I love the convenience of this Starbucks, because it's so close. However, it has become so busy that it's not much fun to order my drinks through here anymore. I live a few blocks down the road, and I may place my order well in advance, but by the time I get there, I'm always waiting. There are families, whole groups of families of five or six, all drinking coffee! These guys haven't figured out that they need to add a second barista, and to limit the non-bar drinks to someone else to make. They do have a lot of customers, in their defense, but I just need my coffee ready when I stop by to pick it up. PS I don't see these guys going out of their way to welcome me when I come inside like other STARBUCKS. It may be because they're so damn busy. From STARBUCKS, give them some help! read more

The bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in days. The food display was filthy. They don't even greet you when you walk in. They act like you are putting them out when standing there being ignored. (No. It wasn't even busy.) Ordered drinks. Not once did the say there was no whip. Didn't let us know the drinks were ready. Since ours had whip and toppings we didn't know they were done. The GM really needs to get a hold of this place. Eight months since past review and not one thing has changed. read more

My family and I frequently travel and we always make sure to stop at a Starbucks in passing towns for some drinks. This location we will definitely remember! Not only were the drinks made perfectly, but the young woman who took our order was very nice. She was very patient even with my family being larger and even gave us great recommendations! I understand they are doing their best. They are always really friendly. They're also constantly understaffed. Today I was handed this drink that was... missing?... 2 inches of coffee. "bUt iT cOMes WiTH FoaM"- mine came with a little foam, ok? It didn't even come close to the top of the cup. "They're trying their best!"- go back and read my first sentence. "Be grateful you get Starbucks at all"- I handed this store $5+ of my hard-earned money and received a partially-filled and incomplete drink in return. They need to do better. It's like every restaurant, coffee shop, cafe, etc. in this Footloose town goes to crap. I don't understand it. I'm sure that every one here is nice.. but come on.. how many bad experiences can you have at one place?? 1. There was ZERO thought put into this location, the drive through is a complete bottle neck, there's almost no way in or out when it's busy. 2. The drive thru backs up all the way past the gas station and into the main road. 3. I've never gotten my order right. 4. The line for customers picking up their drinks from ordering on the app is just as long as the drive thru. 5. They are almost always short staffed. read more

I don't drink strong coffee. However I love Starbucks frozen hot chocolate! I went to the one in Hastings when they were here. I hear things about other Starbucks but people buy franchises and the people who sell the franchise might know when something is going on. Ibsaw dome stuff about never going to Starbucks again. If you like to go in to have a coffee be prepared to stand around for 15 minutes while they fill orders from drive thru, mobile or just skip you and fill orders for people who were behind you in line. This is the second time it's taken 20 minutes just to pick up a coffee. I guess Starbucks corporate doesn't care about providing speedy service for the patrons who actually want to come into the store because the new policies put in store orders at the bottom of the list. I visit Starbucks almost daily, especially through the holiday season. I am always disappointed when I go to this location.l as it never fails that they are out of something I am ordering. Today it's the Pumpkin Spice for their latte, two days ago it was a breakfast sandwich. They were also a week behind on the sale of the holiday /Christmas blend coffee. I go to this Starbucks all the time and as of recently no matter what time of day the Starbucks line is 30 minutes long, I ordered ahead and went through their line, got the shaken espresso with cold foam and there was no cold foam. I asked for it to be put on there and the barista told me since it took me so long to get there it melted in. I waited in that line for 35 minutes... Today I went and still no cold foam.. I know COVID has changed things. This Starbucks however has CONSISTENTLY UNDERPERFORMED. You KNOW with this location it will be busy on Saturdays. Heck, in general. All the Starbucks in San Angelo are awful. So slow, so inconsistent, they turn off freaking mobile orders... whyyyy would you turn off mobile orders?!? I don't care if it tells me I am going to have to wait 30 min... I'd much rather wait while going about my business than to have to wait in the worlds worst drive thru. I used to work at a Starbucks in college, have worked in the food and service industry's for years. It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I am pretty gracious but this Starbucks might as will not even exist to me that's how bad it is I will literally never go to it because every time I try something awful happens literally every single time I try. I have been to Starbucks all around the nation and even international ones and this one takes the cake as the worst. Like I said it might as well not even exist because they are so awful we can't even count on them to do their basic job. TERRIBLE SERVICE, moldy food, cold coffee, watched a barista named Destiny make my drink only for her to give me 2% when I'm lactose, I asked for soy. I asked if she could remake it and she gave me the rudest attitude and said she will make it after the 4 drinks that were after me. So I waited patiently and when she handed it off to me she said if I made her remake it again she is going to charge me. So I didn't even take my cup. I left it.
