The entire dining room was closed so we had to use the drive through. There were three cars in front of us. We sat and waited for our drinks for 25 minutes with no way to leave the drive through bc you're blocked in by a curb. When we did get our two drinks both were made incorrectly. We will never be back to this location. Go to a gas station over this place. read more

It took 25 minutes to get a drink and some egg bites. What the heck?!? Used the mobile app and nowhere did it state that only the drive through was open. Get in line, 4 cars deep, not too bad. Right? Wrong!!! They're so incredibly slow that 4 cars stretched to 25 minutes! Completely unacceptable. This place is a hot mess, so yourself a favor and just make your stuff at home. read more

The lobby is closed! We were traveling and needed a restroom. So that sucked. Then when we used the drive thru the coffee was so old it was cold. Not even lukewarm. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! It's Starbucks, what more can I say. They're all pretty much the same and fairly unremarkable. I usually go for local places, but my daughter had a friend over and, collectively, they coerced me into taking them for something called a pink drink by using the most powerful force in the world - teenager energetic annoyance. You have to say yes or your brain will start to flow out your ears. So I got my usual, or the closest approximation of it, They called it an Americano (eye roll) but I call it coffee. The restaurant was fairly calm and the seating was comfortable - I was able to escape the teenage energy vibe and just snuggle into my drink. It was hot and the service was good (although they mispronounced my name when they called it out). I let the girls have cake pops and I bonded with a scone (their last one in the display). I give Starbucks high marks for consistency and also for the general comfort of their stores. Where they lose me is with the pretentious naming of drinks (including their sizes), and I think their prices are insane. read more

Store is either not open, understaffed, or you cannot order half the menu. One of the worst Starbucks locations I have ever been to!

I debated on if I was going to write a yelp review, but this mornings experience was so out of character for this establishment and made my already difficult morning worse. To preface this I had already had a very frustrating morning and was busy handling other things while on my way to grab coffee at this particular establishment. I had forgotten to put in my order until I was at the red light at the corner. I put in my mobile order through the app and realized how frustrating it might be for me to arrive as soon as I put my order in so I drove slowly around the building to allow a few mins for the staff to recieve it. I was already late for class but I knew I wouldnt be able to eat until 1-2 and this was my only chance to grab food due to my class schedule. Anyways long story short, I arrive at the window and the cashier immediately has an attitude. She hands me 1/2 of my order and slams the window. She then comes back and hands me my EXTRA HOT beverage with no sleeve and proceeds to lecture me on how next time I come through I need to give them more time to process the order. Again im not bothered by the attitude, Ive raised 2 teen girls. However the second window slam and the no sleeve was too much. I had to wave her down and ask for a sleeve for my very hot cup. I kindly asked her name and stated that Im sorry she was having a bad day but she doesnt know what everyone is going through and shouldnt be so hateful to those in line. She then throws the manager under the bus for her actions. She stated that her manager made her do it. Now Im not one to complain but this was probaly the last straw for me for this starbucks. Ive had my latte dumped on me before & every time i order my normal latte the barista assumes its iced not hot. Yes, I have triple checked the order and yes everytime it says hot. I have always recieved stellar service though so i just over look the little inconveniences. However being treated like trash and lectured for being to quick of a customer was probably it for me. It just left a bitter taste in my mouth . i just hope that Sarah and her manager have a conversation on how to handle frustration at work instead of blowing up on your customers. read more

Ummm does it take 19 minutes and COUNTING to make one single shaken espresso???? The people who work here and the people who SHOP here are clowns. Mind u, I WAS grabbing this coffee for my Saturday evening drive, looks like it will be ready and I'll be enjoying it in time for church tomorrow , 11am service. read more

This location is new but so very slow. There is currently one person working the espresso machine to crank out hot drinks... They really could use another person to help share the load and work the other machine. Otherwise, the rest of this location seems to run effectively. The drive-thru moves fairly quickly, but for those of us inside, we're having to wait a long time. read more

Terrible! Extremely slooooowwwww service. Inside ordering and drive thru. Slowwssww. Then they messed up my order.

I asked for an extra hot americano. The cashier said "Ok" and took my money. I was given a luke warm cup of coffee. So I asked the barista if she could warm up the coffee in the microwave. She said no, the microwave was not for customer use. I was told I could warm it up at a nearby gas station. Really terrible customer service from some very sweet people. The coffee was ok but not worth the trouble. read more

A couple weeks ago, a total 5 star rating. Lady made me a caramel ribbon crunch frappacino. First time ever had one. It was sweet and crunchy and had me thinking of it every day until I had a chance to get back and buy another. An hour ago, passing by stopped for another. Asked for extra crunch. I saw the young girl sprinkle something into the the glass but twhatever it was, it was only a small amount because the container was about empty to begin with. When she was finished making it, I questioned her because I asked for and paid for extra crunch. She said yes there is extra . She put some in the bottom and the top. I notice the color of the drink was Much lighter in color too but said nothing. We left. Started drinking my drink on the way home. Definitely wasn't very sweet. Tasted like a light caramel coated ice. I got about 6 tiny bits of crunch in the whole drink. Not sure I can ever go back there. The girl was just too lazy to fill up the crunch container. Smdh. They can't ever get the order right. Carmel ribbon crunch extra Carmel crunch. And somehow, I got charged for 3 extra Carmel drizzle. Then when I went back in to get it remade the lady at the front seems upset she had to remake it so all she did was tell me to take my lid off, and just started putting the crunch stuff. I'm not sure if I just got luck with the current shift they had, or what. Definitely could use better employees with better attitudes. read more

This location is so hit or miss. It completely depends on who's working. I've had great drinks/service and then drinks that I took a sip of and literally threw right in the trash. They're consistently slow. I was so excited to not have to drive to Huntsville to get Starbucks but this really isn't worth it at all. read more

Well, yet again, I went this morning and specifically asked that they make sure they put all 3 shots if espresso and all 6 pumps of toasted white mocha syrup that comes in my Venti iced toasted white mocha.....it tastes like burnt coffee and milk, u can not taste the syrup at all......$14 plus $1 tip down the drain. Theyvare so worried about speed that the drinks are starting to suck. read more

This buisness is good but it takes quite a long time to get what you ordered. And they're always busy.

If you can avoid it, I'd recommend going to any other Starbucks but this one. Every now and then when I'm passing through town I'll go here and every time it's awful (yes, that's my own fault for going but for some reason I always have hope lol) my drink wasn't made correctly so I asked if they could remake it. None of the girls acknowledged me when I was standing at the counter. When someone finally turned around, she asked someone else to remake my drink and a girl with blue hair made an inappropriate gesture either to me or the other girl - not sure. They probably won't do anything with this review but if it can save someone else some frustration that's all I care about :) I guess the employees would also be happy if no one showed up lol read more

Terrible customer service. My husband and I ordered two black coffees and after waiting 30 minutes we asked the cashier to check on our order. She turned and walked away with no response and came back to tell us they didn't have any black coffee brewed. Instead of brewing black coffee, she said she's going to make us an americano (which is not what we ordered and didn't even ask if that was acceptable). We asked if we could have black coffee, and she said they were too busy to brew any at that time so the best thing they could give us is two americanos. read more
