I am a long time lover of Dairy Queen but this location is wayyy too inconsistent. The cherry limeades typically range from "just right" to no cherry at all, and tonight's cherry limeade had a cherry cough syrup after taste. I also always have to remind the staff to provide the kids ice cream/dilly bar that is supposed to be standard with every kids meal. We made the mistake of venturing into the bathrooms tonight, and I was so disgusted I turned around. This place definitely needs some work and has the potential to be great. My hope is that management takes the time to re-train employees and put some proper rules and regulations in place for consistency. read more

I always enjoy stopping by Dairy Queen for a quick bite to eat. On this day, I orders the 3 tacos and crispy chicken salad with ranch (my usual). The food did take a little while to come (drive thru) but when it did it was prepared fresh! Overall, a good experience with decent food. read more

Tonight will be our last visit to this location. 8pm at night, not busy. Every table is dirty, had to clean our own table. Floors are disgusting. Food was meh at the very most. You guys play around way too much. I'm meat door at Comfort and black guys chasing each other around the parking lot with bags of trash and cups of ice water. One was taking out trash and the other came up behind with cup of ice and threw it on him. 3 hours later, one had bag of trash swinging and trying to hit the other black guy. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Then both out at dumpster area and I'm smelling Marijuana coming from that direction. NOT a place I would recommend if you hire children that want to horse around. I would love to say. I have had nothing, but good experience here. I mean its fast food. I've done my time working in fast food. Nobody actually wants to work here. It shows in the cashiers attitudes, but the food is good. Especially the ice cream. Its directly next door to the hotel I'm staying at while attending FFE/KLLM Driving Academy. The worst Dairy Queen around here. I'm so confused how I can spend 13$ on one single meal and they get the entire burger wrong

I'm not even going to rate this DQ. They don't deserve a star. My burger tasted like it was made at 7am and then microwaved, put on a loaf of bread and it sucked! My husband had a grilled chicken and believe me, it's embarrassing to a bird. When you have an employee from another DQ come in, not pay for her order and she gets hers before we do and I have to go ask, "is that my order up there?", something is definitely wrong here. This place was a train wreck. I ordered a sundae that took forever to make (15 min) and when they finally handed it to me it was overflowing and a mess. I asked for strawberry caramel and hot fudge Sundae. There are really no ways to mess that up but this DQ definitely found a way. read more
