I also always have to remind the staff to provide the kids ice cream/dilly bar that is supposed to be standard with every kids meal. We made the mistake of venturing into the bathrooms tonight, and I was so disgusted I turned around. This place definitely needs some work and has the potential to be great. My hope is that management takes the time to re-train employees and put some proper rules and regulations in place for consistency.
