My visit this morning was excellent with friendly service as always. I ordered a ribbon crunch Frappé with extra caramel it was beautifully made and it hit the spot! There were no napkins in the store so I hope they change that, maybe they are waiting on a shipment. read more

Very disappointing experience. We ordered a decaf coffee and a matcha drink, but neither of them tasted right. Both drinks were mostly ice, watery, and filled with cream, with almost no actual coffee or matcha flavor. The decaf barely tasted like coffee at all, and the matcha had just a faint green color with no real taste. It honestly felt like we were drinking flavored water with ice and cream. For the price, this is not acceptable. I hope the staff pays more attention to drink quality and proper preparation. read more

This Starbucks is located inside of Target beside the Savannah Mall. Definitely a smaller store than the typical but service is always quick although they do get very busy! Mobile order is available but it is turned off during their busier hours which makes sense when they have 20 physical people standing in line. I do find that they run out of the pastries fairly early but that's understandable as the store is half the size. Always good customer service and always clean. Plus it's inside of Target and you get the great mix of popcorn and coffee. What's better than that! read more

Going for a Target run (again). What do I need or should I say want? But first, coffee! Located inside the Target on Abercorn, it is quite convenient to grab a nice cup of Joe while perusing the aisles at Target. However, during these strange times and the difficulty of enjoying a beverage while wearing a mask, I decided to grab a drink for the drive home. - Parking - Center lot. - Refreshments - They are usually stocked with the usual Starbucks products. I got the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. This is my go-to drink ever since it was released as a seasonal flavor last year, but it must have been popular because it is now a permanent item on the menu. Coffee, chocolate and cookie. Yes, please! - Vibe - It's a small counter located right after the Target cash registers and exit of the store. There is seating by the window. When it's busy, the lines form out of the kiosque space and onto the Target space. - Service - Two poor souls working on Saturday were trying to service a line that wrapped around to the Target snack bar. The staff is always nice and courteous here, but regardless of traffic, they work at one speed. This is not to say they are slow, they just don't seem to add any more oomph to their step when there is a longer line if you know what I mean? - Kiddos - Plenty of options, as with any Starbucks. Treats and Horizon Organic milk boxes or if they want to be extra fancy, lots of non caffeinated drinks to choose from, made to order. Overall, the location is great, the drinks and eats are made consistent to the Starbucks brand, the service is nice and courteous, but depending on what time you go and how busy they are, it seems that they have a hard time recuperating from the last rush. I don't think the baristas have time to do quick wipe downs of counters. I think a third barista might be helpful! *Tip* Did you know that they have cup holder attachments for the cart?! i wouldnt recommend letting ivy make your drinks. I asked for my cold brew to be made with almond milk.. and thats all i got was almond milk. we asked her to remake it because of the amount of milk that was in it and she remade it with even more. wasted my money for a coffee for milk to end up in the parking lot. not to mention her whispering about us to her coworkers. not our fault you signed up for a job your not good at. read more

I don't think the lady had any issues. It wasn't busy at all. It did need cleaning No one for that not to be done that's pretty lame especially being workers were on break and saw the trash on the tables just like everyone else.... at least push the chairs back under the tables as people should do anyway but such is life... anyway my lady totally enjoyed her drink and the little one enjoyed her cake pop... This is for the Starbucks inside of the Target. I've been here a handful of times and customer service here is always sweet. They have never been out of anything, nor was my wait ever terribly long. During my last visit they had the sweetest lady at the counter! She was so kind and offered a suggestion when I asked for it. The Horchata frappucino comes with almond milk so she was extra mindful to ask patrons if they want whipped cream, since that's dairy and the almond milk is non dairy. A superb barista. read more

First time coming here. I'm here for an event, and I figured I'd run up to Starbucks to grab a cup of coffee, it'll just take a few minutes. Boy was I wrong. The line was long, mostly because the two people working behind the counter had very little idea of what they were doing. I watched as they messed up order after order. They made a lady a frappachino when she ordered an iced coffee. They made a Gouda and egg sandwich for someone who ordered cheddar and egg and it went on and on. I've been standing here for 20 minutes and still have no received my coffee. Not a good experience. They need more staff, trained staff, on the weekends it seems like. read more

Coming into Starbucks I was just looking for a little refresher and a snack. I ordered a slice of lemon cake and pumpkin bread. My barista proceeded to get the plastic bags they were in and open them right in front of me. Its not a problem that the food does come in plastic bags, but in my opinion, your customers should NOT have to see it. I understand that the work space isn't that big but you can at least turn your back while you are opening it. Id rather go to Kroger and buy it 50% cheaper knowing that's all I'm getting. I love Starbucks but I want to feel like im paying for more than a plastic bag of food. read more

i am very upset with the way the barista treated me. it was a young lady with blonde hair. i was waiting in line (it wasn't long, nor was i in a rush) and i was bouncing my credit card on the counter. just a fidget. well the young lady working turned around and said "you can stop tapping". wow, okay. i was honestly so surprised she said that to me. she doesn't know that i am on medication for severe anxiety and fidget a lot. i was not tapping quickly in a rude manor, and my face or body language didn't show that i was angry about waiting. she was very rude to me and i have never had an employee tell me to stop what i'm doing like that. if she can't handle small noises like that she doesn't need to be working in an environment like starbucks, and she surely needs to be taught how to interact with customers when she is being paid to be there and represent a brand. i'm still dumbfounded that she said that to me. read more
