A++ this place goes above and beyond! There's not a ton of options for pregnant women but there's a few! I ordered a passion fruit tea lemonade and the front gal accidentally rung it up as a pineapple passion fruit lemonade. They gal who called out my order was super sweet!! When we explained the mixup and our original order she let me know that they were unfortunately out of passion fruit tea and when i told her I needed a caffeine free option she gave me several options. She even offered to make hot caffeine free tea and ice it ! It was a lot of extra work and I really appreciated it!! I didn't get her name but she had shorter hair and a great smile! The worst service in history..... I just asked for a cup of fresh coffee and the wait was 30 plus minutes.... Nice and neat with great customer service. We all know by now that I am a sucker for great customer service. The white guy with the ginger beard is super sweet. You can tell he is great with customers because he knew several customers by name and also asked another guy about coming back tomorrow for his usual. I love being in places like this! This place is A-ok. I'm laughing at the prompt to review as I don't drink coffee. Ever. Adios, 80% of readers. I do like this place for toasted breakfast/lunch biscuits/sandwiches and occasionally the salami/cheese or fruit/egg plates. Winters, I love their hot chocolate. I've seen their donated coffee products at local retail promotional events, which endears them to me. The employees have always been lovely when I've visited. I appreciate this spot when I'm hungry at the mall as it saves me using the car, and reviews lead me to believe this place is superior in service to the drive-through on Centerpoint. I'll gladly pay the higher price for better quality ingredients and the convenience of not driving to another location. I don't even consider coming here at high-traffic shopping holidays because the wait would give me a fatal stroke. My one non-coffee-related whine: once hurriedly grabbed what I thought was regular milk to find it was VANILLA FLAVORED. There is no plain milk available other than to waste in coffee products. This isn't "close to" the outlet mall, it is INSIDE the outlet mall. Okay place to stop for typical Starbucks stuff, but if you need to get any work done it's not the place. The only tables are tiny & round, and practically no plug-ins. The crowd is mostly shoppers which is appropriate I guess. read more

Nice enough staff and my order is always perfect. What I don't understand nor approve of is that the customer comes second with regards to parking. The employees park in front of the store, forcing the customer to find parking when business is in full swing. There are more than a dozen parking spaces at the rear of the location. By far the worst experience. Staff is usually understaffed at any Starbucks but this was exceptionally understaffed for the amount of customers it receives. It's in an outlet mall, doesn't that speak enough that the manager should hire more staff for the crowd that will come in? Literally the most poorly managed Starbucks I've ever been too. Just completed my 3rd visit of the week and all three times have been extremely frustrating with 10-15 minute wait times for a cup of Pike Place brewed coffee. The store is nearly empty...single person in line in front of me, three people working and they can't manage to pour a cup of coffee in a reasonable amount of time. I could have grow, harvested, grinded and brewed the beans in less time than it took to get a cup of Pike this week. read more
