a friend and I headed over to this Starbuck's location on a Sunday afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised to find my favorite corner unoccupied. There were four people playing chess, three people on-line enjoying the wi-fi hot spot and a few people outside. As usual, my nonfat Iced Chai was perfect as was my friends Mocha Frappaccino. No surprises there. This particular Starbuck's has been around for awhile and the wear is showing. It gives it character. It feels like an old friend. One negative aspect of this location: the drive thru wait can be exceedingly tiresome. Long lines and long waits are common during morning hours. I would pass on by, or go inside, if there are more than two cars in line. Afternoons and evenings are not as bad. My favorite concoction is a Green Tea Frappaccino, double-blended, no whip, venti. I order several throughout the year. Somehow, these guys have never double-blended my fave drink, although I request it each time. I do not like the big chunks of ice clogging up my straw. Yet, I continue to return because........I'm not really that particular about my Frappaccinos. read more

Hands down, the worst Starbucks. Service seems to range from bad to obnoxious. The management here must treat the people like crap, because they seem indifferent to good service or product. They are also incredibly slow. Drive-thru or walk-in both are terrible. I've had one great experience here at night at the drive-through. That's 1:10. I've now stopped going. I LOVE this Starbucks! Everything about it is perfect. It's on the larger side, the bathrooms have more than one stall and did I mention how clean they are? Everyone there is super nice. The service is awesome. I went there to get some peace and quiet and get some work done. I only planned to stay an hour. 3 hours later I tried a couple of the new fall coffees, got a lot of work done and have to admit this Starbucks made being in the Woodlands no so bad. They also have a large outside patio and a drive thru but I much rather go in. They made the experience just that good. read more

The worst Starbucks location in The Woodlands. Hate spending $ there because the drinks never turn out right and are always disgusting. This location is always out of things too. I even made the further drive across to the oak ridge side Starbucks just to get a good tasting coffee. Have loved Starbucks since I was a preteen but this has me seeking out better options in the area, such as locally owned coffee shops. Why pay $5-7 for a drink that tastes like crap when you could support a small business. The workers are nice though. read more

I'm not normally a person to give bad reviews, hell any reviews at all, but this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. This is not the service that Howard Schultz devoted his life to. First off the barista that took my order was very impatient when I was deciding what I wanted. She proceeded to ask for the next customer in line after 5 seconds had passed of me deciding what to get. The wait wasn't too bad but overall the customer satisfaction is unsatisfactory. Even when I was served my coffee I didn't receive a single sign of acknowledgement. Any other coffee shop I would have shrugged it off but as said by Howard Behar, former president of Starbucks, "We're not in the coffee business serving people. We're in the people business serving coffee." I expect much more from a business that spends millions a year to train employees on customer service. The coffee was alright but I would recommend driving 2 minutes down the road to Randalls in the Grogan's Mill shopping center if you care the slightest bit about being treated like a human. read more

There were no other customers in the shop, and there were four employees. All were moving very s-l-o-w. The kicker: the worst coffee I've had. The espresso was totally burned. This location has the worst parking lot and drive through area of any business I have ever gone to. Starbucks is located next to a strip center by a Shipley's Donuts. This makes the breakfast hours EXTRA busy. Along with the parking lot not being wide enough to allow two-way traffic, the drive-through prevents anyone coming to pick up coffee to leave happy. People pull in from both sides of the lot and throw common sense in the trash with yesterday's Starbucks cup: You will see people parked in the middle of traffic to be a part of the drive-through line; which is then held up by the same cars arguing over who gets to go first. The rest of us going inside to order are just as bad! Tension running high and no one has any patience ---come on, this is before our morning coffee --- So cars are hitting the gas and swerving around the line from both directions! I have seen, and almost been a part of, some very close calls. Once you get inside the staff is friendly enough, but the renovations recently done on the lobby have done nothing to improve the line to order or the area to wait for your drink --- and you will be waiting. For a while. This is the slowest Starbucks in the universe. The. Universe. Worth your time to drive over to the New Trails location and order there. read more

Asked for soy. Did not get soy. Got milk instead. How do I know? I spent the rest of the day vomiting and dizzy and didn't have anything else that day. I went back to give them a second chance, and asked for soy. "Sorry, we're out of soy." I asked if there was anything else they could put in it, and they said no. They had no recommendations on what I should get instead and didn't really care. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal, but they could have handled it so much better than that. At least this time, they didn't just put regular milk in instead of soy. read more

This location is convenient but very busy so don't fault them if you're in a rush. They are working as fast as they can to get all the drive thru orders and the walk in orders. They could definitely use a bigger parking lot but there is no available space for them so what you see is what you get. The drive thru option is convenient but when it's busy it can back up into the parking lot. If you are in a real hurry then I suggest using preorder in the Starbucks app. The service I've received has always been great. read more

This location recently had a remodel which looks fantastic provides extra seating inside and out a cleaner appearance and more grab and go options grab and go. However the speed of the staff is still the same it takes entirely too long for some of the staff to take orders and for the product to come out. I rarely stop anymore. read more

Once I received my coffee I went back to the register to ask for my receipt (that I forgot to ask for) they found my name and tried to print my receipt but the machine would not print. The lady that was trying to get me my receipt then turned around to ask another associate "maybe a manager I'm not sure) for help , and the lady basically just told her she didn't know what was wrong. Fhere was a line adding up behind me and instead of making sure I received my receipt they just brushed me off and asked me to go online to my bank and print where it was taken out of my account. I really couldn't believe they were giving me this option never have I ever been treated like that from any Starbucks I my was greeted by great customer service and received excellent care in the beginning it just went all down hill from there after I asked for my receipt.
