One thing I love about Starbucks is they're all the same all the time Not the best but very consistent

Ms. Dianne unfortunately was very rude and was not allowing me to receive a pup cup, not only was my experience ruined here by Dianne but so was my dogs.:( read more

The speed of this Starbucks location was quick! I love the variety of seating options- low tables, a long community high top table, and high top tables for two with one person able to sit in a comfy booth! Can you guess where I sat? Haha. Thanks for giving me a comfy spot to sit and work, starbucks! read more

Starbucks - Getting work done :) - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Schaumburg, Illinois

I typically don't go to this location, but every time I do, I always have to have them remake my drink. It's always really watered down and barley has any ice. The coffee also doesn't taste that great. It doesn't matter which coffee I get, they just never taste right. I've never really had a complaint about the customer service, everyone working there is really nice and always are willing to remake my order. But even after they remake it, it still doesn't taste good. The overall quality of the food and drinks here just aren't it, I would definitely recommend going to a different location. The interior of this location is also not that great. It's really cold and the floors are pretty dirty. They don't have a wide variety of products, and it's pretty dark and gloomy. Money straight into the garbage! read more

The staff here are absolutely wonderful - go out of their way to be kind and courteous. The lovely woman at the front even dropped off my food and came back to check on me?? Haven't been to a Starbucks like this in years - thank you guys!! read more

Ordered through the app and it was very easy to navigate. The ready time was accurate, my drink was ready once I arrived to pick it up. The chocolate cream cold brew is my favorite of all their cold brews, it's creamy, sweet and delicious! I recommend signing up for their regards program even if you don't go to Starbucks often. It's convenient to order through and they also have freebies throughout the year. read more

I've been to this Starbucks location a lot during covid. Having the ability to go and get a coffee in the drive through has really been a little piece of sanity for me. I always use the Starbucks app to place a mobile order and they never get my order wrong. The baristas are always so friendly and helpful. I just can't say anything bad about this location. read more

Love the drive thru. So convenient. I always order their egg white roasted red pepper bites. They are healthy and satisfying. Love their cinnamon coffee cake too. Yum.! Their customer service is great too. read more

This location seems to have improved immensely over the past year. Frappucchinos have been good, iced coffee has been good, employees have been friendly and helpful. During frappucchino happy hour they somehow managed to keep their sanity and still provide great customer service. Not sure what changes were made (or maybe I just had prior bad luck), but I hope it sticks! read more

This review is only based off the fact that they are done serving fall drinks and it's only 10/20! The fall items are marked as "done for the season". So disappointed. I asked the cashier if this was all Starbucks and she said she didn't know. I then checked online and it looks like you can still order the fall drinks at other locations. read more

Very slow service!!! Am I supposed to pay $8 for a late after 25 min stuck in line at drive thru?!? This is outrageous!

Nicely appointed newer (May 2015) suburban Starbucks with an awesome "Clover" coffee machine! My three experiences here (so far) have been very positive, each time staying for a few hours to work in the early morning (soon after opening). Nice and calm at that time, with plenty of seating options including tall bar-height leather-like high-backed bench seating with round bar tables. Great layout for a suburban Starbucks. Hooked on the various "Reserve" coffees made with the "Clover" machine (see video). Those "small batch roasted" coffees come without the bitterness of the standard Starbucks brews. Employees have been friendly and helpful. Bathroom clean and fresh. Zero complaints - wish this was my neighborhood store back home! read more

We went in and got two coffees, one iced and hot, and a sandwich. We were waiting for our hot, plain black coffee for about 6 minutes when the very rude barista behind the counter asked why we were still there. The manager then had to make our simple coffee. The same barista also snapped at me for grabbing my own straw. Really weird. 0/10 would not recommend read more

Everyone that works at this Starbucks are Sooo Friendly.. they know what it means to have customer Service. I was just there this Morning and I was soo pleased with Matt (Barista) and his Wonderful Customer service .. it honestly lightens up your mood. read more

I love the fact that this Starbucks location has a drive-thru -which it super convenient for me before I start my daily "momlife" routine..Especially having a toddler who almost is my shadow it is just perfect on the days where I don't feel like hauling him out of the car to get my coffee. Every single day I am at this location to pick up my favorite lattes. It is next to Which which sandwich place. They also have an outdoor sitting . Drive Thru usually gets pretty busy but never I have waited longer than any usual wait time. Not only that this location is so convenient, the baristas are super nice and friendly! Not just the morning crew but as I as mentioned , I'm here almost everyday - on days when I'm needing a pick me up during the afternoon or even on early evenings to pick me some up cold drinks. Overall I am very thrilled that I have a Starbucks that has Drive Thru close to me and happy that everyone at this location is so accommodating! Oh btw this Drive has a video monitor so while placing your order you can actually see the baristas face while placing your order. Pretty neat eh? read more

Starbucks - This morning' drink : Blonde Espresso Smoked Butterscotch Latte - Yummy!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Schaumburg, Illinois

Disappointed in this location multiple times!! Just moved to Schaumburg and was excited that a Starbucks was on my route to work. I am a loyal brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso orderer. I've come to this location two times and each time my drink was not filled all the way it seems like something silly to complain about but when I'm paying 7+ dollars for a coffee I expect it to be filled all the way. The first time I just shrugged it off at the second time it was noticeably not filled all the way a good inch or two open of cup not filled... also the coffee had a slight taste of mold I will be going out of my way to a different Starbucks on my way to work from now on don't waste your time at this location. read more

Currently went in with my other half you could say . And the girl at the window was very nice you could say ... LOL .she proceeds to have a full blown conversation with my other half saying oh I like your car oh I like this and that and then sees me in the seat rolls her eyes and proceeds to ask for his number all while I'm in the passenger seat and he rejects her and she then continues to flirt nonstop for five minutes straight while we are trying to get our drinks ? . Will not be coming here anymore very work unethical? She needs to be gone . Not the first time she asks for his information. Very unprofessional and made me and him very uncomfortable and wierded out . read more

Went in and ordered a simple iced tea. Had to wait to order and even longer not to get it. You see at this Starbucks the drive thru has a timer and the people waiting in line get pushed back. Car after car leaving the drive thru but all the customers in the lobby have to wait. I was so disgusted by the long wait I left. Never ever am I coming back there!! I wanted to order a dark roast coffee, but the "barista" Maddie told me that they are out of dark roast beans. So I took a pike, what I really don't like that coffee taste. But later when I looked on the shelves there were packages of dark roast Sumatra. Is it that Maddie was actually not the barista and didn't want to or didn't know how make a pour over coffee???? read more

Since this Starbucks opened, it's been my favorite one to go to! The entire staff is extremely friendly, personable, and professional and the atmosphere's always been welcoming! I come here on average 4 days a week and it's not because it's on the way, but rather because of the staff and people! Everyone here from Alexis to Matt are just wonderful people! Not to mention, however they brew their nitro cold brew, it's the best I've had! Can't recommend this place enough! read more

I have been displeased with the service here repeatedly over the last year or so. I stop back from time to time to see if staff changes have been made, but I just can't be treated like my business in not valuable. I have taken my business to another nearby Starbucks which is a few miles out of my way. At some point I have to think that this staff is costing the location so much business that the general manager will look into it. (Maybe check these Yelp reviews?) In the meantime, Maya on 59 has been taking good care of me and a few of my friends that have all had similar problems at this particular location with this particular crew. Every other Starbucks in the area is good. This one needs serious restaffing. read more

honestly, I have been meaning to write this review for years. everyone at this location is top notch. from all the Starbucks locations around this is a bit out of the way from me but completely worth it. Michael is my absolutely my favorite. He remembers my order to the T. Daisy is the best as well always smiling and upbeat as well. Everyone here has never let me down and are super accommodating and on top of everything even with the rushes. It's a nice gem most locations are super busy but this is the perfect spot to study especially during this pandemic. they are clearly efficient and get orders out quick. again thank you Michael for the years of dedication and commitment! your service makes it all worth it to come out. you really make personalized connections. all the best! thank you everyone at 325 barrington Starbucks !! read more

Slowest Starbucks EVER every single time I try it takes literally 10-15 min for drive through to get coffee.

Since Starbucks has moved to this location (formerly north on Barrington near Kohls) I haven't gotten to frequent it much, as it's not on my way to work anymore. I have gotten to stop by a few times, and I like the new building. The drive thru is of course a bonus as well. I do have to say that I was surprised to see some old faces from the previous location that weren't very friendly working at this new location, but maybe I keep catching them on bad days. It just isn't professional to hear them complain about other customers at the drive thru while I'm at the window. Overall though, nice location. They can't seem to get the request for "very light cream" right in my boyfriend's iced coffees, but maybe one day. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks I have experienced ever!! They have comfy chair seating and a bench chair and lots of tables for bigger groups. The bar stool cushioned booth makes the layout and ambiance of this Starbucks feel more homey and inviting. The barista generously helped explain the difference between the tea and the tea infusions so that we were able to try a sugar free alternative to our tea time. There is lots of seating available on a Monday night around 7:30 and yet it doesn't feel totally empty! It's a great spot near a lot of restaurants to pop in for some after dinner coffee or tea. The barista was so friendly and helpful. He offered us free mint whoopie pies on his break and gave us a lot of guidance on our order to ensure us we would love it! I think this an amazing Starbucks experience and I love the friendliness and music. I highly recommend coming to this location. read more

Laura took my order through the drive threw and was very rude . She sounded annoyed and didn't want to take my order. If you don't like working at Starbucks and taking people's orders then don't work there it's that simple . She was so rude and made it seem like I was an inconvenience for coming there for a drink . I'm brining your store money and if its going to have shitty customer service then I don't need to deal with that. I really don't know who she thinks she is . read more
