I asked the barista some questions and noticed that he was meticulously measuring coffee grounds by weight and tamping with precision. He was very helpful and willing to discuss the possibilities to help me land on my drink of choice. He proceeded to make me the best "dirty chai" I have maybe ever had. The chai is sourced from a small business in Bend. It was a perfectly spiced blend. The espresso was smooth and flavorful. It was so delicious I went back for another the next day.
