bacon sausage wrap $6.45
Jeff H.

This is a good Starbucks location. No shady characters lurking around. The drinks do take a while for it to come out. I found it weird they served my iced coffee $5.25 in a paper cup as supposed to the regular clear plastic cup. In addition, I ordered a grande for the regular coffee but got a venti $3.75. The bacon sausage wrap $6.45 was OK.

Service 5/5 If I could give over 5 stars, I would! The staff here are absolutely amazing and so accommodating. I've been coming here for months.. a silent fly on the wall, getting my drink and working for hours on the weekends. Everytime drinks are great, refills are fab, and the staff is so nice. I'm writing the review for a situation that happened though. There was this lady who comes in every Sunday to do (recently as of July 2024), and she is weird. One Sunday, she was recording everyone in the store - and it was weird. Like I was sitting behind her and her phone camera Would literally be turned backwards recording. Happened over the span of an hour. She also (what it looked like) was recording others walking by or the cashiers. I walked up to the cashier and Ivan was sooo kind and accommodating to escalate this. It was escalated to management and the workers have continued to be very attentive to the comfort of the other guests here. The second time i encountered this woman , I was sitting at the table she likes to sit at and I swear she was trying to get us to move. She sat next to our table and would pull down her mask and cough every 30 seconds to 1 minute.... She would pull down her mask, then towards us, and cough.... So we moved tables, the staff asked us if we wanted to call security but I was gonna move and let it pass for now.... Well, I worked there for 4 more hours and didn't hear her cough ONCE. ‍ I digress... this coffee shop is great, there's a ton of space to work, plenty of outlets/plugs, parking is plentiful, there are about 13 tables including 2 really long ones in the back for larger groups, and a few couches. Staff is fantastic (you can tell they truly enjoy working together!), and honestly drinks are a good price compared to other coffee shops I go to :) highly recommend!

This bux is located in the middle of some office park. I came here to meet up with a group of people. I have to say this is also one of the few bux that allow inside seating since Serramonte got rid of their seating area. Seating is spacious and cafe is clean. There's even a neat little conference room in the back. Staff is nice. Service attentive. Coffee is good. Not watered down. The only weird thing was the lights turned off a few times while we were there. I think lights were set up for motion. If there's no one near the counter it shuts off. One of us had to walk out to the counter for the lights to turn back on. Staff let us sit there as long as we wanted. This is the best bux ever!

Favorite starbucks branch by SSF. I've been studying here & it's sooo nice & clean. It's located in such a nice and quiet area. There's always good parking & it's near a couple of food places. The service is always sooo fast and it's not as overly stimulating as other busy starbucks branches.

Coffee w/just a little bit of milk

Tired personnel, so tired that they couldn't say anything other than 'whatcanIgetyou?' Coffee with 'just a little bit of milk' looks like a latte. Starbucks: coffee is what you do! So disappointing. No line in the afternoon, clean

Pretty obscure Starbucks next to Biotech companies and they can not get their stuff together. A lot of ice in the pink drink, cashiers who have no idea how to complete an order, and not very timely to get my drink. Also, way too much ice....

I really think it's unfair that this Starbucks is still bogged down by reviews that are irrelevant to how the store currently is. Yelp, if you're reading, is it possible to remove or have past reviews be weighed less for not reflecting what the business is now? Most of the negative reviews initially stemmed from no Wi-Fi, and while they probably didn't have Wi-Fi then, they do have it now! Everyone is here studying day in and day out, like me, and using the Wi-Fi! Anyways, my review still stands strongly at 5 stars! This Starbucks branch really does everything they can to ensure that everyone walks out of the store with a smile. Despite me being here for months and just buying a simple single drink, the baristas are always cheerful and sweet to me every single day. When I heard about the Starbucks shortage back in September, I was bummed that a lot of ingredients were missing (but it also allowed me to appreciate simple plain teas. I had been looking forward to drinking peach green tea, but was told that peach juice made it on the shortage list and was unfortunately out (most likely attributed to COVID). Times are tough. Anyways, fast forward to three months later, the peach juice has made a return! I didn't realize it and ordered my usual green tea, but upon pick up, the barista asked me if I wanted a peach green tea! I agreed and was getting ready to reorder the drink, but the barista told me not to worry and remade me a second drink, a peach green tea... free! If Disneyland is the happiest place on earth, then the Starbucks at Oyster Point is the sweetest branch of Starbucks I've been to! I truly believe this Starbucks doesn't deserve to have the rating that it has, so I hope that more people will give it love! I see HUNDREDS of people coming in daily, but I hope that when people search for a Starbucks in the SSF area that they consider to order their drinks here!

Nice building

Great service! Very clean, large inside, staff was very helpful. Coffee was wonderful. Would go back for sure.

Espresso frap (@brbinges)

When walking in, it had the addictive starbucks aroma and the interior here is beautiful! I got the espresso frap and made the way it is supposed to be; but the girl working the counter had an unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. Made me just want to take my drink and leave.

There's some outdoor seating too, which makes it even nicer on a good weather day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and you can tell they genuinely care about the experience. I had been wanting to try their Lavender Latte after seeing it on Instagram, and it did not disappoint. The presentation alone is beautiful, with 2 little sprigs of lavender on top, so you can smell the lavender as you sip. It wasn't overly sweet either, which I really appreciated. We also got a black coffee and a Kouign amann. This place doubles as a little gift shop, which is honestly dangerous in the best way for me! Cute earrings, mugs, postcards, totes, and lots of fun trinkets. Such a great neighborhood gem. Would definitely come back!

Breakfast burritos...yum. Yum yum! Popped in here for the first time to try their breakfast…read moreburritos and they are hearty and packed. I've been exploring all the breakfast burritos in SanFran but this place is now also at the top of my list! I ordered a breakfast burrito with sausage and was happy with all the fillings - chunky potatoes, good amount of egg, onions, tomato, and chunky pieces of sausage in a spinach tortilla. (Instead of protein, my friend added avocado instead. And you can choose different types of tortillas - flour, whole wheat, spinach, and others) Just overall good and very filling. Not huge but not small either. The only thing I missed was salsa to put on it. Tapatio packets were given instead. (To be fair, these are Latin American-inspired breakfast burritos not "Mexican" burritos with salsa on the side.) Great breakfast burrito! Looks like there are other dishes to try. Lots of people were also there on Sat morning and enjoying their breakfast. Plenty of tables. We'll be back!

In SSF where options are limited, this is a great stop. This coffee shop has plenty of food options and great coffee options, including soy milk. There are some seats near the window to do work or people watch with plenty of tables inside for a large party. I appreciated that this place was very clean, including the bathrooms. The service is great. Can't wait to come back and try some of their breakfast options. They have a HH, but I didn't see the menu.

Cute spot, worth a visit!…read more This is a nice local spot! Parking is extremely difficult. I went during the early morning, and could not find any parking spaces without a long walk. The service was average, nothing that stood out but 1 friendly cashier. The menu was stacked with breakfast options, deserts, and boba. I tried their eggs, pancakes, deserts being their Strawberry & Pineapple turn over along with their iced latte. The food felt reheated, and lacked a sense of freshness, pancakes were dry and I had to drown them in syrup to make due. Their standout for me was their iced latte, it's different than the basic American coffee and I really enjoyed it and thought about it throughout my day. The restaurant is a clean small space! Easy to order and nothing that stands out about appearance. They had Christmas music playing and door open for fresh air, it was definitely a vibe. If you cannot make it home from the holidays or miss home this is a very nice restaurant to be at; it reminded me of waking up to my Mother's cooking on a gloomy morning. All in I would return to try more options from their menu!
