The Amazake taste almost like a white chocolate hot chocolate, somewhat creamy - she added Almond milk. The brown sugar was just enough not at all over poweringly sweet- "definitely gave Fall". Unfortunately, I'm an espresso snob who refuses to return to a coffee shop if an espresso shot is underpulled/sour or overpulled/bitter. Three Rivers truly pulled the perfect espresso shot.
