This is the worse Starbucks experience ever!!!!!!!!!! The cashier Devon seemed like it was his first day and they were so disorganized! Not ONE of the coffees or food items had anyone's names in it so they would have to call out the drink/food and then you didn't know if it was yours or not. On top of that... My mocha was bitter and taste awful!!!! Then the bagels i ordered I ask to double toast... That didn't happen. They came out barely warmed. When I asked to please toast for a second time, I got the same bagel back. I asked them to please fix my mocha and she added chocolate which made it taste worse... The coffee was bitter. Almost like they didn't let it process through and rushed it. Besides the fact this took 25 mins!!!!!!! I called them as I left and after I threw away my drink as I walked out and was told they were over staffed and wasn't expecting such a crowd... Really??? Sunday morning and you didn't expect a crowd? She told me she was in charge of toasting and not once was she told to double toast something.... Again Devon needs to find another line of work! Sitting at this Starbucks right now and am witnessing the same rude customer service I just received. I walked in and was not greeted except with "I will be right with you"..... I wait a minute or two and am greeted again with same response. The barista was just standing there punching in numbers and complaining about cups or something. Then when I finally ordered, I felt as if I was inconveniencing her. Before my order was completed she was helping the person behind me. Asked if they wanted their regular. Let me repeat, my order was not completed! Then he gets his order way before I got mine. Just frustrating to say the least. I really like the location of this but just awful service today. Awful. Very disappointed that my holiday drink is never available. I came in this weekend on Saturday asked for a chestnut praline and it's not available I come in this morning Monday still not available. The baristas were nice enough but the service was incredibly slow. There was no line when I came in but apparently there were at least 2 or 3 orders ahead of me ... and they didn't start serving the first one ahead of me until 2 minutes of waiting. I got the chocolate chip blended drink and it was really icy ... I've had the drink before and it's usually creamier. Very disappointing. read more

I've been here a couple of times and have never had a problem. Mornings, mon- fri, get pretty busy. Staff is friendly and helpful. I've only had one incident at this location but it was handled perfectly. I had ordered a mini frap with two of the breakfast sandwiches My sandwiches came out but no drink. Understanding it was busy I waited a bit longer. Once i realized customers who came after me where getting their drink I went up and informed them that they might have forgotten about it. They quickly apologized and got it out within seconds and the young man who took my order come up to me and apologized and handed me a gift card and said "next ones on us. Sorry about that" It was great costumer service! read more

I come to this Starbucks location 1 to 3 times a day. The staff are always cheerful and pleasant and if there's ever a problem with my order (which is very rare), they fix it promptly and with a smile. I love this place! By far they are the best Starbucks in the Phoenix area and I have mostly been to all of them. Keep up the great service guys.....you rock! :) read more

Just disappointed in there prepared foods as quality has dropped significantly lately. I understand baristas are rushed and don't expect perfection everytime but the protein boxes and salads have been wilted lately, have had old fruit, missing salt for my egg and only 7 grapes this time. I just think the price is absurd for the tiniest quantity of food to be of poor quality. read more

Unfortunately this is a convenient location for me to stop compared to other Starbucks. This morning I decided to go inside because the drive thru line was pouring out to the parking blocking traffic. Big mistake! First off when you're that busy why would 2 of your employees be standing in line to make purchases on retail? I get that Starbucks holiday crap came out, but it's 9 am on Friday and some of us are trying to get to work on time. So there for stood in line for an extra 5-7 minutes for them to chitchat. Then waiting for the drink was a finger tapping and anxiety filled experience as the barista couldn't concentrate on the order because the personal convos. I watched her make my drink with reg milk, when supposed to be coconut milk, so she had to dump and restart. Then I had already told that it was fine that they made it with the nonfat cold foam but yet she had to stop again, but not before finish her personal convo to ask me again about the foam. The service is so-so and the drinks are often inconsistent and usually dripping off the lid/cup when received. I will say I have not had this many issues at other locations. read more

Coffee is definitely my weakness! This Starbucks location is the best I've seen by far my n Arizona. Great customer service, and great pastries! The only gripe I have is that sometimes the coffee is a bit off, meaning too bitter or not enough creme. It hasn't been consistently in a while. I think it's because the staff rotates periodically. But, still getting my coffee every morning, lol. 3 stars for now, but will definitely update my review once the coffee becomes consistent. :) read more

Received rude customer service. Employee was a little passive aggressive when I asked him to remake my drink- When i went to pick up my order I advised the employee i ordered without berries and he tried to drain them out and just added more ice. Obviously there were berry remnants floating around and now the drink was 3/4th ice so I asked if they would just remake it. He turned around without saying anything to me and I told another employee the drink was made wrong. The drink making employee proceeded to make 3 more orders while I waited before I just asked for a refund. I am a patient person but I chose to mobile order to not have to wait in store... as I was walking out I heard the employee say to another "I guess he couldn't wait" .. I just felt like I was being punished because I wouldn't take the crap drink they handed me. Just rude and sloppy for a 6$ drink... not worth it. I'll pick another location. read more

I've stopped here twice when I was out that way for DODGERS spring training. Both times I went through the drive through and ordered frap Java Chip. Frab Java Chip has 2 road bumps, 1 all the ice has to be ground up well enough to get through the straw. 2 all the java chips haveto be ground up well enough to get through the straw. This location is 2 for 2 and that is better then I can say for any other starbucks I've been too. It's much appreciated when they do things right. read more

We came out here from California to see the dodgers in spring training and just picked the closest Starbucks to the stadium. The girl ringing was new and accidentally forgot to give my sister her partner discount so she refunded and rang it again. Then Nate (clearly a shift) came and opened a second register to ring me up and was very patient and cool despite my complicated order. So while waiting for our drinks I noticed that the bar person made the duplicate drinks anyways but they were just sitting there. Then Nate was all smiling and kind and helping on bar and he asked if I still wanted to take the 2 extra drinks cause they were made twice. That was a sweet gesture and an overall great experience for out of towners. As partners we always notice the ways that our fellow partners above and beyond :) read more

These kids working had three customers in the drive-thru portion...we all waited for about 10 minutes. No one ever got our order. We honked, tapped on the window, waved...nothing. What BS. For overpriced coffee, the least you could do is have decent customer service and not IGNORE three cars honking. You're open till 10 but stop serving the drive-thru customers at 9:30? Yeah this is the worst Starbucks. They are super slow and it's always new and unfriendly staff. The only plus is I have gotten a lot of free drinks from them because all of the mistakes. Hit up the Starbucks on Indian school and 103rd avenue. They are way better. read more

Quiet and mellow location. Great for work/study. There is an outlet with 6 adapters in the corner of the store.The sofa chairs and one table have easy access to it. If you have a long cord, other tables can reach it as well. At the other end of the store, there is a table with an outlet. Staff seem friendly and there is plenty of parking. read more

Generally good service (a few baristas aren't as friendly as others). Drive thru is almost always quicker than going inside, despite how long the drive thru line may be. Drinks are consistent, which is important- some Starbucks tend to be inconsistent. When they do make the rare mistake, they own up to it and fix it. read more

Pretty awful sbux. They had no "for here" cups for our espresso. When my husband pointed to some on display the vacuous employee said we'd need to buy them if we wanted real cups. The drive through averaged 24 minutes from when I first arrived till I had a coffee in hand. (I no longer nor will I ever return to this location). Now the biggest concern with this situation is that this isn't a new concern. Almost every time I go through the drive through it is a lengthy ordeal. With just remolding the location you would think they would have moved/added machines to accomodate the obvious lack of production that causes the excessive wait time however I now know that was not addressed when they had the chance...what a poor reflection of a otherwise great company. I drive to camelback and Dysart they are extremely friendly very fast and never have they messed up an order. I now get Starbucks every day due to the positive experience I have had at Dysart and camelback. Please...if possible do not go here! Do yourself a favor and goto Dysart and camelback it will change your mind completely about starbucks! read more

I always make sure to stop by and get my fix before work. I always get a light iced white mocha. The past two months they've hired new people and business is same but the staff there are so slow. I've waited in the drive thru for a good 20 minutes. When I pulled up to the window the barista handed me a chocolate mocha. I told her I ordered a white mocha and she grabbed the drink back. Usually they give you the drink for free when they make mistakes! I was a little upset about that especially since I've waited so patiently in line for 20 minutes! Not to mention when I've went there before a blonde girl made a comment about my car having paw prints on it and how dirty it was! Can you believe that. Lol my car is a BMW 335xi. I just looked at her in shock. Who says that? Not even trying to be funny. Might look for a new Starbucks but this one is so close to my home.. I come to this location often because it is on my way to work... I usually take the drive through just for time purposes. the staff is usually very friendly.... Not today though. First the girl taking my order had a hard time understanding me (which is fine), but the attitude that she gave me trying to understand what I said was very unnecessary. I thought maybe it was just me at first and I took her tone wrong but no, I pulled up to the window and she hands me my drink and says the name of it In a way I hadn't heard before so I say "oh I'm sorry I wanted a chi tea with soy" she looks at me and says that's what that is, rolls her eyes and shuts the widow in my face. It was early and that's not the kind of service someone wants first thing in the morning, so I called just to tell the manager about my experience... The manager was more rude than the drive through girl!!! He made excuses for her saying that the window shuts when you step away from it, okay well that doesn't change the horrible customer service I received from your employee! I thought Starbucks prided themselves on excellent customer service but I guess not this location!
