Absolute horror. Waited my entire lunch break for a coffee and banana nut bread. They were out of the banana nut bread, fine whatever. But then proceeded to take 20 minutes making my coffee? How's that even possible? Never has it ever taken 20 minutes to make my coffee. And after the wait, i ended throwing the coffee out as it was disgusting. Literally what the f. I got two Frappuccino's this morning, I waited 10 minutes but I completely understand cause it gets busy, but I'm so upset cause my frap is watered down and it taste awful! I got a salted frap and that too was awful. The only good thing was my bagel. They rushed my order, and could tell the majority of my drink was Iced. I also asked for whipped cream and caramel on top of my frap and they only did it on one of my orders. I'm so disappointed! read more

This Starbucks has been my jam the past few weeks. I started coming here at lunch because a few days a week I work at one place in the morning, then drive to my second spot in the afternoon, and it just so happens to be down the street from this Starbucks :) The people are friendly, they haven't messed up my order yet, and I can usually find somewhere to sit to have my lunch. The dropped star is just because this plaza where the Starbucks is has a horrible layout and people are insane when they drive. There's more than enough parking for Starbucks...but I just have to be ready for battle when driving through. read more

Conveniently located right off I-84 and Rte 372, this is a clean and well-run Starbucks store that combines a friendly staff and good service to provide its patrons with a quality cup of coffee or espresso. Located in a shopping plaza, this is a fairly good sized store whose interior boasts several comfy chairs as well as tables and chairs for patrons get some work done or meet a friend. In addition, this store does have outdoor seating although the view (parking lot and a major roadway) is nothing to write home about. One note - this location does not have the option of non-fat milk readily available for patrons. However, just go and ask the Batista and they are happy to accommodate your request. read more

Came with a bud to take break. Got a breakfast sandwich and sat down at a dirty table. Looked around at the other tables and most were in need of cleaning. My sandwich was decent but needed salt and pepper which I couldn't find at the counter where you make your coffee. The girl behind the counter was pleasant and my sandwich came out quickly. read more

This is the absolute WORST Starbucks I have ever set foot in. Saturday late afternoon (a little after 5pm) the line was 6 people deep. 2 people working, 1 absolutely not working. No coffee was brewed, she had to do a decaf pour-over, everyone's drinks were being made out of order and all of them weren't correct. A guy asked for half and half in his drink. Instead of her apologizing because she clearly made it incorrectly, she reached into the fridge, threw the half and half jug at him and walked back over to the register. That same guy walked over to me and asked "Is this your coffee?" Someone made it and couldn't even be bothered to tell me it was sitting on the pick up counter. It probably would have helped if they wrote the names of people on the cups but instead, they kept making incorrect drinks that they had to keep correcting. WTF. Way to go, guys. Next time I pay $5 for a drink, it will be down the road. Forget this place. Starbucks should be ashamed. Horrible customer service and an even worse product that you put out. Bleh. read more

I used to live in CT and this was my go-to Starbucks, conveniently located off of I-84. Quite honestly, this was the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and the reason was the staff. They were very friendly, got the drinks right, and you could easily and quickly strike up a conversation. I moved out of state in 2011 and recently returned to see friends and family. For the most part, things are still the same. It's clean and well organized. However, the staff is not quite as friendly as I remember. I guess the times are a changin'? UPDATE: I went back yesterday while in town visiting my family. It was much better this time around! I'm upping it to four stars now. I hope they keep it up! read more

I've always enjoyed this Starbucks, been coming here since I've lived in the area (for about 5 years). Even when the cafe is slammed, the employees are pleasant and ready to make your day. Today did not disappoint. I don't know the baristas name who made my drink, but she made the experience by getting me to pause, sip my latte without the lid, inhale it's aroma, and appreciate the drink. That's some coffee passion right there. Besides that I find the seating in this cafe to be ample, I like the bar in the center, it's nice for spreading out a little if you plan on getting some work done. read more

Yup I like Starbucks. It's no Whole Donut but I enjoy their skinny lattes and their cake pops. Once in a while I will even indulge in their breakfast sandwiches and their pastries.. and while I have had better, they are certainly not bad! Seasonally I like their Carmel apple cider..probably my favorite thing there and I also like when they do eggnog and ginger bread lattes for the holidays. Locations get crowded but they are typically comfortable with free WIFI for people who work remotely or just want to chill there for a while and go online. Their butter cookies and chocolate covered grahams are yummy too :)...I do not recommend their regular roast coffee unless you like to feel like you have the DT's all day long...crazy strong. This is location was slow. Took at least 15 minutes for them to go through the 5 customers in front of us. It is a bigger location with a lot of seating space, including a family style table in the center. But seriously the wait times are unacceptable! read more

This is the store that my friend works at, but it is an awesome store. Friendly baristas, convenient location on 372 next to Big Y, patio seating, and a comfortable cafe. The manager looks something like Peter Pan, but your drink will be so good it will take you back to Neverland. read more

Typical Starbucks. Since its a typical Starbucks, I will review the set up of the store. Only two comfy chairs so it's always a plus when they are free! The long table in the middle is interesting, it doesn't make it easy to have a coffee date since it's not that easy to sit at. I prefer tables and chairs not 1 table and stools. read more

A spectacular place to get out of the office to get some work done! Meet new people, network and enjoy a well made cappuccino or frappuccino or whatever. The staff personalizes each and every visit and usually only need one time to learn your name. The staff is very friendly, many even refer to me by my first name which makes the experience much more personal. Even just while waiting for your drink they'll spark a conversation with you. All of the baristas are professional and great at recommending a drink if you're looking for something new. In fact, I love this location so much I feel like I am cheating on them if I stop by another Starbucks location. read more

Not the best place. I stop there most every work day because it is convenient. It seems that at least once a week I get a pastry item that is stale. Today, I opened the little bag to find 1/2 to 3/4 of a scone that look like it had been stepped on. Where the rest of the scone is I don't know. read more

I have waited a year to write this review but I think its time. I come to town once or twice a month to visit family. This Starbucks has gone downhill. The wait time is so slow. It can literally be 15-20 minutes from when you walk in the door. Even, if you mobile order, it can be 10 minutes. The drinks themselves have gone down in quality. Whether its a drip coffee or a latte, it tastes burnt and disgusting. It is very sad. Whoever the manager is needs to fix this three ring circus, and yes that is what this Starbucks is, a circus. read more
